The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile everyone made sure that someone had helped me find what I needed and that I got the best deal for my purchase honestly I felt like I had known them for years while I was in their place of business my best friend sent me to them and Im glad I went trust going forward whatever household furnishings I may need they are my go to! They my people too now!!😋

1 Star is more than this store has earned in my opinion based on my brief experience here. Me and my fiancé walked in to buy a new sofa or sectional and we were rudely excused from the store because my fiancé had his service dog with him. Legally I could have made a huge issue about it. But I gathered my fiancé and his service dog and we left. I will be in contact about this situation so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Service dogs are NOT pets they are working animals!

My payment of $115 is 5 days (due on Sat) late and I received a call from Mr. Parker today; their legal representative. Mind you I spoke with someone at the office on Tuesday and told them when I could pay it. Smh!Update 9/18/2020- I get home tonight and Im informed that 4 men and 2 Buddys Furntuire vehicles came, knocked (like the police) on my door for 15 minutes. Then stayed, talked trash (loudly) about me and smoked cigarettes, at the bottom of my steps for an additional 30 minutes; until they were asked to leave. I mean, I know I owe 1 payment of $125 (mistakenly wrote $115 on previous post). But, is this behavior really necessary? Ive tried my best to explain why Im late and when I can pay. So I dont understand, this is quite embarrassing. No one can know when they will fall on hard times. Ugh, smh.

Dont call customers back however call every month to try get you to buy something else. I called to ask about if able to get specific item said would call me back been 3 months still no call back

I will be calling first thing in the morning. They delivered a side by side, used. In perfect condition I thought. Dead roaches and bugs in the back of the fridge, missing drawers in the bottom, and the water and ice machine doesn’t work. However, they had very nice staff. But that overrides the merchandise I got! Hopefully they will exchange it since it’s only been less than 72 hours.

Our fridge went out late at night and the next day I called Aaron’s who flat out told me it would be two weeks before they would deliver. We have a family of 7 and had just purchased groceries. Buddy’s stayed with me on the phone while I was at work, found me a fridge that would fit, let me come in on my lunch break to fill out the paperwork and let my husband and I email and bring in our paystubs later that evening, and delivered the same day! Couldn’t recommend them enough! The fridge works wonderfully and looks great!

Very great customer service. Fun people. Great atmosphere. Fast delivery. Everything was taken care of alot faster than I had expected. I got my whole home furnished and every item I selected was what I received.
