First visit to this store today. I must say Jerry is one of the most pleasant, efficient customer service employees in this whole town. You can tell he enjoys his job. He is polite and kind. I will definitely be visiting this store again. Jerry is an asset to your company. I dont leave reviews much but he really made an impression!

Very, very sloooooooow The manager was having to help a coworker continously, parking is atrocious due to being collated with Subway, and parking aggravated by a fast oil change facility next door.Go somewhere else if you can.

Do not go here, ever! USPS is 10× more reliable. The package i sent out was supposed to get there 10 days ago. I tried to look and make a claim on my package to find out what was up and I needed a tracking number to start to make the claim. But I was never given a tracking number on the receipt or anywhere at all. So Im just stuck here twiddling my thumbs praying to God that my expensive package gets to the recipient. It should never have to be like this. Im sick and tired of talking to robots and need some support already. This is absolutely ridiculous. So is UPS. Go to any other post office in the world if you dont want to risk the chance that your package may not ever arrive. (Its probably stolen in transit.) NEW: I tried calling and getting them to help me at the UPS Store where I sent my mail,, but Raju (Raw-ZHUU) kept denying my problems and was just trying to get off the phone with me. He kept saying that he wouldnt look at the UPS Store for my mail in a bunch of deceiving LAZY ways! Customer service is the least of their priorities here. And this was the worst time Ive ever had. I was recommended to use STAMPS and now theyre telling me they cant help me because stamps cannot be tracked! Like what in the actual heck. I had half a grand in that envelope and they cant even look in the lost mail section at the UPS Store. They are a scam. Dont use UPS like ever unless you want to risk losing your mail and money forever!! You have permanently lost this customer UPS for the awful customer service, wasting my time, and denying to help me at all. And Raju was seriously rude and very hard to talk to. Screw that guy he should get fired.

I have been blowing them up all day . I trusted ups with my packages and got let down. I RECEIVED MY PACKAGES BUT SOMEHOW THE BOX OF NOODLES ENDED UP WITH MY PACKAGES BUT ARENT MINE. I shipped out 7 boxes and received 6 basically. These boxes are my clothes and shoes and for them to not pick up the phone after I have been calling all day is wrong. I don’t know if I will ever see my clothes again but I will take this matter up with corporate.

They are extremely efficient! I went in to do an Amazon return & was out in under a minute! It took me longer to pull the code up on my phone than for the clerk to process it.

I will NEVER come back to this store. I called to get an estimate on how much a package would cost to ship. The box was one of theirs so they have the exact dementions and was quoted $65. When I arrive they then rounded the measurements UP so my charge went from $65 to $165.00. Then claimed I was the one that was wrong. When I asked to see the person that gave me the quote conveniently she was not in today. Nor would they contact her. Not a place I will ever go to after they lied to me !!

No masks despite having signs all over the place. Had to ask her to put one one. All other customers did not wear masks either despite Texas having a mask mandate for months.

When I went to this store I found the most amazing customer service I had ever had from this staff. The skinny guy and young lady was just so friendly and willing to help. Keep up the good work guys you rock!!!!!

Attention to detail and customer service is NOT a priority at this location. Their mistake will end up being the customers problem and will cost more money to fix because according to the manger, it’s the customers fault. Suggestion to all those who go there, stand at the counter to read everything they hand you from top to bottom and make sure you verify their work!

This is the first time I visited this ups and the last. He wanted to charge me a whole dollar to tape the top of the box. I’m a field tech and this is my customers equipment. I’m not paying for any of it. And I have dropped off thousands of packages, 99% of them not taped at the top and I have never ever been charged to put a piece of tape two feet long on the top of a box. My lord. I’m baffled they have the gull to charge for that. Ups must not be a good franchise to buy if you have to charge to tape boxes.

The folks running the store DID NOT Tell Me they were going to Charge Me $3.50 just to Print Out an Amazon Return Label. Pretty Deceptive. At least Print Out A Sign and hang it up to let customers know. And I wasnt the Only One ! ! There was another woman in the store when I was there that was having the same problem !
