No one ever answered their phone. May be out of business
Worst place ever! This place might of been a decent repair shop in its day, but no more. The owner does not do the work. He has a couple of on the job trainees and charges you over 100 per hour to train. Our Motorhome went in for an air suspension problem, stayed there 9 days and all they end up doing was to install a dump valve. The guy working on our Rv was watching YouTube videos trying to figure out how to fix it. Finally on the 9th day I had enough. Then they tried to charge us 300 more than was agreed upon earlier. To make matters worse after getting home I looked under the Rv and all these wires were hanging down- not even secured in anyway!!! I have used repair places for many Rvs over the years but Wesco was the worst ever. Avoid this place.
They were very helpful and was quick on ordering what I needed
Mr. James will treat you like family...
We were stuck at a campground with our motorhome when the hydraulic system quit working. Barbara at the office was a savior to us and the team got us up and running. Even though they don’t make service calls they came to the campground and got our brand new rig fixed. Cannot say thank you enough.
Told me 4200. I went to pick up RV and they lost the list of items that I needed checked and really didnt do anything. Then gave me a bill for 8300.00 with not a single break down of parts or labor.... Nothing... Bad company never do any business with them. They are a complete rip off. Its shameful how they took advantage of my situation. I have nothing that explains what they did to earn $8,300.00. Im going to post the really really bad invoice they gave me. And my RV was the hostage. Never trust them or do any business with them. Big ripoff. Bad bad bad company. I called them and asked why my generator was not charging the house batteries and thay said that the generator didnt do that, I called the manufacturer and they told me that yes absolutely the generator charges the house batteries. Bad company.
Took my 2017 Winnebago in for a generator repair, as well as a few other minor repairs, and Wesco had me in and out before the day was over. The staff is professional and thorough. Mr. James, the owner, is so sweet, and he went over and beyond to make sure that I would drive away safely in my Winne : ) I am a customer for life!
Owner was rude and never once got off of his cell phone while helping me.
You can trust Mr. James and his team to do it right. Even though all my break parts were ceized together with rust on my 11 year old motorhome, they got all the new parts installed for the quoted price. Works perfectly now. They fixed my generator as well. No issues.
Our Renegade was hit by a big truck, crushing the side of the RV, leaving significant damage. We did not mind leaving our RV for as long as it took to do the job right. When we got our Renegade back, it looked like brand new! Thank you, Wesco; you all are fine people!
They know what theyre doing and have great service and quality work.
Went in with ev generator not working. He was very helpful and fixed our problem quickly. Best service ever!
Excellent service! They Inspected our Mobile home and reassured us for the remaining route we have to get to Mission Texas. Very nice people who know their stuff. I highly recommend them. Lyne
Was having engine surge problem with our RV Ford V-10 about an hour south of Texarkana and Ford Roadside Assistance steered us into Wesco for an evaluation. The owner listened to the faults we described, and instructed his mechanic to take a test drive with us to see what was happening. On return he recommended a new air cleaner and within an hour we were back underway. Thanks to the whole team. Definitely recommend Wesco for honesty and integrity.
I brought my 86 winny in cause she was chatterin up high and pitchin to the left. Nelda, the sweetest lady ever, greeted me soon as I walked In and had me all fixed up in no time . Mr James the owner, knew immediately what the problem was. Had to leave it a few days but Chris, their lead man, had me fixed up in no time. Overall experience was great . Now Im headed to yosemany national park errrr however you spell it . Would absolutely recommend WESCO to anyone!!!!
New to Rv world, I didn’t have any prior contact with Rv service people, Wesco was recommended to me by folks camping near us at Lake Catherine St Pk,.Motor home n for regular maintenance last 2 yrs, Owner, Mr Westmoreland is very knowledgeable, courteous & rock solid honest. As long as Mr Westmoreland is the owner highly recommend Wesco for RV Serv
An RV repair shop, that can repair anything, fixed my Ranger boats engine/fuel issues. Thank you, Mr. James!
Took our 2000 Forest River Reflection Diesel Pusher in the end of July 2017 with problems cranking and running. We live over an hours drive from Texarkana. We told the owner that we would like it looked at ASAP because, although we werent taking the MH, we were planning an extensive vacation and wanted to get it home before our 2 and 1/2 month Fall trip. My husband called every few days and was told they hadnt gotten to it yet. Finally it was time for us to leave and we hated for it to sit there all that time but were assured theyd have it up and running when we returned home and it would be no problem. My husband should have called while we were gone and checked on it, but he insisted that the owner assured him that he would call if they needed information or had questions, otherwise, we assumed all was well. When we returned home the end of October, we learned it had been sitting there all that time and had never had so much as a wrench turned on it. Two weeks later, the first of Nov. they started to diagnose the problem. To make a long story short, they DID finally repair our MH and did a satisfactory job (or according to my husband who drove it home while I followed him). He said it was running good and the check engine light that was on when we took it in was no longer on. The tab for repairs $4,429.12., but the cost was not an issue. To add insult to injury, they were so kind as to drive the MH out of their lot for us to get in and drive home. About 1/2 way home I had to stop to use the bathroom, and when I pulled up beside the MH discovered that the R/R quarter panel had been either run into, or the MH had been backed into something while in their possession. Did we call them? Why bother? It would have just been another issue that they wouldnt have taken responsibility for, so we came on home. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. My husband was courteous and patient with them every time he called, and I guess they felt he was easy to take advantage of. I am just SICK about the condition of our MH. It had been thoroughly detailed just before taking it to them. When we brought it home, the carpets were filthy from them tracking in and out while working on it, the outside was dirty and had a the big scrape and dent on the quarter panel, and the inside was dusty and dirty from sitting on their lot for 6 months, with 4 months of that them never turning a wrench. One would think the least they could have done was have it cleaned up before we picked it up! They didnt even put down plastic on the carpets to keep the carpets clean while they tracked in and out. I have never seen a place of business so unprofessional. Will NEVER take anything to these people again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very poor service.
Called for service, super friendly office staff, knowledgeable and eager to help. Would use them again.
Good place to get your RV worked on
Great guys really know their stuff
