I have always had been dealt with professional.And they have always answered any questions I have ever had and even went beyond . And I applaud them for working in such a noisy environment with some of the unfriendlest people in Texarkana come in Walmart just to complain .

Weve used Wood Forest for years. The first time I went to Woodforest in Texarkana ruined me from ever using them again. Online hours said closing time was 7PM. I walked up at 4:58. I was ignored by all 5 employees for several minutes. I was the only customer in line. Finally a douche with a man bun let me know that they had just closed and couldnt deposit my check. WOW. Time to bank elsewhere!

If I need to deposit or cash a check, I need the funds today. Not 7-10 business days from now. Ridiculous. People are nice, their policies suck.

I’ve been up there several times to check on debit card disputes. They originally told me 7-10 business days. It has been 14 business days and nothing. They are unable to tell me much when I go up there, and it’s always you will have to check back. With school starting back I need my funds now!

Lack of appropriate number of people and constantly being pulled away from counter makes it a very cringe worthy experience. Alot of people stand there for extended periods of time for ridiculous reasons. Opening or modifying account is a time consuming experience, so when you have 2 tellers there, one gets pulled aside for that, customers suffer greatly. There should be hours for modification or opening an account defined. After that your everyday valued customers should be your top priority. Very frustrating, if those 2 issues could be handled would be near perfect bank.

Wouldnt cash an $8 check because my husbands name was on it also..but not on my account. Taking 25 minutes just to get my son a debit card.

Inside of Walmart even was open on holiday

They are wishy washy, do things at there convenients

High rates to open or close. No data pay options. I.e. Android pay etc...

No online banking, i could rarely check my balance due to there system constantly acting up.
