The could have a on line account so u can pay online but they treat u fair

Ive been using this facility for at least fifteen years to store my important belongings to Ive felt its extremely secure. Recently Ive noticed the gate has been open every time I come here or drive by, day and night. I dont remember the last time I had to use the code to get in.Also, I spoke with the owner last month regarding the fact that Im having to pay a few days late due to the pandemic, and she informed me that they werent charging late fees during this. However, I just paid and someone else charged me a late fee and told me I was wrong... They only did that in the beginning. This was just a month ago that I was told that. There was also a month a while back that I paid a few days late and they didnt unlock my unit at all until the last day of the month and I tried to get in and had to go make someone open it.I dont know if youve got someone new or what, but customer service is lacking lately. I really think that late fee I just paid should be credited to my account since I had that recent talk with the owner.

Having my memories An things I worked very hard for 9 YEARS! Got SOLD!! I was little behind yes BUT I ALWAYS CAUGHT MY BILL UP. I talk to manager she said thanks for letting her An Laverne know about my health issue. To keep them updated . It was like I didn’t have NO replies made back, after i made connections, the next week I get a phone call, no voicemail, I called back, Laverne ( owner ) answered An said, we sold ur building Saturday. An thers been a death in the family, ok #1 sorry for ur death truly, #2 my selling 9 yrs of paying u to keep memories locked up then sold had nothing to do with ur issue. It’s very sorry u went An sold what u knew was ALL I had! Hope ur happy about ur profit! Being loyal for 9 yrs didn’t mean anything to u! Sad U sold ALL MY 20 plus yrs down the drain. Hope it made u happy! Cause u sure know how to kill a persons soul!
