Bought a Bad Boy ZT Elite. A friend of mine got a way better price on the same thing two days earlier. They said they goofed on his and couldnt give me the same price. I ordered the ROPS on July 8 and it didnt come in until August 26. I told them I changed my mind on the ROPS and asked for a refund or exchange and they said no. Maybe this is all on me, but I dont think Ill be buying anything else from them.

Although they have a service center they spend all of their time trying to sell you a new tractor so you still end up getting service elsewhere.(Im not even sure they do repairs🤷🏼‍♀️)

I sent a message to them about a New Holland tractor and asked how to solve a problem. Even though the tractor was not purchased from them they worked with me for 3 days by text and phone until the problem was solved. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly they were. Highly recommend them.

Never any parts available, when they order and quote about a week for delivery its turns into a 2-3 week wait.
