They very patiently described the options to help me choose the right product. In addition, they thoroughly explained how to use it. Called in for a quote. Quote that was giving was 2x over priced and when I ask why so high. Respond was If you going to question it go some place else and hung up in my face.Way to do business.

They installed a backup camera, speakers, 7 Pioneer CD DVD stereo, drop down Roof DVD player in my SUV and tinted my daughters SUV and Im taking her Jeep in tomorrow to hardware her dash cam (she is 17 and has already been in 5 accidents, only 1 her fault). We also want to get her some speakers for her Jeep, and they were so helpful. They let us listen to two of their cars to hear the different systems they have. Excellent work and very friendly. Highly recommended!!!

I went there 3 times to get a stereo installation. And run wires for an amp. And yet I need to make another trip across the river.

If youre looking for a great deal on some low profile 24s this is the place. Took care of my vehicle in no time.

First impression: pretty basic, but nice, shop. Talked to a guy. I think that he was a salesman. Or at least he tried to be one. I learned from the internet that they are/were an authorized dealer for a specific kind of audio brand. The salesman looked perplexed when I asked him about it. Well, long story short, I guess, he told me that they were trying to sell the last of the items, then no longer sell them at his store. He told me that they were having a blowout sale on that brand. When he told me the price that they wanted for the blowout items, I guess he thought that he was the wiser and I was clueless. I knew full well what I was looking for and the proper price range through my own research. His prices for the blowout sale were/are the same as anywhere else not having a blowout sale. Also, he really didnt seem to know a whole lot about audio. He was, I guess, just a salesman and not a fanatic as I consider myself to be.

Needed a few things. Had everything in stock at good prices.

Terrible experience from the start. Very unprofessional service! I went into get my door speakers replaced and new RCA wires ran, they said it would take 30 mins to complete. I was in there for over an hour.. That was not the problem. The real problem was when they were finished they didnt even know that the back driver door speaker wasnt even working. I had to point that out to them. Very unprofessional Then when I asked to hear the rest of the speakers, there was a distinctive hum coming from the them. Something that Ive never herd in my Truck. I had a feeling that the RCAs were touching a ground wire or catching some type of an interference... Ive herd this sound before in other Vehicles. So I was running out of time that evening so I brought it in the next day.. When I told him (I guess the owner?)what my problem was he acted like it was none of his concern.once again very unprofessional. So he told me they would take another look at it about 20 minutes later my truck comes back to the front parking lot with the same problem it had before . The worker who drove my truck to the front said it was fixed which it was not ! When I went back inside the owner he was no where to be found just a bunch of people on their phones so I just walked out it was obvious they didnt care or couldnt fix their own problem! I guess these were the workers or just his friends?!?! I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for any type of service .I am currently looking for a Nother professional audio installer to fix their problem thank you very much Percision audio!
