Prices have gone up, but that is expected. Sam’s Club is clean and is well stocked. Employees are very nice and helpful!

Usually pretty good place to shop, but lately..... they had cards (several) for an electronic item that we wanted to purchase only to get to the register to discover they are out of stock. Next visit item had a wrong tag next to it, not my doing, but Im paying what I see it marked. Please work on this.

Great place to shop! I dont get many things because you do have to buy in bulk, but its a great deal on what I do buy. They also have a cafe that has pizza by the slice. So I always get some pizza to eat while shopping! 10/10 would recommend.

Not a bad Sams club at all. If youve never been, you MUST be a member to go shopping. But I am fairly certain you can go to the food court (not large, but plenty of well priced items) even if you are not a member. Again, for those who do not know- you buy items in bulk here.

This club keeps me coming back for more. Between helpful, friendly associates and dependable stock, plus the special seasonal surprises, I rarely leave feeling anything but satisfaction.

I just dropped in to get one item this trip. There was difficulty with the credit card reader. It would not read my chip even though I was instructed to try again several times. Then instructed to swipe several times. All-in-all it took more time at the register than to walk to back of store and up front again. When in a hurry, its a bit frustrating.

Never had a problem at Sams Club until I went to go use the app on my phone to check out in the store. It took the money out of my account seven times but the app kept saying that it rejected my payment. It cleaned out my bank account and I had to wait for my money to come back and I wasnt allowed to leave the store with any items.

Generally find what we need. They have apparently stopped carrying the cat litter weve been buying for years. Sad to see.

Called customer service and was told to return an item I bought online to the store since I received it damaged. Went to the store 2 hours before close and was rudely turned away by an older employee with a lazy eye. Never even gave me his name, just walked up and started accusing us of not buying the item from them. When I explained it was purchased online he told me if I wanted a refund I needed to do it online then. I offered him the order number so they could look it up and process the refund he said that doesnt help me, I need the iten number! so I gave him the item number lol. Then he said we needed to call customer support instead, he then took the refund tag off the box and said he would escort us out. Turns out he just didnt want to do it, and I was supposed to be able to return the item in store. I never even made it to the service desk, he stopped our cart while we were waiting in line and started being rude. 100% disatisfied with the customer service.

I have the app and Id like to do pickup to stay out of the store and stay healthy however, they say online they are out of marks member toilet paper, when I go into the store there it sits they are not out of it. Very irritated. Also they dont salt the whole parking lot. My daughter fell and hurt her self. If they would have salted she would not have fallen.

Sad that when you go into the store and are only able to buy one box of dog food. Live 20 plus miles away and dont want to go shop weekly. I thought the idea was to sell merchandise.

Great place for bulk buys and food samples. For discounts, I prefer buyout stores because bulk from Sams isnt usually much cheaper than smaller sizes.

Sams club is a store where you buy in bulk they have mostly food but there is beds security cameras computers jewelry and other similar items they have great service and after your finished shopping you can get some pizza or some frozen yogurt its a great store to go to for any items you need a lot of

Love our Terre Haute Store. I only buy gas here when possible. I am an avid GasBuddy watcher. When in doubt go to Sams. It is always the best price in town. Worth the cost of membership for that alone. I do wish that we could get the station painted. Its chipping off and the shack is starting to look run down. The man that works the seems to be very helpful and kool. Please paint.🎨🏆

This Club sell sushi now! Chef made fresh sushi in the club everyday and they got the best deal around the area. 4 different sushi rolls (40 pieces) is only $19.98, and California combo, which has 20 pieces in there, is $9.98. Of course they have a lot more sushi and options. Take a look at it for yourself. Good quality and tase better than restaurant sushi where you have to pay higher price plus tips.

Almost everything we needed but no toilet papper

I had to take an online purchase back to be returned and (except for going to the store instead of staying home in my pajamas) the process couldnt have been easier. The women working the desk were efficient, polite, and speedy. The helped me with my return and renewal of my membership. Sams Club has been a frequent stop a long time and I enjoy shopping in store and online with free shipping.

This is an ok warehouse club ... not bad but nothing special either. It seems a little small to me as compared to other Sams Clubs and certainly is smaller than almost every Costco weve been in. And it just seems like they never have a lot of quantity of anything ... they run out of stuff pretty fast. Sometimes well buy something on one visit, like it, and then go back like a week later and they will be out of whatever it was.

Its not even worth the trip from Vincennes in terre haute nothing to buy no scrubbing no hamburger none of our favorite water strawberry kiwi I wish I could get the money back from my membership

I enjoy going to Sams club. We usually get everything we go for.

Went to buy one tire. Tire shop said they were covered up for 2 weeks and couldnt install today. Was no cars in tire bay. Sams is ate up with Covid Fear.

I save a lot of money shopping here. Normally find alot of great bargains too.
