Will kept me informed of the availability of a seldom-ordered shoulder brace & I was able to get in right away when it arrived. I called the following week and was able to get a same-day appt. for additional assistance on its proper use.

Unsatisfied service,As working with a provider, they do not get things done in a timely manner and follow up with their patients care. I dont know if it is management that needs to get this nipped in the bud or get some staff that are more competent. Sadly, the patients are the ones that suffer.

Was recommended by our Doctor, but they couldnt fulfill our needs. The staff was not helpful. Had to go to another provider.

Staff unhelpful. Never can get someone on the phone. And when we were able to talk to someone they was not helpful at all. Had to go somewhere else to get what the Dr ordered.
