The only good review Transcare has was made by the company. The staff is abusive and ignore patient rights. Staff are poorly trained. Staff do not provide the hospital with accurate patient information. Their actions have been continuously criminal. They are more interested in sitting in the ambulance and doing nothing. Your staff repeatedly fails to stay within the scope of their training, they are not doctors and have no business making a diagnosis; their training doesnt cover the extensive requirements required of a neurologist. Your staff violates hippa laws. These complaints have been taken to their supervisors and have been casually dismissed. Maybe its time you took a closer look at your employees, especially Ashley. And if there is any retaliation, I will pursue this to the fullest extent of the law.
Called about getting top surgery/and bottom surgery for my son. They said “Sorry your daughter is retarded and thinks she’s a boy”, I can’t beleive this. 😪

We took my 92 year old mother by ambulance to the Regional Hospital emergency room and needed a way to get her back home as we could not lift her we waited over 2 hours for someone to come they still arent here are you serious 😡Their facilities are only about a mile from the hospital
Sitting on 3rd street and both driver and partner sitting in passenger seat were playing on their phone. The passenger noticed I was taking a picture so he put his phone down. Gonna cause a wreck one day.
They are terrible slow at pick up they tell you 1 hour then you call cause there not here to pick up patient and they tell you another hour. Meanwhile the pt is sitting in there wheel chair for over an hour its ridiculous something needs done or they need more drivers.
