We contacted KIVA and told her before hiring her that it our job was highly time-sensitive. She promised us a report by a particular date and then missed it without contacting us in any way--we had to contact her to inquire. She gave us a new date and then missed that--THREE MORE TIMES. It is now over a month since her site visit and she has stopped replying to our emails. We had to hire someone else to do the job and have requested a refund. I will update this review to reflect whether I receive the refund without legal action. ETA: It has been more than six months with no refund.
