We love Dr Richey and his staff. Everyone is so nice and friendly as soon as you walk through the door. They helped us out this time by moving our appointments around to work us in before school started. My kids always look forward to visiting the dentist and never seem scared or nervous. The girls who clean their teeth are amazing. They take great care of all of us and we leave with clean teeth and a bag a goodies. I definitely recommend this office and all the staff!

I needed a dentist right away due to a tooth ache I was having for over three months every dentist was booked up until the middle of August so I came across Richey Dental and explained my situation of bone density loss and how long I had been suffering with pain and how it should have been extracted in April when I had another one done but the dentist wouldnt do it at that time but they fit me right in the next morning (Thurs. July 15th). Staff were very pleasant and Dr. Richey was great, no pain so I will continue to go to him. Thanks to All that works there.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, the office receptionists were friendly and efficient, and the dental hygienist completed a thorough cleaning after years of not going to the dentist. She answered my questions and was very informative. She went beyond the norm to give me multiple toothpaste samples for my various needs and gave some additional recommendations. My family and I will be returning for future visits.

Dr. Richey is an absolutely garbage human being. EXTRAORDINARILY rude, unempathetic, and extremely rough. Worst attitude and demeanor of any dental professional Ive ever seen. Treats you like youre an animal, and the assistants were even side-eyeing him after some of the things he said. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Richey is very rude and unprofessional. Very aggressive! Seemed also to be in a rush and very sharp with his responses. Will NOT recommend anyone to this awful person. Considering that going to the dentist is one of the highest anxiety triggers among the ENTIRE medical field, youd think that the dentist would alleviate these fears instead of treating you like garbage!

Dr Tyler Richey and his staff are wonderful! They were so good at calming my nerves when I needed my wisdom tooth pulled! I refer everyone there. Even my primary care Dr wanted to know where I went so hia family could go. Definitely 10/10!

I recently had a toothache and found out I needed a crown. Dr. Richey and his staff got me quickly at their 7th street office then put in a temporary crown. After the permanent crown was made at the lab I then had that put on after I was able to get my cleaning in the same day which saved me from making a second visit. Best experience at the Dentist ever! Go to Richey family Dentistry you will not regret it!

I made the mistake of going to Richey Family Dentistry to have my lower teeth extracted and put the right .I always was sent to an oral surgeon before but he pulled them in his office I was in the chair over 40 minutes my upper teeth were pulled you to go by a different dentist and I did fi these teeth cut my gut my lips so bad but I was screamingI stayed up for this adventure it cost me $2,900 I say Im going to set in time Im on disability and now I cant eat he will make them good he thats the way I wanted them he wanted to charge me $200 that I dont have its ridiculous

I have severe anxiety over the dentist but after having a broken tooth causing severe pain that was interfering with me working I knew I needed to get it taken care of. From the moment I walked into the door everyone was super nice and inviting. Dr. Richey is really the best dentist I have been to and I will be going back to all of my future dental work. The front desk lady is so unprofessional and has a very rude attitude (during and even before COVID-19, in case you were wondering). Everything else is decent, I would rate this dentistry 4 out of 5 if the front desk lady was excluded.

The staff there are not friendly at all. I was there to get dentures and I changed my mind when I left and went else where there ruff not gentle at all when its comes to them getting in your mouth.I wouldnt recommend no one to go there

I visited for the first time yesterday and to be honest my first time going to the dentist as a young adult. They were very helpful while I was filling out my paperwork and patient while answering my questions. The lady who cleaned my teeth was very personable and genuinely interested in my oral hygiene history. Fortunately, I did not have any major issues which resulted in a brief but satisfactory examination and conversation with Dr. Richey. This will be my local dentist and recommend to anyone looking for one also.

The dentist seemed nice enough but the front desk fraudulently claimed the full service would be covered by insurance before the appointment then later billed claiming the insurance never covers that. When I received my mothers forwarded bill 2 months after her death I called to explain she was gone and the young lady that answered was dismissive, denied that I could only be receiving the bill for the first time without considering that it may be because her mail has only been forwarded to me for less than 2 mo ths now. She insisted I pay and when I said I was not responsible for my mothers bills she asked in disbelief if there was an estate to bill. At no point did she understand that I had lost my mother and was just calling to notify a creditor that they could stop sending the bill. She was rude and dismissive, I feel bad for anyone having to deal with them regularly and am very grateful that I use a different dentist.

My family and I recently moved to the area and were in need of a new Dentist. We had four recommendations to Dr. Richey and his staff from four different families! Dr. Richey and his staff are absolutely wonderful, not only do they care about your oral hygiene but they genuinely care and take interest in you as a person as well. Dr. Richey is very gentle when it comes to treatment and will talk you through every step of treatment as well. All of our insurance and billing information was discussed prior to treatment with the office staff and was made very clear. Richey Family Dentistry is a wonderful office and we could not be more pleased with Dr. Richey and his staff.

Another emergency walk-in...Wanted about $100 for x-rays/exam which is free at most credible dentists in order to give you an idea of what you would be looking at cost wise... Asking questions the receptionist couldnt answer, said they were going to lunch. Question... How about asking the dentist instead of telling me what YOU dont know??? Just a thought... Geez

I suffer from an unfathomable amount of dental anxiety and have been too scared to even have my teeth professionally cleaned since I was about 10 years old. Dr. Richey & Staff did an amazing job, always doing their best to put my worries at ease. NEVER once put me down for not properly caring for my teeth or talked down to me as if my fear was irrational as I have experienced in the past. I will happily recommend them to anyone needing any level of dentistry care!

Went for check up and I had my teeth cleaned today.The girl who did my cleaning ( AMBER ), was very friendly.But kindness aside, she did the most thorough job i had ever had.I had years of stains on my teeth, i had neglected to have my teeth cleaned in sometime, maybe 8 years. But the stains had been there through a couple of dental visits eleswhere. No other place could get them off.She scrapped, polished, and repeated until she managed to get every bit of it off.Like she was obsessed, and determined too see them white again.She was gentile enough, i never felt any pain whats so ever.(I was really impressed.)Thank You, Amber!!!Only reason i gave 4 stars, instead of 5 stars.... is the building.Its quite small, and old. I think it was a house, turned into a dental office.But the staff was nice.And results, no matter what building....is what matters.

I have a busy work schedule and needed a filling done and they squeezed me in after my cleaning today. Dr. Richey is very gentle with the injection and treatment, I did NOT feel a thing! I was very impressed with his techniques and chair-side manor. Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I went to Dr. Richeys office shortly after he took over Dr. Duchanes office. I neglected to write a review then, but I am now because I was so dissatisfied. While I had my normal hygienist, and that was lovely as always, I was less impressed with Dr. Richey. When I went to get my fillings he wiggled the needle while in my jaw to numb it. Talk about painful! And then not 2 weeks later one of my fillings fell out! They tried to charge me, and then tried to over charge me later after adjusting the bill. No thank you!!! I recommend going elsewhere.

This place is ok it doesnt feel very professional. They basically operate on everyone in the same room. The waiting room fills fast and feels cramped. However the staff is kind and over all pretty friendly.
