Had an issue with my charging port not accepting my charging cable. Stopped in without an appointment and the gentleman working at the time cleaned and dug out the impeding debris...outstanding!

I took my iPhone in to get battery replaced and now I can only hear off it through speaker. It was all working good till I took it in there I’ll be back it needs to be fixed and working right again. I shouldn’t have this problem just having battery changed

My first time visiting the store. My day started with shattering my phone so I schedule repairs on line which was easy. The employees were very polite and helpful when I drop the phone off. Then when I pick it up the phone was fixed and the guy working treating my phone like it was his. Very impressed with this store. I will highly recommend this store to my friends and family. They made my stressful day a great one by the way they treated me and the quality of work and price.

I was quite pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the people working at Batteries Plus who answered my many questions and replaced the battery in my iPad. First, I stopped in without my iPad but needed a model number. So then I called in to get an estimate but couldn’t read the tiny number on the back, and finally, visited the store with my iPad. They replaced it in about an hour which was what they thought it would take. Well done everyone.
