I stressed to them I needed my laptop when I brought it in one week. and half ago they assured me it would be ready.sense Wednesday they have not responded nor been at the place of business. Stressed to them work computer and flying out of country on Sunday
They spent hours searching for a fix on my 8-9 year old laptop......and charged me zero.......that is service
They clearly know what they are doing, but they are slow and, if they have to keep your computer for any length of time, they do not keep you advised of what the delay is or how long it might take to complete repairs
