We took our computer in and got it back a week later but missing 2 pieces. They kept part of our stuff and when we asked for it back, we were told they didnt have it and would have to order a new one(so wheres our stuff? You cant just lose peoples stuff if youre running a business). Its been a month and we still dont have what was ordered I finally went and bought a new one myself. Wouldnt be a big deal but we shouldnt have had to buy it. We should have gotten ours back.Also, we originally thought the issue was a board needing replaced. So we bought one ourselves and took it in and they kept that also.But what really gets me is they would never respond to me. Only my husband.All around unprofessional

Did a great job on our laptop

My daughter was having an issue with her laptop no one could help her. I live out of state and looked this shop up. I think they took care of her in less than 10 minutes and didn’t even charge her. What an excellent way to generate more business. Thank you.

I am extremely happy with their performance! After my failed attempt to upgrade my computer due to a fried motherboard, they redid everything to make it work at reasonable cost.

I happen to know just enough about computers that I can get myself in trouble. John was extremely understanding and helped me with questions I had about my bad hard drive, double checked it for me and explained that if its a recent hard drive purchase that I could probably just get it refund from the company. He was happy to walk me through that process or let me do it if I felt confident, which helped give me options, which most places absolutely dont do. He was respectful and helped save me a little. Definitely recommend GC to everyone and will be coming here for all my future computer issues!

I cannot find anyone better than Guardian Computer Systems! They do exactly what we need them to do and they are very responsive. One thing that was very important to us is that if anything breaks that stops us from doing our job that it needs to be taken care of immediately because in our eyes that is an emergency. They understand this and have been able to fulfill our expectations.

Where do I start? Guardian Computer Systems is great at balancing, and what I mean is when you look at companies that grow quickly, and gain a lot of clients, they need to be able to still service them in a quick, but efficient pace, and these guys do just that. I have called many times before when I am sure they were busy, but they fit me right in and helped me out.
