Great company and hopefully my new employer

We could not be more satisfied with Precision Cleaning. We have used them residentially, as well as commercially. They are prompt and thorough in a variety of jobs. We have used their services for window cleaning, power-washing, general cleaning, and wood sealing. They are well-prepared, very personable and trustworthy. We highly recommend Precision Cleaning.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Horrible experience with this company. They were contacted to clean an empty home and we told the cleaners that they could have some of the appliances in the home as they were not needed and were going to be thrown away. Long story short they did clean some areas like the kitchen sink but failed to clean the faucet. They did not clean the showers properly (at all) and left an oily residue on everything they touched. They did take the appliances which is 100% fine as I would rather they be used than thrown away but they left my crawl space door wide open... They did not even sweep up behind themselves and even left drywall dust all over the stove from removing the microwave..... We attempted to call several times afterwards to inform them of the issue and left several voice messages but did not recieved a response. Today we recieved a letter from them explaining that we would not be charged but that we should have contacted them immediately with our issue even though the first sentence in the letter references a phone message from us. I called and spoke with a gentleman to explain that we did indeed call several times and left messages to discuss the problem and make him aware of the practices of his employees to prevent future issues for the company. Instead of listening he became argumentative and made me lose all respect for this company.

Fantastic job and on short notice. Attention to detail was unparalleled. Would recommend to anyone.

Very thorough, they do Residential as well as Commercial. Dont call anyone else to have your ducts cleaned or anything cleaned for that matter.
