Great staff and great prices. This time I took advantage of manual car wash area. Its basically 10 minutes for $5 which I thought was pretty good. And I didnt have to worry about changing any bills into quarters either. You can use your credit/debit card which is very helpful.

I get great service and a really good wash but I don’t like having to pay for the vacuums on top of the price for the wash. They are usually free anywhere you go.

Nice friendly smiley faces. Had to tell them 2 times to spray mud flaps. Went through 3 times. Still had missed spots. Didnt have time to go through all day long. But I get it a good worker is hard to come by. Atleast yours are friendly and happy.

This place always does a good carwash on my SUV. Although I usually go to the big car wash further north on Hwy 41 (on 3rd St near Hulman). They offer FREE unlimited self vacuums, and that place does an excellent job of washing my SUV in their drive-through too.

I went here to get a car wash, I paid $10 for absolutely nothing. The stains on my car were still there. I feel like I just paid them to pour water on my car and then dry it. Complete waste of money.

The car wash itself is good! The best in town. All though there arent many options in this town. My problem is with the customer service. These people feel as though they are above washing vehicles and get paid 13.00 an hour. I understand they stand out there in all kinds of weather climates and I always take that into consideration. My problem is the last few months I have been asking for their extra services they provide to ultimate customers. I pay over 700 a year to get the best treatment i can since I put a lot of miles on my car and travel a lot. Ive put 6000 miles on my car in the last month. So I if I want to keep up the value of my car its my responsibility to take car of it. All this being said. Today, I pull up and the guy that directs your wheels to be on track did not tell me if I needed to turn my wheel and allowed me to be off track and still waited a few seconds before he directed me. So I go thru the wash and then Im like you know what. I havent asked them to scrub the bumper or sides and rear end because its been too hot. So let me go back through and have them do it today since they are slow and its cool outside. So once again I gave a man my special requests and he said I got you,so I get up to the entrance in neutral and they are spraying and brushing. He didnt brush but a couple strokes and the belt starts moving my vehicle. I cant roll down my windows. So I honk and the dude screamed and jumped and used the Lords name in vein. And they put me through the wash without finishing my requests and the manager was there and watched everything. So then I pull up to speak to the manager and he obviously was on board with what happened .. they were all smiling and laughing and thought it was cute. This is not the first time with this same experience. Then I tried to get all of their names ( which a previous manager told me to do) and manager refused so I walked up to them to get their names and the manager called the police on me and one guy took his tag off. There is much more to this but I dont have time to sit here and continue typing. All I want is to take care of my car. I have never been rude or mean to them. I simply just want whats best for my new car. And lately its been such an anxiety attack to even pull up there. I feel unwanted there and the attitudes are just mind blowing. If they treat me this way I would hate to see how they treat others. Like wow I just cant believe the coldness I receive and it gets worse everytime. I dont want any problems. I just want my customers to have a nice clean vehicle and my car to be treated right when paying a lot for their services. I dont know what to do. Breaks my heart.

Ehhh....wasnt the best, but I was okay. Nothing like it was when the brothers were still a team years ago.

I have the ultimate unlimited pass started out $30 a month now theyre charging me $50 a month and theres times it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get through the wash because they are so busy. Very friendly employees but fill your little on the expensive side

Crew is great because they are all over Indiana and their wash actually cleans well. I would give it five stars in Terre Haute if they would get the lift gates in every lane like in the Indianapolis area. The unlimited lane always has customers that think they’re special, kind of like Congress, and that will alleviate this problem. I am an unlimited customer too but not multiple cars so this experience is when I pay on site.

The place was packed BUT the help was outside in the line and doing fine. Very pleasant but no wasted motion. And they put a real sparkle on my van. THANK YOU CREW CAR WASH!!

Great job! I really miss the cheerful stuffed toys when Ive been having a bad day. Can we get some new ones there. Its not like they cant keep clean in a car wash and they dry off as well with the blowers.

I thought the process was fast and friendly but, there was a incident with the over spraying and thick foam that hit the windshield so fast as the attendant was waving her paddle to move forward that we hit the spraying arm and it came down on our vehicle and left a large scratch as it fell to the ground.We asked the attendant of everything was ok and she said yes.We noticed the large scratch as we made our next stop.

I was able to get right in without a long wait. My car was nice and clean afterwards.

Always a friendly and helpful staff. They have specials we always take advantage of. The grounds are kept very clean. Everything you need for car cleaning is there and convenient. Plenty of detailing areas. Ive never had to wait on vacuuming. Great place.

Place is a joke. They used to be good but recently they have been damaging peoples cars and not taking responsibility for it. Not only did they scratch up my car to where I needed a 5 thousand dollar paint job but they also damaged my friends front bumper and headlight and refused to even talk to us about the issue. Unless you want your car damaged do not go here.

Their carwash does such a good job. I didnt really appreciate it until I paid for an automatic car wash somewhere else and it really made me appreciate Crew and how their carwash functions. I just wish it did a better job drying your car.

My suv looked horrible after my visit. Will not recommend or return

3 Stars because the bay I used smelled like something had died, and the foam brush soap could be classified as an adhesive. I spent 3/4 of the visit just trying to spay the soap off. While inhaling a truly bad smell. Could have been a one off, but I will likely not return. Up to you.

After reading reviews, I noticed quite a few people said that their car didnt get clean going through the car wash. I had the same issue once before and came back around and said something to one of the employees and they let me go through again. Once again it wasnt clean, not their fault, I think it was sap from my pine trees which is super hard to get off as it is. They let me go through again and on top of that, one of the employees helped me spray it off in the self serve area to help me get it clean. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy so anyone who isnt happy with the results, I wanted to share this because they will fix it!! Their customer service is amazing!!!

This car wash is fine but its too expensive. it forces you to pay a minimum of $5 to start washing. their vacuums cost $2 which is absurd compared to most other car washes. i have never used this car wash until today and im not very happy with what it made me pay. 2 stars for nice washthank you for the nice reply to my review. 💜

I wash my car every week at their self wash area. For $5 you get 10 minutes to wash. I always have enough time to wash my car. The Staff are extremely nice. I recommend this place.

For an automated wash it does a pretty nice job. They also use handheld pressure washers to hit the problem areas before you enter the wash. The lines can get really long on days when the weather finally turns nice. I get tired of them always trying to sell me the unlimited wash. It is only good for one vehicle so I prefer to purchase the books when they have the ‘get two free’ deal. Sometimes I have to ask for a second time through when some spots don’t come clean. On an SUV the dryers do nothing to the back of the vehicle so I have to hand dry it after I exit.

If your car isnt clean after going through the car wash they will send you through again for no extra charge but we did not need that.We paid more but the car is clean the first time through.

Its good to wash your vehicle here. Although another car scraped off paint on my bumper. The guy took off when we got out of the wash. Ni did not let the crew know but the young guy working seen it. I was looking in my mirror. Icarus that did it drove in to fast. I always watch., Anyway Im sure I lose. Just watch when at a car wash...

I used to love going to Crew Carwash even when it was Mikes car wash. My new car did not load on the conveyor properly and fell off in the first part of the wash. This caused my car to end up sidewise in the carwash therefor getting hit from behind and the machine in the front. Now one would think they would be professional about how they handle the incident and that is far from what was received. An email stating it is not our fault because in the past the only time this happens is if a customer touches the steering wheel or hits the brakes of which neither happened. My car simply fell off the tracks. What I am saying is BEWARE as they will not take responsibility and their customer service just wants to run you around in circles. I may never return to the that carwash and that includes my family as well who all have unlimited passes as well.

I don’t use any other car wash! None get my car as clean or as professional looking as Crew does! I love that it actually cleans excellently the underside of my car! I feel it increases the life of my car!

Waited so long to get thought the line, the dryers dont really work. But if you get it from a speedway you can save $4 if you use a coupon from Kroger you can save $5.

Nice car wash. I dont recommend the automatic drive-through wash for lowered cars or sports cars with a nicer paint finish. The classic style rotating brush rolls damage the paint surface, and their soaps are known to be rough on certain types of tires especially on hot days. Their prices are reasonable. Great prices on self-service wash, vacuum, tree air fresheners and so on. Staff is usually always in a good mood and around if you need them, even after the ownership change I still go to the Crew Car wash often!

Im from out of town. I usually go to quick quack car wash in utah where the vacuum amd air hose are free and the air has more pressure hooked up to a tank and compressor. I did still have bugs on my windshield but i do like some features

Quick service. Issues with cleaning off pollen spots and under spoiler on hatch back. Price is a bit high compared to similar services at other locations. The monthly passes are more reasonable for the amount you get. Staff is friendly and helpful to your needs.

Had a problem when some of their equipment got caught on my truck.A young man by the name of Cody was on it and took care of the problem,very professional young man.Even though I had a problem I highly recommend this car wash and if you happen to see Coty tell him to keep up the work.

Use this car wash quite a lot but lately it seems they run the car through too fast not enough free cleaning and then when I get out the other side my car is still dirty and I have to go back through again it be nice if they just did it right the 1st time. Even when I tell the attendant for up front that I need specific cleaning on a certain area to me it seems like they dont care at all they just do what they have to do throw you through and then if you have to come back through and its a long line you still wait for everybody else to go until you go. Im up to pay the money theyre asking for a car wash but Im not up to paying for half way service.

I didnt use the carwash my granddaughter did but her car was still somewhat dirty in spots.

Didnt like that I had to pay for the vacuum and it didnt even work that well. Had to go home and clean my car out.

They damaged my car then denied it.

Other than they tell me one of my trucks is to wide, I like going here. But they need to get that straightened out. I should be able to put just about any common commute vehicle through a carwash despite having widened tires and vehicles

It is the best automated car wash in this area. If you are there when they have 2 people spraying the vehicle before you go through it is much better. Last time I went, l had to have it washed twice (no extra cost) because they didnt get the bugs off of the windshield.

Does a pretty good job cleaning up the outside of the vehicle for a automated car wash. Sure wish I had one closer to home.

When this was Mikes Car Wash it was great, clean first time. Now being Crew must be different chemicals because last 4 times not clean and I will not go through twice. I now go north on 3rd st to new car wash, its clean first time.

Very professional and nice staff. We have the ultimate and we go as many times as we want. The car always looks great when we are done. I take pride in my Caddy and they take pride in what they do for us. I love going there.
