They came out quickly on a Sunday! They were very helpful and kind. We were stranded in a parking lot 3 hours from home. We were traveling with 2 children so it was good that they were so friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommend them!!

Honestly waited a bit for the towing but very helpful in all manners, nice people and pretty good sense of humor. After a frustrating day they certainly do try to make it less stressful. Overall very good service.

Worst towing company in town. Our insurance(Allstate) paid for an in town tow of our truck. Driver shows up, tows the vehicle. The next day I happen to see 2 text messages both from different people. The first said it was the driver and that my insurance only paid $50.00 and that I owed $9.00(so much for their supposed $40.00 in town tow as posted on Facebook) and that he needed to collect it immediately(like I am just going to hand over some cash to a tow truck driver who could and should have collected any shortage at the time of the tow, like any other tow company, where i get a proper receipt). Then later I get a second text from a totally different person that says that they have tried numerous times to get hold of me and that if I didnt reply to that text within 10 minutes that my truck would be taken to their lot and I would be responsible for all fees, etc... I verified that my truck was at Adams Garage, so I would very much like to see them try to illegally tow it from there, so that I can meet their tow truck driver at the jail after I report the vehicle stolen. What type of Tow company tries to threaten its customers via text message? And all over $9.00. I guess that they are neither smart enough to bill properly at the point of tow, nor are they smart enough to either A. call and leave a pleasant message stating that their was a shortage and to please call them at my earliest convenience, or B. send a bill, like any other normal business would do. I reported the incident to Allstate motor club and have saved the text messages to turn in to both the local paper and local news so that others will not do business with this shady company. There is a reason why this company isnt BBB registered. STEER CLEAR!!

AAA1 is great! I had a custom truck low rider. The air shocks malfunctioned. It was less than an inch from the ground. BRANDON loaded it on the truck and unloaded it in my garage. I would highly recommend AAA1 and especially Brandon if you need assistance!

I got a flat tire on a long distance road trip. I was prepared to cancel it entirely but these gentlemen showed up and quickly fixed my tire and got me back on the road in 20 minutes. They even checked the air pressure in my other tires. Thanks again for your prompt and professional service!

My girls and I got a flat tire 600 miles from home their quick recovery helped us ger back on the roas faster. And referred us to great tire shop to have tire fixed and waived the service call.

Waited over 2 hours and had to call back for an update..kept getting told 30 mins..then another 30 mins...then another 15 mins. They never showed. Horrible experience.

Waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for a tow. Where the vehicle broke down we were right next to the Tow place.

Warning!!!!!You give them you car and it be last time youll see you car cause they will mess your car up and after that its a junk.

VERY rude people they worked on my car and the day I went to pick it up I had a surprise they managed to dents and scratch the car do not go there!
