I set up an appointment at Vigo Dodge Inc. months ago. I call them to confirm my appointment today and theyre trying to push me back and put me on the back burner because they are so swamped with work. Let me remind you, there was no one on the schedule when I scheduled my appointment. I also made my appointment specifically for that day because of my schedule. Sadly enough the guy on the phone didnt care nor did he care about my business, apparently. He even went as far as to refer me to Sullivan Dodge...😂What a joke!!I come from the Chevy family. Is this how the Mopar family really is? Sheesh..lol #secondthoughts

They do not staff skilled mechanics. We took car our in for an oil change, they messed up the car bad then lied about it needless to say car went and perfectly fine running amazing and had to be towed home after they were finished. They refuse to make the situation right and litteraly laughed in our face and told us to leave. Owner does not care about the customers at all and trains his staff to be as highly unprofessional as he is.

My family has been using that place for 30+ years now and yesterday was the first issue we ever had. Mechanic left grease spots in car and made a smart comment to the woman at the window in the waiting area that made it sound as if he were directing it toward my mother wearing a mask. We will continue to use your services as we understand its not your fault if a employee is not the best. But next time we will be more verbal in having the issue corrected.

Their website clearly states all used cars that come on to the lot are inspected and test driven by and experienced technician, and that is absolutely not the case. After my mother purchased her car she was informed that they do not inspect the used vehicles on the back lot. She has had many issues since purchasing only 2 months ago and is now stuck with a lemon.

Unfortunately im giving this 2 stars they have a good inventory however while shopping we stopped to look at a sports sedan they had marked down a salesman came out asked if he could help us we explained we wanted to check this car out so he went back inside now keep in mind its like 31 outside and wet he takes his time getting the keys apparently because we were about to leave and he finally comes out with the key and opens the car we didnt purchase said car but i feel they may want to re evaluate some of there sales team now i dont want this to look bad for the dealership as a whole because iv had some good here as well but this time it just seemed the salesman didnt care.

I will never do service with them. Im offering up to help a loved one pay for a heater core replacement (On a car she purchased from them a couple years ago) and they loaned her a car off the lot to drive temporarily. To my surprise they made her return it because there wont be any way to work on her car until Monday. Its freezing cold Temps and she has a child she had to drive around with and a job to go to, what kind of a business turns them away and expects me to still give them business? I spoke with the owner Michael Tom, Ill admit I lost my cool a bit, but rather than find common ground and find a solution, he hung up on me. Absolutely no customer service here. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. To top it off she called the owner after, because she bought this car off of them a few years ago and after trying to reason with the owner he became rather rude with them. Truth be told the only person who works there within management that tried to be helpful was a guy named Eric in customer service. Its really sad that the owner hangs up on customers and doesnt care that the customer bought their vehicle from them and scoffs when you tell them if this is how theyre going to run a business then youll go somewhere else.UPDATE 2/16/16A warning to those who may have/share a dissatisfied experience. A couple days after my review which was left on Vigo Dodge´s Facebook page, an employee by the name of Scott Reece commented to me ¨hes a better man than you can ever be.tell the truth. it will set you free¨ As a consumer I comment/review only on my experience and have nothing to gain by stretching the truth, especially when it involves another person´s livelihood.

I would recommend anyone and everyone to Vigo Dodge. The owner Michael Tom personally took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I dealt with Gina as far as a salesman goes and she was great as well. My family has purchased a few cars from Vigo Dodge and we have had a great experience every time.

Scott in the service department was wonderful, Im from Utah and my check engine light came on, so my cousin took me there to have them check my Fiat 500 Pop. They dont work on Fiats so he sent me over to Sir Thomas Moore where done a diagnostic check and determined it was 1 1/2 quarts low on oil, they changed the oil and charged a very fair price. Thank you Vigo Dodge and Sir Thomas Moore

The windshield wiper on our 2015 Journey started to malfunction during a road trip to Indiana (in the middle of a rain storm nonetheless). Scott in the service department had us come right in that day, without a previous appointment, and they had it fixed within an hour! Scott and his staff were all wonderful to deal with, very polite, friendly, and professional. Excellent experience!

We just purchased our first vehicle from Vigo Dodge and had a very positive experience. We got there right before closing time on Saturday and everyone stayed as long as needed. Late in the evening on a Saturday the owner of the business was out cleaning the windshield of our new vehicle. They went above and beyond and hopefully we have not purchased our last vehicle from them.

I used to wait on several of the staff from here when i was a server down at cheddars a few years ago and they have always seemed friendly. I recently bought a dodge dart from a dealer out of Greenwood and had a bad experience at another local dodge dealership. Ran into an issue with my key fob and called Michael Toms. I asked how much a key fob battery was, thinking that may be the issue. An older gentleman in the service dept. Was nice over the phone. (My day had already been horrible before i called) got to the store and this guy (same guy i spoke with on the phone) was busy doing something else however this man literally lifted my spirits. He held a conversation with me tried his best to accomodate my need (Which was not a new battery it was needing a whole new key fob) advised me of the price and still tried working on my raggedy key fob to fix my issue as if i had literally just brought a 2020 dodge charger. Thats customer service!! and i want to Thank you so much for being so kind and polite. Thing is you werent even trying to. Thanks again!

Have dealt with the service department a few times. First time it was with Scott who lied directly to my face and I called him out on immediately. Surprisingly after amitting that I was lied to but no apologie or any attempt to make right. My last experience I dealt with Eric and what do you know he lied straight to my face. After feeling that the service department is not treating the customers the way should I spoke to the owner and he could care less. Be careful of having your service done here they have no problem lying to customers and could care less about your experience with the service department. All the way up to the top.

I love the Dodge Durangos as I have purchased two with in 5 years. My most recent purchase was a 2016 Duragno earlier this year. I noticed a clicking sound coming from the driver seat. The noise progressively got worse, and occurred more often, so I made an appointment with Vigo Dodge Service department. I waited two weeks to get my Durango, and dropped it off this past Tuesday at 8am. I hadnt heard anything at 5pm so I called the service department, and I spoke with Eric, who advised me they couldnt get the seat to make a noise, as they only drove the car around the dealer parking lot. Once I arrived at dodge, I drove the car for the mechanic and pointed out the noise I was talking about. The mechanic and I switched seats so he could drive the car. As I got into the passenger side of my vehicle I noticed a VERY large crack in my windshield! The mechanic stated he didnt know how it happened, when we arrived back to Vigo Dodge the service writer Eric told me he didnt remember seeing the crack in the windshield that morning when he drove the car, and he would have American Eagle out to replace it with a Mopar windshield. Eric also stated he woild order a seat riser for the problem with the seat. They have now had my car for over a week, and I have still not received one phone call letting me know the ETA of the Durango. I called the service department today for an update, I was told by Eric that Dodge would not be ordering a windshield, its my problem not theirs. I asked to see the inspection sheet showing what damage was on the car when it arrived at 8am (because there wasnt any.) I was advised they didnt have an inspection sheet and, that I could talk to the service manager about it. I have spent over $60,000.00 within in the last 5 years with Vigo Dodge, and was told today by Michael Tom the owner, that he doesnt care if we do business again! I never thought I would have to worry about the dealership busting my windshield, admitting the crack wasnt there when I dropped it off, telling me it would be fixed at their expense, and then telling me its my problem. I am not sure who changed their mind about fixing the damage they did to my 2016, but it would have been nice to know within the week that they would not be fixing the damage they cuased, that they still didnt have the part, or and ETA. BUYERS BEWARE!!
