TERRIBLE!! Made an appointment for a Gel Manicure and Regular Pedicure. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR OLD SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEWS AND OLD PHOTOS!!!! The salon itself is located in a VERY small, cramped space behind a 7-11 parking lot. Upon arrival I discovered this nail salon offers MINIMAL services:*They DO NOT do tips, extensions, or overlays of any kind.*They DO NOT do dip powder as well.*The Gel Colors they do have are extremely old. (Dusty, caked and cracked bottles).*Many of the colors on their menu were either empty bottles, or running out.*Sketchy staff (my nail tech was downright hostile and rude).They have VERY AVERAGE skilled technicians. The application of color was mediocre (at best). Pedicure was sub-standard, was left with rough, dry heels and toes. Do not expect precise or neat work from this salon. The services are incredibly over-priced for amateur work. My particular nail tech was unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional. REPEAT - DO NOT BELIEVE OLD SOCIAL MEDIA FEEDBACK! There are better salons in Bergen County. Literally go anywhere else... I would give this salon a ZERO if I could.

I came for a gel set manicure & pedicure. I was very happy with the service! Everything was very clean & the the tools were all sanitized! The nail tech did an amazing job on my nails & I couldnt be happier! They do very intricate work & make sure you are happy with what youre getting. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been coming to Zio Nails and Spa for years, and even when I moved from NJ to NYC, I still continue to cross the bridge just to get my nails done by them. They are talented at what they do and they take time to do your nails. They pay attention to detail and every time you leave youll never be disappointed.

First time to go here and I must say they are very accommodating and were able to take me in such a short notice. I called and asked if they can take me at 2pm and it was 1:45pm when I booked the appointment. The place is neat and they were all very friendly. The only thing is that it’s a street parking so get there before your appointment time. Other than that the service was excellent and they care about the smallest details. I can’t wait until the next time I come.

I live about 35 minutes away from this place but let me tell you, I will GO OUT OF MY WAY ANY DAY for this nail salon! My go to, Annie! I LOVE HER!!!! My nails have never looked healthier and perfect despite the fact that I do gel. They use quality products and the place is so cute and cozy and I just feel at ease when I get there. Before, my gel manicures would always chip and peel off within a week. My friend recommended this place and I decided to give it a try. I am forever thankful. Thank you ZIO NAILS, thank you Michelle, my fav tech Annie for transforming my brittle nails into strong, gorgeous looking nails. I ALWAYS tell people to come to you guys because of the customer service, quality & durability you provide. Ill see you later today for my appointment:D

I love coming here to do my nails! specially because if there is a design i want they can do it for me! the staff is talented and take their time with each of their costumers which i love!!

Kind of upset. I have been coming here since they have been open. I have noticed the increase in clientele. Before, they were pretty good about scheduling appointments and if they didn’t have enough time for you. They would tell you sorry but we can’t do a particular service because they have another customer. It’s upsetting to know that Jin is no longer here. She was very on-top and punctual about that. I am sitting here in the pedicure chair now as I am typing this review. Danny usually does a great job. However, my appointment was scheduled at 4:00 PM, and he started my service at 4:15 PM. There was another customer in the chair and he just started to begin to do her nails. This is the second time this has happened. There was another time where another technician needed assistance. It took away from my service. They do a really good job here. My only thing I would say is please don’t try to overbook, or if you have a walk-in kindly tell the customer that you already have had another appointment booked. You would only be able to do a certain service. I am disappointed. There is a language barrier so Danny the manager wouldn’t understand. I was never offered a percentage off or anything. Not even, a sorry for the inconvenience

This is the only nail salon I could go to in Tenafly! They give the best gel manicures pedicures and relaxing massages too! What I love best is that they are really clean and have sanitized everything with disposable everything. Also the staff are always friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!

They are quiet and do a great job with gel manicures. The massage chairs are nice. It is a very convenient place for my husband and I to go for a mini spa outing. Danny, the owner cares about the tiniest details.

The only nail salon that I can trust. They sanitize their nail tools and are always extra careful with cuticles. I love how they take their time and dont rush you out the door. The spa pedis come with the best foot/leg massages and hot stone! Best nail salon in Tenafly!

I love the services at this salon but they close earlier than their hours say. You must get there at least an hour before closing to be seen.
