Work was done in a timely fashion and on the scheduled days. The quality of work was good and they were flexible with pricing. They had a wide range of flooring products and were well-versed and their uses. Communication was somewhat delayed at times but otherwise I was very happy with our experience. They did a great job and I would recommend them.

From the moment we walked into Design Superstore in Temple we were met with a friendly knowledgeable sales member named George. We told George what we were wanting in a new floor, he showed us several options. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The following day they had Patrick from the Waco store out to measure the area being replaced. As soon as the floor was delivered, we received a call to have the floor installed. The installers were very professional and kept the area clean while working. The installed new flooring looks beautiful. We had a great experience dealing with everyone from sales down to the installers. My husband and I highly recommend Design Superstore. Great place, great people!

We bought a house built in 2007 with its original flooring still in the house which consisted of carpet, a cheap no texture wood look laminate that was swollen in areas due to liquid seepage, and linoleum that had turned yellow over the years. With, our sales rep, George Seaver’s help, we found the perfect flooring for our lifestyle. We chose wide waterproof vinyl planks with the look and feel of wood. The install team was in and out within 3 days and ripped out every bit of the old and replaced with the new throughout (I wanted no carpet anywhere in the house). They were respectful, thorough and careful when moving our furniture around. I am more than pleased with their product and their customer service. I highly recommend Design Superstore for flooring needs.

My experience at Design Superstore was poor, however Melanie was very nice. We were having a house being custom built and were instructed to come here to pick out our tile, flooring, and lights. We arrived for our appt with Kim, upon our arrival she states that we were late our appt was at 11:00 and that we are lucky she is still there. I tell her no our appt was at 3pm, she then looks on her desk and finds the note with the 3pm appt. She did not know what level our selections should be, had no plans for the house. After our builder was contacted we proceeded to make our selections. A day or so later I emailed Kim to ask for something with the selections we had made, the day we picked, things were just being written on a piece of paper, nothing formal to show what room had what selections. When i emailed for the selections she replied back she could send something rough or after everything was priced out. A few months go by I email her (she never replies, I finally call) to make sure that our selections have been ordered and there is no issue, due to covid Im concerned about back orders, she states that nothing has been ordered due to the builder telling her to hold off,which I can understand, but over 2 months later and she did not follow up with builder to see if the order could now be placed?? she does nothing until I call her. She states she will contact my builder and call me back to this day she has never called me back. I contacted my builder since nothing had been ordered told him I would like to go some place else, which is exactly what I did and had a much better experience with a place with much better selections.

Very good location, people were very professional.I had the best experience working with Mrs. Genesis, any question or issue that I might had she had an answer. Specially when some of the materials were late coming in she kept me updated every week.

This is the 3rd project Discount Floors/Design Superstore has completed for us. Overall, we are very happy with the end product. There were a few wrinkles along the way, which we didnt experience on our first two projects. The accent tile for the shower came in and was a totally different shade than the samples in the store. We scrambled and changed the pattern, they ordered more product and made it work. I think I like this better than the original plan anyways. Well, the first installer was not up to par. They had supervisors in the field checking on the project daily. So DS fired the first installer and brought in a new crew. I am so thankful that they stopped the work, ripped some tile out, and came back in with an installer to correct everything. Like I said, there were a couple issues, but every time Discount Floors did the right thing and fixed the problem as quickly as possible. Nothing but positive things to say about the granite department, they are organized and efficient.

My whole experience with Design superstore from start to finish was top notch Lesa Garth went out of her way to make us happy and provided exceptional customer service . The scheduler Pam Stone Was courteous and prompt in her communication.The 2 young men who came out to do the install, I cannot remember their names, were some of the most polite, Professional guys that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Not to mention The install was done beautifully. Because of our design there had to be a seam in a pretty obvious place yet he managed to make it disappear completely. I highly recommend this company and the team that works for them!

Lisa Garth helped me choose a durable and beautiful Shaw vinyl plank flooring product to replace outdated carpeted on my stairs. Lisa is a professional and very knowledgeable sales representative. Incredible experience from start to finish for first time flooring customers! Every person on staff we spoke with was accommodating and understanding and made sure the final product was delivered and installed within our timeline. Design Superstore did an excellent job with installing new carpet in a home we were getting ready for sale. My initial contact was with Jason who followed thru with everything in a very timely manner. Overall, if I need more carpet or flooring without a doubt this would be my go to place. Everyone was very customer service oriented from the initial call till the completion of the install. Very happy!

Design Superstore recently completed the conversion of our tub/shower fiberglass insert in one bathroom and a shower insert in another to subway tile. We are very pleased with the finished product. It exceeded our expectations. Joe Woodward was very helpful during the whole process and even made an on-site quality control review after the installation to answer any questions. I recommend confirming the size of grout lines and the installers daily start and finish times prior to installation. I also recommend identifying and correcting any difference of wall thickness where the new backer board meets the existing sheetrock to ensure the wall tile will lay flat across the seam. We are also happy with the installation performed by Jonathon and Eric. Be prepared for a dusty and messy job, but the results were well worth it.

Ordered shaw carpet.Installed and customer liked it and wanted more.Ordered the exact same carpet and when it arrived 2 weeks later i never received a call.Had to call myself.Went and rented a trailer and the carpet was completely wrong.Wrong color, wrong texture, thickness everything.Cost me money and time mess up a planned schedule i had with customers.Will not be doing any future business here

Not a info friendly store I call to ask them what they would charge me to install 270 sq ft of hard wood floor THERE ANSWER WAS IF I DIDNT BY IT FROM THEM THEY CAN NOT INSTALL IT, HAS TO BE THERE STUFF THAT WAS THE STUPEDES ANSWER IVE EVERED HAD FROM A PRO BZN.why do they buy from the same manufacturer as all other stores. there are Installers that you could of recommended to make extra cash, but very poor judgement on there behalf bad service. im an installer with 44 yrs experience due to an operation cant install it my self yet

This store had a lot of selection at average prices. Im not quite sure where the discount part comes in, but it did have a lot of styles and types available.
