These guys work like a well oiled machine! We had a large oak tree that needed to come down and they made quick work of it, stump and all. Mike’s knowledge of trees is impressive and we couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Very professional crew. I would recommend them hands down!!

I had these guys trim the trees that were around my house and that hung over my house. From the initial consultation appt to the day they did the work, their responsiveness was amazing. I worked with Mike most and Im not sure you can find a more polite and professional man. The work the crew did was top notch. They came in, did the work and left, leaving my house & yard looking better than it did before they arrived. I plan to use them for all my tree services going forward and I recommend you do the same.

They provided a fair estimate and came out to do the work when and how they said they would. That kind of service is hard to come by. They finished sooner than they anticipated and this was after a change to the scope of work. Their knowledge of how to preserve the integrity of the canopies is top knotch. When he came for the estimate, he was the only person (considering we got about 6 diff estimates) who educated us not only on the tree to be cut down, but on the others we have in the yard. did a fantastic phenomenal job. only took 3hrs for a HUGE tree. cleaned up very well when they were done. will definitely be calling him again, for sure, for our next tree removal later this year. very honest & respectable individual. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The two-stars are for Mikes telephone manner - which is very polite and professional - but the missing three stars are for running the business as a whole.Mike cancelled appointments on me 3 times - the first for his truck being in the shop (I get it). The second he didnt contact me until AFTER the appointment had passed (I had to excuse myself from plans to get home in time, but it was a waste), saying that a tree had fallen on his own house and that needed to be taken care of (I get it). The third time, I contacted him via text an hour before the appointment asking to confirm the appointment. No response. I sent another text asking for confirmation 30 mins later. No response. Again, I had to excuse myself (bringing my sons home from the lake early to be home in time) to make the appointment. I called 10 mins past the appointment time, and no answer. When Mike called back (fairly quickly, Ill give him that), he advised that due to high winds in the area, he had to take care of others trees on an emergency basis (I GET IT!).My problem is this: I understand that my issue was low priority comparatively. HOWEVER, I was scheduled well in advance. He should have known that I was now arranging my life around this schedule. He would have known earlier in the day that he would not have made it and cancelled in advance.Come to find out, he is not a certified arborist and cannot treat my trees anyway! So this has been a huge waste of time.Mike - thank you for your apology and polite telephone manner, but this was a poor way to handle your customer on too many occasions.

I have never used this company before, however the owner of the company is so unprofessional. We were traveling down Hwy 317 in Temple and the lane was merging, i merged in front of him all legal and everything. He sped up and pass me on the left hand side in the center lane. As he was passing by me, he was yelling and throwing up the middle finger at me. We were heading in the same direction so I was trying to get the name of the company written on the side of the truck.I pulled over into a store parking lot to see if I can get the name of the company as he drove by. He pulled in the store parking lot and jumped out yelling, screaming, and cussing at me. He was trying to say that I was in the wrong but i was not. Even if I was in the wrong, there was no need for him to act in such a manor, especially being a so called business owner and driving the company truck. I told him you never know who you are talking to. I will never do business with this company after seeing the owner act in this way.

Great work! Fast, quality work for more than reasonable price. Cut, trimmed and hauled away in an afternoon.

Mike and his crew are very professional. From the time I called for an estimate to completion of the job, Mike was polite and kept in communication. We had a large tree fall into our backward and get hung up in the power lines. After dealing with Oncor for 2 and half days to get the power disconnected, Mike and his crew showed up BEFORE Oncor arrived (Oncor said they would be there in 20 minutes, Mike was there in less than 15). He completed the job very quickly and left nothing to clean up afterwards. He even replaced part of our fence that was taken out by the tree.Overall great experience and even better price! I had anothe tree service quote me twice as much as Mike did. I highly recommend Tree Addicts for any tree work.
