In this day and time not to many people take the time to care and explain things related to pool supplies. The manager Brandon was very knowledgeable and VERY helpful. He took the time to explain all the processes to get our hot tub started. He wrote down step by step instructions.He even explained how Leslie Pools sell great above ground pools. We are definitely getting our pool through them. Thank you Brandon this customer appreciated more than you know.Also. Brandon could use a raise. 😁😉

They have the best customer service ever!!! Their manager is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Not knowing anything about pools when i went into the store i left felling very confident in fixing my problem. All of their staff was nice and even carried out my products to my car. Never experience customer service like that before. If i could give them more than 5 stars i would. They always know the answers or how to find the answers.

Brandon, Colton and Jose are truly the most helpful young men EVER! I have been coming to Leslies pools for some time now and I have NEVER been disappointed in the truly great service they each provide. They are always so nice and eager to help solve any and every problem I have ever had. They always carry my stuff to the car if it is too heavy for me and never complain about ANYTHING! SUCH A GREAT GROUP OF MEN WORKING IN THIS STORE! When I first got my pool I was truly scared of the upkeep and afraid I would have to pay someone to do the weekly maintenance. Brandon quickly restored my confidence in how easy it is to do it all myself. He educated me on the chemicals and knows exactly what to add and/or hold back on to keep my pool beautiful and running optimally. I had problems with my Polaris and needed just one part but wanted to make sure they had the part before going in. Jose let me text him a picture and then called me right back with the information I needed, then he pulled the part and had it waiting for me and Brandon put it on the Polaris for me. Recently Colton helped me by explaining exactly how to reinstall the back up valve on my Polaris. They are all EXCEPTIONAL and Brandon is a great leader! I will never go anywhere else! Do not hesitate to use Leslies Pool Supply in Temple Texas! You will be extremely satisfied with the high level of customer service that is provided! It is rare to find this at any franchised store. Great job guys! Keep up the great work, you make owning and caring for a pool such a BREEEZE!

When you ask for help or questions about your pool they just look at you like they didnt understand the question. If they are incompetent about pools they dont need to be helping people on pools. Plus they all have the personalities of wet mops. The only thing they were helpful on was when we needed a replacement liner for the pool that was given to us. But we had to load it ourselves when it came in because they were to busy and didnt have any idea on how to install it, because they dont do that and have never had to install one.

Products are overpriced a little, but the customer service is horrible. The older gentleman should retire, if he’s inconvenienced by simple questions from customers. I’ve been here 4 times and he has treated myself and other customers poorly. He even treated another coworker poorly in front of me. The coworker was a young man, who actually has great customer service skills. Upper management needs to investigate his lack of effort and customer service.

I went into the store on 29 October to ask about a stain on my pool. The clerk was not knowable at all. If you plan to have someone working in your temple store, make sure that they know what youre talking about.

Struggling with our pool. Brought in a sample and a few questions. If I asked specific questions they were answered, however I really wouldve appreciated a little more help. I told him I needed help, and didnt know what I was doing. 🙁
