Very dissatisfied. No help at all on the floor anywhere. 1 cashier, she tried to help, but she was busy. They were sold out of what I needed. I use to really like this store.

The store was nice clean and well stocked. I do miss the days of being able to see visit or hold potential pets prior to purchasing. Also bring bring back the bunnies

This location is super awesome! Every time I go they have exactly what I need, and the people that are very friendly. They keep it very clean, and I can tell that they really care about animals. Are usually go there for food, crates, and different bedding for my puppies. But I see there’s always a long line outside of the groomers so I know that they do a great job there as well.

PetSmart is good place to get me dog some food. Got a leash and some other doggie toys. Get smart, get a pet!

Prices arent to bad and the associates are helpful.

Just got a new kitten and had to get him supplies. He loves his new toys!

The employees at the Temple, Texas PetSmart are so helpful and understanding. After weeks of trying to get a class pet, I was successful thanks to that store. They not only helped me select a Guinea Pig, but all the materials to go with her so that I could surprise my class coming back from Spring Break. Wonderful experience.

Very knowledgeable staff. Unlike the others in the chain will see a quick fix. Honestly looking out for the overall best interest of the fish. Was able to get some good advice in getting my tank stable. Will be coming to this PetSmart more often. Fish look and appear healthier than the ones in my town too. If I didnt live 45 mins away I would get them here. I usually get my supplies here. From fish food, prime, decorations anything for our cat etc.

We called in advance to get our dogs nails done. The lady on the phone was rude and ended up hanging up on us so we went to the store in person to see about getting our dogs nails done. The lady at the front desk said we would have to make an appointment. We told her about how we called 2 hours earlier to get one set up at 3pm and that the woman on the phone hung up on us. The lady at the front desk handled the issue and got our dog in and out. If the issue was not handled properly I wouldnt have gave them 4 stars. Not sure on going back anytime soon.

We recently got our first bearded dragon. Other than my own research, I was very lost when it came to caring for him. I asked many people. The most and BEST help I received was from a gentleman (staff) at this store (temple,tx). Just want to say thank you again for all your help.

Employees are very sweet. Huge selection of items. Well organized. I wish they had more dog clothes to choose from but the seasonal Christmas/Halloween selection was pretty good.

This PetSmart offers a lot of products for your pets. They have reasonable prices. I wish they had more employees to help you find things and figure out what you should get for your pet. I try to buy my dogs food when it is on sale.

Dont trust most not all of the employees for information about petfood products. most dont know their a$$ from a hole in the ground.

Buy one get 2nd Half Off tag hanging under the Product I purchased but Excludes the Product I purchased 🤪But the nice Manager took care of my purchase ( bit the sale tags need to be Removed & moved to correct product cause this was the 2nd store I was at today . The 1st store was out of stock of this product but the Sign was under than one as well )

People are very friendly and knowable about things in the store. Went in looking for a aquarium the Im the fish department was friendly and helpful.

Stopped price matching with Chewy. Been getting one item that could price match, plus all other stuff I buy. Decided I wont go back. Get every thing on line, next time. Not paying $5 more, per item. Every Petsmart Ive shopped at honored it before. Did weeks of dog classes there. Sad they dont honor it.

PetSmart has always been a pleasant experience when I go in for all my pets needs for dog food, treats, and toys. I highly recommend anyone to go there. These treats I posted my Husky and Boston Terrier just loves them.

Store associates are always friendly when I come to this Petsmart. I went there recently to buy a new brand of dog food the vet recommended, and I had some trouble finding but the associates were more than happy to help me find it. The whole experience was quick and easy.

Very nice and friendly staff. This location is quite far from where I live but I would say they offer gud service.

The grooming salon apparently has a 20 min window to show up and then cancels your appointment. Oh and there is no courtesy call to let you know. Then you can’t book again for a couple days. I guess the 4 hour block of time that was set aside for my dog had vanished. Just like any future business from me. Enjoy paying your employees to sit in back for four hours doing nothing.

Was not clean, they do not encourage customers to pick up their dogs poop in the store!! The store does not clean the floors either. Watch where you walk. Store is not well stocked either. Poorly managed store.

Groomers are very professional. They seem to really care about the pups.You might pay a few dollars more but for me its always money well spent.

Last cat we adopted from Petsmart was estimated 7+ yrs old when adopted, which was 5 yrs ago & we loved him so much while he was with us for 5 yrs but unfortunately he went to heaven November 2019. ( Whiskers ) 🐈😢We decided after difficult months of talking as parents to get our daughter (12 yrs) another cat for her birthday since shes been so depressed since losing her kitty. I feel after only 12 hrs its a great decision cause they are just inseparable 😍 so although the process was different due to covid-19 virus we are very happy to have her in our family

I used to own a reptile business in New York, This Is very well kept and Clean.

I was told I could walk in for nail trims. I walk in there and the grooming lady who I spoke to was rude. She told me an appointment was needed. even though thats not what I was told on the phone 5 minutes ago. She said they could make an appointment for me or I could go online.I told her it does not give me the option to make a nail appointment online, so i asked if she could make one. She said i need to hold on. So i waited and she never came back and helped others who came after me. Will not be back.

They have the correct feed for my birds

My sons birthday gift was a fish tank, so we went tonight to get some fish for it. We got there around 6:15 (they close at 7) and stood by the fish section for almost 30 minutes, pressed the call help button twice, and the only thing that came of it was a female employee rudely and harshly telling my husband to stand behind the blue line. Unsure if she was having a bad day or what, but she definitely took it out on both of us.When we finally asked for help since no one was coming with the call button nor offered help, we were told “sorry, we stop selling fish a half hour before closing.” It was 6:40.Needless to say, after explaining that we *did* ask for help, we left with a pretty disappointed toddler and won’t be returning. Customer service goes a long way and there was sadly none today.

I had to go to Petsmart in Killeen to get the bigger harness for my dog. Then I had to go to Petsmart in Temple to get the leash to match the harness. I was looking for a purple poop bag holder and none of the Petsmarts had any available, but it shows it on there website. So I have to look for a purple poop bag holder somewhere else.

I wasnt impressed. Its just another pet smart but customer service and professionalism goes a long way. I justvput my items back and took my money elsewhere.

Highly recommend Katie P for dog training - especially if your preference is positive reinforcement training (affect dog behavior from within and not via external methods). Have seen immense improvement just from group classes - looking forward to individual 1-on-1, too.Staff is always very friendly. They are willing to go the extra mile to help. Would recommend this location to others.

Love this store

Just moved here from East Texas and took both of my chihuahua mixes to the groomers at Petsmart. Angel groomed both of them and was wonderful!! They were very happy and you could tell she enjoys working with animals. The price was considerably lower than where I lived before, more services were included, and they did a great job.As for the store, very clean, neat and well stocked. Animals for sale all looked healthy and well taken care of. All of the staff was very friendly to us and our dogs.

Ordered of their website. Saw immediately which items were out. Got notice my order was filled within 10 min. Called their number and they brought to car. I will use again and recommend their service.

Really nice Petsmart, even with everything going on with COVID, they were doing the best they could. I had some questions which unfortunately couldnt be answered, which wasnt their fault. Everything was nice and organized and very easy to find!

Not good for grooming or the veterinarian would not sell me a flea pill. But the people working in the store was sweet

Walked in the doors 5 minutes before closing to see what kind of hamsters they had available and was greeted by a very compassionate employee that took the time to explain every detail that involved the care of a hamster.. Ended up walking out with hammy & all Necessities needed for the care of my new little pet... I was overly pleased..

We came to petsmart to get our things for our new pet and the staff great. They assisted us when we had questions and led us the right way. Great location and not too far from other things. 5 stars for me, really great customer service

Staff at this PetSmart has always been helpful. Took my 6 month old puppy for a puppy trim and when we encountered the groomer Rheanna, later in the store, my dog clearly loved her. We are currently training with Katie and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She knows exactly what my dog needs and is able to demonstrate the behaviors we are striving for. Honestly, inspired!

Went to get crickets waited 15 mins, I was looking at the fish tanks while waiting and I see dead fish in the tank I told the lady all she said was I know and walked away. That a gross response and to just leave the dead fish there 😔

Incredibly clean and well-organized. Its also helpful that they have both an on-site grooming service and pet hospital. If you subscribe to their texts or buy their discount book, its also incredibly easy to save money.

Well I was at Banfield but PetSmart is great. My puppy got into all of the toys on the bottom shelves and he loved it.
