Wanna get a workout in and enjoy your music without feeling like you have to damage your hearing? Don’t want to feel like you have to yell at the person next you so you can just talk to them? Then don’t come on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 5:30-6 am! Pretty difficult to even hear yourself think when the aerobics class is kicking in! Irony is that there are at least 40 posters stating to “keep your music to yourself”! Otherwise, I love my gym!

My favorite bookshop now! Not so big and commercial, but more than enough tomes for any bibliophile; the staff is excellent and helpful, the coffee is superior. My fave: breve honeypot. Its MY bookstore. MINE!

Im new here. Got a great work out but some equipment is old and seems like the people working out dont know how to pick up and restack their weights. If gym was more organized I would give 5 stars.

The gym itself is fine. However, sometimes it feels they are not considerate of members. They have many signs posted about gym etiquette, including “keep your music to yourself” which I agree with. However, the aerobics/ dance class blares music so loud in the morning you cannot hear yourself think, let alone even hear your own music in your headphones. We are all paying for this self care time and have limited availability to invest in ourselves with busy schedules. So to have employees being so inconsiderate to others time is frustrating. And times I have asked about closing the door or turning the music down was met with dirty looks.

Best gym Ive been to in years. Stephanie is so likeable its easy to go in the office. Its alwas super clean. The best part are the trainers Tess & Anthony Penne are great. I started with Tess August 1st last year at 163 lbs and reached my goal of 120 by January this year. Now were working on building muscle and she makes my workouts so fun I look forward to Mondays instead of dreading them. COME JOIN US.

Love love love this gym. Close to home. Large enough so through this pandemic not to crowded. Clean, well set up and people are courteous of cleaning the equipment they use thoroughly. Price is right and great trainers and extra classes. Check it out.

Gym was Great. Staff was always friendly, and maintained high standard of cleanliness.Childcare was a lil scattered and 1/2 way through our membership the gym canceled evening childcare. This was the only time my wife could workout...really discouraged her

This location stays really clean. Lots of good equipment. Can be a little busy at times, and the weights dont get put back often, but thats no fault of the staff. Really friendly employees. All in all, nice facility. Would recommend.

Its 24/7 for starters! Staff is always polite and helpful. But most importantly the establishment is CLEAN. Ive never been and it be too crowded. Highly recommend

My husband and I have loved using this gym! The staff is really great about catering to their members. They take suggestions very seriously and I can tell they really care to make the members happy. The gym is always very clean and machines are kept in great shape. Classes are fun with great instructors. Highly recommend this location!

My husband and I joined this gym 8 months ago and really enjoy it. The staff is extremely friendly. We plan to workout here for a long time. Gym is always clean and it has the best High Fitness Classes. Definitely recommend!

I signed up at this gym 3 months ago and have had such a great experience! The employees are always so helpful in explaining some of the equipment. They have a room where you can have a virtual instructor guide you through exercises. Its really nice to be able to go Anytime I want to 24/7 with the key fob they give you. They have recently moved to a new location which doubled their size and were very accommodating during the transition. Ive been to many different Gyms through the years depending on where I have lived and by far this has been the best. The owner, Jennifer, is there almost every morning and makes it a point to ask how my experience is. They are open to suggestions and will always have my support!

This is a great gym, it has everything you need to workout and then some. Staff is friendly and helpful and it’s always clean. They even have some classes which is nice. Patrons are respectful which is a nice bonus as well.

Nice clean facility, staff was nice, I am not joining because it seemed cramped and there is no tanning... Also, twice as much as some places that do

Jasmine is my favorite trainer there. So good while I was trying to regain the balance and strength I have lost as I have aged. She really did her research. Nice folks and well maintained equipment.

I love that they have childcare and are just around the corner. So convenient and the gym is so clean!

Great location and staff. The gym is occupied by respectful members who clean up after themselves and re-rack weights. The gyms staff were very accommodating during the New Years holiday, and also constantly work on keeping the gym clean and orderly.

I absolutely love this gym! Danielle and her Cardio Sculpt class is THE BEST! High Fitness classes are fun too!

Terrific gym, friendly staff, but the location on East Adams in Temple can become busy which makes finding parking a hassle at times.

Friendly staff, no rude people interrupting workouts with yelling and stuff.Equipment stays clean and environment is nice, great job on being consistent!

Work out here almost everyday. The new location is a definite upgrade from the old location. More space and more equipment and when it is busier it doesnt feel as crowded.

Absolutely ridiculous. Signed up for a summer membership and I constantly have issues using other locations. My key fob randomly stops working and I get the stink eye from gym employees who think Im piggybacking on other peoples memberships. Dont start a promotion if you cant logistically support it. I paid a lot of money for something thats giving me more heart burn that I signed up for.

The layout of the new facility is crowded. The free weight area is congested and poorly laid out.There is a large cage-like apparatus dominating the facility. It has a significant impact on the movement around building.
