I will never rent from Buddys ever again. They continue to give my husband and I the run around about them pick up their stuff. We have had new couches and refrigerator for about two weeks now and they continue to set up dates without speaking or calling us. They also questioned my husband about personal problems. Never again. If you want an great rental place for anything go to Rent A Center. I also told them my place was to small to have two refrigerators and a sectional couch in it and they still wont come get it. They also lied about the prices on the furniture and appliances.

Imma miss these guys and the customer service, they was great to me the years I was a customer.

They refused to give me a refund after picking up their stuff and I had paid for the remainder of the month. Their store is always dirty and nasty. The guys that deliver refuse to help at all and only wear rags hanging from their faces. We had an issue with every product we got there. We paid alot every month for junk

Not really sure what the negative reviews are about. My husband and I have had life situations we went though and they have always legitimately cared about what we were dealing with while still making sure they remained a BUSINESS. Guy, vicki and Cameron are the main ones that come to mind when I say these employees have always treated us with the upmost respect. They have never hounded us nor disrespected us. We love the employees at Buddys in Temple.

Went there for my mother to pick up some furniture the lady behind the counter wasnt too friendly and whats not wearing a mask I asked her why she was not she said she didnt have to

Awsome customer service

Been with them since Nov 2016 and they have been great even worked with us and supported us while my husband was in the hospital having a full liver transplant this past May 2018. Never made us feel pressured during this time unlike some other places did. Guy and the other buddys team are like family to us. We love them ❤

Cory and the staff here go above and beyond with their service. Repaired a leg of my couch no questions asked and didnt charge me for it. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We have been Renting from Buddys since 2013. My whole house is Buddys Furniture. I have never had a problem with the Workers or the Furniture we have purchased there. We have paid off so many nice items from Buddys. I will tell everybody to go to Buddys. Just cause a few people have had a bad experience with Buddys dont mean Tell others not to go. Put yourself in they shoes, they doing what they get paid for they JOB. So if they call for a payment or go to your home. That mean ur late on your payment and they doing they job. GO FIGURE!!!!!!@ BUDDYS NUMBER 1

The help you get from this store good untill the item is paid in full then they dont even care about you. Even if you have had problems with the item since you bought it when the warranty runs out we cant help you now .

Half of my house is from buddys. Good selection to choose from. Plus if you pay it off before the interest picks up you save money.

I purchase some used furniture on 06/12/13. Today 07/03/13 when they were supposed to drop off my furniture, they told me that they didnt have record for some of the furniture that they did not deliver. I paid cash over $1000+ for my furniture. When I called the manager Jim to express my concern. He told me that he didnt care and if I wanted to I could call my bank and cancel the transaction and then he hung up on me. When I called back to get the number to the corporate office he continued to hang up on me. This is very upseting b/c I will be moving into an empty apartment even though I purchased my furniture 2 weeks ago... I will never purchase from this place again!

They charge your card without permission...just because card is on file, doesnt give yall permission to just charge when yall get ready!

They suck they tell you they going to show up certain time but they dont there customer service is horrible I would recommend going to Aarons I cancled my order through buddys will never recommend them to anyone

The manager is horrible I only had one payment left and they took my money off my card without consent and I feel like I was over paying I dont have no receipt to show my balance or anything. I wouldnt refer anybody to rent from buddys in temple tx
