I thoroughly enjoy the whole vibe of the community. I especially like the weekly events. It gives us chances to meet our fellow residents. Plus the courtyard and general maintenance of the community is well kept that means alot.

Living at The University Courtyard Apartment Complex, truly is great. I absolutely love the convenience of being able to walk to campus in just under a couple minutes. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. The University Courtyard, also has fun events planned throughout each month that really help us as students to get out and get to know one another. It truly is a great place to live for a first time college student!

I havent been living here long but I can tell I wont be staying here for long nor will I recommend living here to anyone. The apartments are nice and already furnished, theres no problem with the apartments them selves, its the neighbors that are EXTREMELY LOUD and apparently none of them know what an inside voice is. And dont get me wrong I understand these are all colllege students living here but these arent dorms these are apartments I pay almost 700$ for per month, not only that but I have to live with a roommate who is messy, eats all my food, NEVER goes to class, is up until 3am, invites multiple people over without asking me. But other than that these apartments are wonderful although I would recommend you get the studio apartment or just continue living with your parents because these definitely arent even worth the price!!!:-)

This place I did not like at all. I lived here a whole year and dreaded every minute of it. First of all who pays $575 for four shared rooms. I see as of today on your website you are charging $529 well I am sure my experience will explain why. While I attended Temple College my friends had told me that these apartments were one of the worst, but I was hard headed and decided to take a plunge into the abyss. The first day I walked into the apartment it was filthy and the sink was filled with dishes covered in mold by one of the three roommates I had. I reported it to the manager and she handled it. It turned out that one of my roommates always had his girlfriend there, the other sat in his room all day and played video games and practiced playing his instrument and then I believe the other one of my roommates might of been doing drugs although I never could tell since he was never there. This place gets so loud at night and there is so much drama with people fighting it is impossible to study for classes. When my other two roommates left I was left with the one who might of been doing drugs, but then came the strangest roommate of them all. He was an older guy who I think was bringing girls over late every night (I was half asleep mind you so I am not sure if it was a different girl or the same one) and I had the strange suspicion that he was doing drugs too by the way he acted and talked. The place was so awful, loud, and crazy that I left early to get out of there and still paid them monthly so I wouldnt have to deal with all that.

Everyone who works there sucks!! They only care about the money, they dont care about you. They overcharge you and prey on the fact youre straight out of high school and dont know much about living on your own or much about leases.More than that, they overcharge you. I was living in am apartment with 3 other roommates. I had to pay $490 ish a month! Want your own apartment? Youll be paying about 800 a month for a studio apartment. Meaning your bedroom is around the corner from the kitchen and living room. No room has doors besides the front door and the bathroom. Because screw your privacy.People drink, smoke, and party all the time. The police station is in the parking lot 3 minutes away and just happens to not hear anything going on. Like ever.Worst place to live. Get a real apartment with a friend and youll save tons of money

My experience here at the university courtyards have been awesome. Occasionally they host gatherings in the club house or around the pool area where food is served. Games are also included in these gatherings. The management is great and very cooperative. As far as the apartments they are in tip top shape and whenever things are broken maintnance fixed it very quickly. Awesome plACE OF LIVING HIGHLY RECOMENDED

Overpriced. Loud neighbors. Unhelpful office staff. Snarky night manager who doesnt care about anything. Maintenance that walks in whenever they please. Management whose main goal is to screw over college students living off loans. The smell of weed 24/7. Living in constant fear of being fined for something you didnt do. Horrible place to live.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! the courtyards take advantage of you ESPECIALLY if you are an athlete! Keyasha (the manager) totally abused her power and barged (NO KNOCK) into my friends (WHO WAS 21) apartment for being “loud”. However we were just watching a football game. She then claimed that I was drinking because there were EMPTY beer cans on the table. (Even tho they were my 21YEAR OLD friends). I calmly explained to her that I had not been drinking I just dropped by to explain homework to my friend. Keyasha claimed I was lying and then wrote my name down and told me to talk to her in the morning. So the next morning I went to the office AS SOON AS IT OPENED and she did NOT SHOW UP! So i got tired of waiting and i went to my athletic coaches office and told her the whole story. KEYASHA WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY COACH SAYING THAT I WAS PARTYING AND DRINKING. I had to run so much, got suspended for two games and on top of that I had to pay a alcohol 100$ fine for alcohol THAT WAS NOT EVEN MINE!!! We were the only “party” that she busted. However our neighbors( who were friends with mangement) through RAGERS every weekend and no one was ever barged in on. Another incident that happen another athletic team had a party and i was in COLLEGE STATION and the apartments busted it and told my coach that I was there! (EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER SAW ME) I showed my coach the time stamp that I was in college station and she thankfully believed me!!!! If you want to live in an apartment complex that INVADES your privacy WITHOUT WARNING, TAKES ADVANTAGE of athletes, and updates there office building more often than they update the actual apartments then this awful place is for you.

Do you enjoy lying awake at night wondering if the person screaming in the apartment above you is getting their teeth knocked in?Or maybe you just hate being woken up by your alarm clock and would much rather be pulled from your slumber by the tranquil sound of your neighbor happily slamming a strangers head against your front door? Then look no further because this is the place for you!!!Theres a police station conveniently located in the parking lot so you can rest easy knowing that your car radio was stolen only 10 feet away from thumb-twiddling officers! Dont forget to appreciate the new smashed in dashboard look those little rascals gave your car while they lovingly stole your radio!=) All those missing pieces just give your vehicle some much needed character!I was just tickled pink when I learned that the video surveillance sign posted at the parking lot entrance referred to imaginary cameras.Good thing I can park right in front of my apartment! I just love being able to look out the window and know immediately whether or not that car alarm I just heard belongs to my vehicle!Uh-Oh! Your AC went out? Dont worry about it! The assistant manager says its not too hot outside so she must be right! Just think of all the water weight youll lose sweating in your apartment!=) Youll wish they had taken longer than a week and a half to fix it with how phenomenal you look!Got an issue you need taken care of in the middle of the night? Just call the night manager! Shes sure to entertain you with her snippy remarks and hateful attitude! After you open the door that shes been persistently beating on, you can feel at ease knowing that the only noise issue is the TV she just realized you had on and not the couple beating the hell out of each other upstairs! Silly you!=P You should have known to just mute it and use subtitles! The actual apartment is just wonderful! The hole in the bathtub, linoleum thats peeling up at the corners, dishwasher thats not bolted in, rotting siding to the right of your balcony, free internet you joyfully discovered is just a stone age DSL connection, the nonexistent blinds youve been trying to get replaced in your room for months, pointless gated entry into your building (Forgot your key? You can just reach around and open it from the other side!), and lets not forget the paint falling off of the ceiling above the shower! These are all just premium features you and your three roommates are paying a total of $2,000 for! This really is a high quality of living! Im almost sad my lease is up in 29 days, 23 hours, 7 minutes and 43 seconds! I sure am going to miss constantly looking over my shoulder every time I walk out the door!

I dont like this place one bit. The staff is rude and all they care about is your money. They dont respect that you have a service animal even though you have papers. The people next door smoke weed and party all the time and still havent gotten kicked out. It is not worth 500$ for the chance to get mugged....... where you get charged for things your roommates have done and you have taken no part in it
