Golden Corral is hard to beat. They always have a wonderful array of foods to pick from. Their service is great. Always plenty of variety to pick. Great place if youre a small or big eater I recommend it to anyone. Great food. Great steaks!

Our waiter was great! The food wasnt bad but the experience was a bit different. The lunch buffet is very limited meaning you may only find one chicken option, shrimp may or may not be available, and dessert is chocolate cake (primarily). The location was clean, the staff were friendly, and the cold good was fresh. Id go again.

Yall this is your friendly neighborhood Sasquatch and I just want to say that this particular Golden Corral is extremely clean, the staff is extremely polite and if you got Michael behind the grill he is going to make you question your grilling abilities. Im not entirely sure what this man does to those cheap cuts of steak, that Golden Corral serves, but it is absolutely ridiculous how flavorful it is. I enjoyed that cheap cut of steak more than the last Texas Roadhouse Steak I got. Ask for Michael behind the grill, he will not disappoint.

Love it here and steve is soooo good fix me bacon if they run out.

I liked this location...on our way home from a weekend beach trip and stopped in for lunch. It was about 3ish???Lines were restocked fresh and hot, plenty of seating, clean tables. Very tasty, left with Billys full and smiles on faces.Plenty of food service gloves for self service

A nice variety of meats and different foods. Very nice. I always feel like I get value for my money here.

It didnt live up to its commercials.... there was lots of food but it just wasnt good food... the popcorn shrimp tasted fishy.... the chips for Chili Con Caso were soggy, couldnt tell the difference between the meatloaf and the Salisbury steaks... and there werent any labels so you didnt know what you was getting.... it just wasnt a good experience and I wont go back there!

Entered as they opened on a Sunday, had to wait on steak and sausage. First piece of steak was mostly fat and gristle. The need to be more selective on the cut and quality of steak. Everything else was great.

Starving on my way home so stopped in Golden Corral randomly. This location is much smaller than Waco, but it still had plenty of options. Restaurant was very clean. The cashier, Julia M, didn’t say a word to us other than the total. No hello, thank you, or even a smile. Our server, Marion (I think) was super friendly and fantastic.

This is a good restaurant to dine in and the staff are so friendly. By the way, I enjoyed eating the steak meat and it one of the best steak I ever had. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who want to eat quality food.

Nacho cheese was a bit thin. No taco shells or meats so dont get your hopes up for that. Steak was good as were the prawns. All in all better than expected. They do have gloves for customers if they would like to use them. Thanks for being open! Thanks to your staff for being awesome and making me feel welcome!!!

This is a very good Golden Corral. Very helpful and friendly staff and very good food. Menu is much better than surrounding locations. I highly recommend.

The food was better than the last time I went there clean up crew with slow and lazy I called corporate call them they need a push cart rather than moving dishes one by one back to the kitchen and wasting time

I was really disappointed this time, we got there about 5pm and everything seemed to be out for awhile. The salad bar was either old or out, gone. Not what I would normally expect. Right about 6pm. Everything started getting filled and replaced. From now on, we will go at or a little after 6pm.

All the food was excellent and fresh . Alex was very attentive and even brought fresh coffee and a free joke . He is super friendly and worked very hard on all his tables

I warn everyone please be careful eating there. They hired me today and the smell in The kitchen was so bad not very clean invirement. I asked to walk outside for a min and they told me that I wouldnt work out for the job because I couldnt do the smell. And they dont time nothing if it doesnt get eaten when new is ready old goes on top fyi. Opening manager doesnt really talk in English much and makes you feel uncomfortable not understanding what is being said around you. Worked 3 hours and really no training not a friendly manager are staff. I can cook and how they cook its easy nothing is made homemade. Chicken was in a sink at 9 am when I walked in and then they cooked it and served it scared 😨😨.

The waitstaff is efficient and friendly. The buffet staff is slow at helping guests even when its not busy. The building could use some deep cleaning. I noticed the window sills had a lot of dirt as well as dead bugs in them.

Typical Golden Corral. The burgers were pretty good, not too dry. Salad bar was fresh and had a lot of options.

We found hair in our food the first plate told manager showed him he took the plate and tossed it out Then my grandchildren went to desert bar and was told dont let access chocolate on strawberries drip into bottom of pan instead put on their plate to let the access chocolate drain she said there was a limit on gummy bears to 5 we paid for the all you can eat buffet yet told there was a limit anotherteenage girl covered 15 strawberries on one plate and nothing was said to her the food wasnt very good have been here many times with no problems but this was the worst not to sure we will go back

Jackie, by far the absolute worse waitress ever. Took myself there for my birthday this afternoon. She came to my table only once within an hour. Never once got a drink refill. When I’m leaving, she is standing behind the soda machine on her cell phone.

Was good for a buffet. Didnt have the entire menu up. Only had sausage and turkey on the fresh carving stations, salads were almost all empty when we arrived. Was filled as fast as possible.

I have not been to a Golden Corral in such a long time so I was pleasantly surprised. First and foremost, the sweet tea was perfectly made. Secondly, the food was hot and tasted fresh. Thirdly, the staff was consistently cleaning and last but not least the workers were so nice. Mr. Marion and Ms. Carol were very helpful and Mr. Marion would constantly check in on me and my husband to see if we needed anything else. Great establishment, good deal, and will he back again. It definitely hit the spot for lunch.

Food quality not the best. Fish was cold and greasy. Bake potatoes were dark inside. Had been on steam table too long. Clam chowder was too thick and tasted like condensed soup.

Excellece is the only word that comes to mind. The price for lunch was 8.99 which is great. The manager is at the front of everything, from greating you at the door to making sure the food is fresh. The food by the way was delicious. I would post pictures but I ate it the second I sat down. The service was outstanding the gentleman treated us with respect, was courteous and very attentive. We are always on the road so we usually arent dressed up, driving a rig usually doesnt require proper attire so the service we get is usually pretty bad. This particular waiter was the best I dont think I can stress that enough.

The Temple buffet is better than Killeen. Its a lot in choices of food and service is very good. You feel safe eating the food.

I love Golden Corral; I just wish the buffet was a bit cheaper.Golden Corral is now on Doordash and that means I now get to order that fried fish I love so much. I did exactly that today! Its a 2 piece fish plate with 2 sides and a roll for about $10. Its worth it and delicious! I noticed my plate had fries also, so maybe thats standard with the fish plate. They also threw in a cookie. Im a satisfied customer! This is quite a bit, Ill have leftovers for sure.

The Staff is Great!!! Beginning with the Management. I live 25-30 mins away but I drive there to get a good Meal and Service. Very Clean and Friendly. Ms. Billie is Awesome she is do funny...makes my day. I have Golden Corral in my city but It is AWFUL....whenever there is a problem with your staff or facility it comes down from Management not doing their job...I am a Firm Believer in that. I have been in Food Service for along time and I Love it so I know alot about the business. Highly Recommend this place in Temple Texas.

This place was awesome! Ive been to lots of Golden Corrales, but the food quality here and the service outmatched all the others to me personally. Our son and his wife were visiting from Texas A & M Commerce. We were trying to decide where to go, but with so many places to choose from, we decided to let the ladies decide. I suggested that they try choosing a place that they dont have available near them. They mentioned that Golden Corral was an hour away from their house. The Ladies agreed that would be the ideal spot. Especially since it was only five minutes away.The thing that I like the best is the variety of things available. Everyone can find what they want and enjoy it. And we mustnt forget about those deserts. I left extra room for my sugar fix. So instead of getting a small desert plate, I grabbed a salad bowl on the way. They had nice small slices, so I grabbed a slice of chocolate cake, a little scoop of peach cobbler, a small scoop of banana pudding, a brownie, and topped it off with a slice of carrot cake.The food was great as we as the conversations we had.Whats not to like?

Excellent!Christmas Day and yes... my crazy family went OUT to eat. Golden Corral had a feast for us! The manager kindly seated us and even helped my mother to the table (she walks with a cane). He never rushed and always smiled. In fact, everyone working was smiling!! The food was great. Pans hardly got half empty before they were changed. Workers checked temps frequently and were CONSTANTLY cleaning. It was.a wonderful experience. Husband had to roll me out!

4 of us went here for Thanksgiving lunch. The food and service was excellent. Some people refer to all you can eat buffets as pig troughs, those people, imo, dont have discipline. I am on a low carb WOE, I managed to eat, enjoy what I ate, didnt over indulge and stayed low carb. We didnt have to spend time preparing or cleaning up... It wasnt our first time to eat here on a holiday. We really appreciated our server, too!!!

Great waiter. Disappointed in no Christmas lunch. Been seeing the sign they would be open for lunch. Made plans for several of our families to meet that day. Now, 5 days before, I see a sign out saying they will be closed. NOT GREAT!

Worked here and still come back to eat here! Not common! The food is the highest quality of any other cafeteria style reasturant! Their kitchens and freezers are the cleanist Ive ever been in! The brothers that manage/operate it are really good people! Also have a expensive salt water softener system. When I asked the boss why, he said his customers deserve better then the unhealthy city water!
