When everyone else said no, Ms Diaz and Free Man Bail Bond said YES. Im super blessed to have come across this Bond company to get me home for the holidays and back to my babies. I appreciate the smooth respectful response I received. Im definitely thankful.

NEVER use this bail bond service. The owner is a scammer. She is impatient, unrealistic, rude and will revoke your bond on a whim. They hardly answer the phone, she will harass you and is incapable of keeping up with your payments. I actually helped do work on her home in an agreement to reduce what I owed and she only took off $50. If she says shell call back, dont count on it. I payed her almost $1000 and was making $50 payments per month. Would pay $75, $100, $150, $60.. and she would still harass me and eventually revoke my bond. She also likes to drag her clients on Facebook.. and threaten to take you to court everytime she calls. Very unprofessional, unpredictable, and an all around disorganized bondsman. How she stays in business is beyond me. Youre better off going with someone else, good luck to you and yours.

I wish no family ever had to go thru a horrible time where a bond was needed.But unfortunately, tough things happen to all of us. So when it happened to my family, Im so glad that these people were the only bail bondsman in Temple/ Belton willing to work with us, and what we had. The owner is truly a community driven person, and she will help you (if you help yourself.) Hopefully we will never need another bondsman. But if we do, best believe that Free-Man will be the company we call first!

2months ago, I helped a friend out and he was arrested again. I called in regards to his bond since I was the co-signer knowing I dont have to pay anything and the lady was so unprofessional threatening me to take to court if I dont pay. I informed her that I spoke to my lawyer then she wanted to ask who my lawyer was and what not. they are very unprofessional and rude. They are not there to help others genuinely.

Went to them to help out a good friend. The lady in charge basically threatened us because she “made two trips to the jail” before seeing us for a contract. The bond in question was $300 and she wanted $225, so we decided we should just spend the extra $75 to make the process faster and possibly get the money back. If she didn’t like going to the jail, probably shouldn’t be a bail bonds person.
