Wow!!! These guys know what they are doing! My truck has never ran better. I had my truck Dyno tuned by a place by me and I did not like the results. When I got it back it felt slow and made a clunking noise when I would come to a stop from down shifting. They told me it was my truck and mechanical problem. Casey and his team did an amazing job and fixed all the problems. They responded to every question and email I sent them.

Ordered a mail order tune back in May of 2021 21 brought it back on August 20th For fine tuning Casey took me to drive my truck around and see how I wanted my truck tuned he did an excellent job he is a good guy knows his stuff very helpful very knowledgeable.

Added stage 2 tsp cam and DOD/AFM delete and needed a tune bad! Casey from mail order tuner took care of me and sent me a tune within a hour or 2 after sending in logs and original tune!! Truck runs like a dream now and has the power I was expecting! He guided me through the whole process even tho I was a pain to deal with!! But you guys gained another customer and I would recommend mailorder tuner to anyone!!! Will be using you guys for future tunes and retunes! Excellent job! This is an awesome service! very simple and fast turnaround on updates. These guys are crazy knowledge in this field and will get your engine/trans running exactly like you want. After installing this Magnuson Supercharger, their tune left something to be desired for its performance. So after some research we decided to give Mail Order Tuner a call. After a little back and forth and his advise we sent him Magnusons tune file and Casey nailed this tune the first time. Didnt have to make any adjustments. His tune made the truck run consistently no matter how its driven. Will definitely call upon him again for any other performance tune needs we have in the future. Props to casey @ mail order tuner! he was able to do a tune to my c6 z06 without having the car at his shop. I did a cam and head upgrade using tsp 285 ls7 heads and the tsp stage 2.2 cam. My z06 was a hot mess of parts when I got it so some variables like throttle body, fuel system specifics were unkown. He was able to remove the surge and bring driveability back into my car. Shipping was fast and car was only down for couple days. Look forward to having casey fine tune it remotely once I purchase the hp tuner in the coming months. Thanks again to mail order tuner.

I finished up my diy cam swap, and was in a pinch to get my car back up and running. I sent all my information to MailOrderTuner on a Saturday evening. To my surprise I received my tune on Sunday! Great experience! Received my tune by email within 48 hrs! Had a few snags not related to the tune but to my own incompetence. Incredibly fast service, at least for what my tune required, turn around was about 20 minutes. Also friendly over an email. Cam and springs swap into a 2007 Silverado. I just cranked over the engine last night and hooray it works... Now I need to tear it apart again though because I pinched the oil pick up tube O ring.

I asked explained my goals (mainly improving gas milage on my 2007 Chevy Silverado) and they hit the nail on the head. Super easy to work with, quick turn around, and great instructions on how to install the tune.

I work at Chevrolet in Republic Missouri and I had Casey do a tune for me I have a 2011 Camaro SS LS3 stage 2 Texas Speed cam Texas Speed redid my heads ported them I put headers on it sent Casey $320 and my computer it took five days from when I sent it to get it back plugged it in and took off in it and it ran perfect ( its just that easy )from my experience trying to get a LS fuel injected engine tune in my area its ridiculous so if you use Texas speeds components on your car its easier to go through mail-order tuner and they have different options too how use Texas speeds components and mail-order tuners for now on its just too easy thanks Casey

Great company, awesome concept!I have a 2012 jeep grand cherokee srt8, getting up in miles. Had a tapping noise that I found out was a bad lifter and cam lobe. Since I was replacing the cam I wanted to go with a bigger one ofcourse. My only concern was Im not close to anyone with a dyno or tuner, closest is atleast 2 to 3 hours away, so I would have had to have it hauled there. Not a convenient option. So I looked online if there was any sort of option and I came across Mail Order Tuner. I researched them a little then emailed them asking if they actually do this. Response came quick, asked my cam specs, and said they could. Quick and easy form they have on their web page where you fill out the specs of your vehicle and the add-ons you are doing. So I mailed them my PCM. Had a few chats over email, which they are very good at communicating with you, and within a few days I had my PCM back and ready to install. I installed it and my baby fired right up and sounded great. Ive been driving it now for a bit and it runs great with no issues at all. Not even sure if an on dyno tune could get it to run any better.Im very pleased and happy to share with anyone looking for an easy tune to definitely get into contact with these guys. You wont be disappointed!

My ex installer/tuner did not good job in tuning my Camaro SS. After over 2 years I decided to have it retune. I decided to get a different tuner. I search TSPs website and found out that the have a tuner that can remotely. As soon as email I got a message from Casey. Casey looked the tune that was in my car and fixed the stumbles and put morepower that. I can actually feel.Casey did an amazing remotely tuning my Gen5 Camaro L99 with the TSP VVT3.2. Most tuners in my area do not like to tune the GEN5s with VVT cams or do not know the proper way. Most will tell you to delete DOD and VVT all together because they make more power and that isnt true. When those tuners tell you that, turn around because you do not want to be a lab rat. Casey knows how to tune GEN5s with VVT, so if you need a GEN5 camaro ss specially with a VVT Cam in it Casey is your man.

Shipped on Saturday, got it back on Tuesday. My Suburban has never run as good. I get better fuel mileage now even though I removed the Displacement on Demand. This is one of the few places that knows how to tune a truck. I’ll be sending in my Silverado soon.

Ive had a few friends etc. Go to tuners pretty much all over Texas and have been witness to alot of runaround or waiting for ridiculous length of time trying to get a tune. First and foremost Casey has gone out of his way to get me the initial startup tune (much appreciated wasnt even a completed project) and then after getting the car finished I contacted mailordertuner and was in and out with my car running like a top. And to top it all off has great care for your car while he has it he doesnt beat the hell out of it on the dyno and the guy has the background knowledge to get your build up to par if your lacking there as well. Honestly wouldnt trust my car anywhere else.

Great Service! Spoke with Casey A few different times regarding some tuning adjustments and was having some issues at the track. He went out of his way and drove around with me to try and solve my problem. we were not able to fix it in such a short time between runs however, was able to take what he advised in that short ride to apply it successfully in later races.And did i mention I was not even a customer at the time?!
