I was doing a search for insurance agencies outside of Travis county when I came across Wheeler & Associates. I like to patronize a small town family owned businesses. I was delighted with their customer service, always pleasant, responsive and helpful. Great staff! I am happy that I found Wheeler & Associates. Been with them now for a few years. I highly recommend this office. You can live anywhere in Texas and still use this group for all your insurance needs!

THEY DO NOT SPECIALIZE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I WAS REFERRED FROM A FRIEND TO CALL AND TALK TO FRANK AT WHEELER INS - AND I GUESS I CALLED THE WRONG COMPANY,CAUSE WHEN ASKING FOR FRANK, THE OWNER (FEMALE) TOLD ME. THREE KIDS CAME OUT OF ME, WHICH ONLY 3 PEOPLE WORK HERE. THERES NO FRANK THAT WORKS HERE. MAYBE THE OWNER WAS JUST HAVING A BAD DAY???? WONT BOTHER WITH THEM AGAIN, IF I NEED INSURANCE !! GEEZZZ
