We sought out Glens Welding based off of their reputation in the community. We needed a new axel for our RV (which failed in the middle of our road trip north, and Temple, TX is where it happened), and most trailer places dont carry short enough axels. We asked Glens if they would shorten a regular trailer axel. At first the guy who works there was pretty reluctant, just because its not something he really does anymore. But a little bit of diplomacy goes a long way. The axel came out looking great, the welds were clean. I will say that we had to redo the break wiring, but Ill forgive him for that, as I dont think most welders are known for their electrical skills. All in all, if welding is what you need, Id recommend Glens. The guy who does all the work is a bit of an odd-ball, but Ill rack it up to creative genius. Very local, very decent, good quality welding.

I have a vintage truck/jeep (1967 M-715 Kaiser). My truck did not come with bumpers, and needed quite a bit of fabrication. I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted for my truck to upgrade the bumpers front/rear as well as other projects. I had no idea that I could get anything I wanted or could possibly imagine come to reality and look like it was professionally fabricated. The fine people @ Glens welding are absolute artists with a welding torch! I gave them my ideas and they made pure art!! Come to find out they actually have people that can machine and fabricate anything you can possible imagine that can be made with metal!!! My bumpers look like they were made @ the factory for my truck and I couldnt be happier!! Pulled in with a bike rack / spare tire rack receiver that needed some structural support and welding. 90 minutes later its all done including paint touch up. Great guys, reasonable pricing. If your in temple or passing through these are your guys

Terrible customer service and super condescending. Would give it zero stars if that were possible. Took a rear end to them to weld. They kept it for 7 weeks and when I went back to get it they hadn’t touched it. When I asked what the deal was some 19 year old claiming to be the owner blamed it on an e. employee, complained about not having what he needed and that the parts were dirty and he’d have to clean them first 😢. When I asked him why he hadn’t called me to let me know he couldn’t do it he told me he didn’t have my number. I told him it’s on the work order and he asked when he was supposed to have time to do that because he has so much work to do and complained that he’s been there since 5:30 working. So move been waiting 2 months for absolutely nothing. Sad to see a business owner blame failure to perform work and communicate on others, circumstances and having too much to do instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for the failure to do literally anything.

Kept getting bumped do to big project when they know there was a tight schedule then got told I dont make money off little jobs
