My fiancée and I recently purchased a home with a pool that had been neglected and unfortunately became a swamp. I searched for local companies and Viking came up highly rated. After reviewing several companies, I gave Mark a call. He came out to my property the next day and assessed my pool and all of my pool equipment. We wanted to do a saltwater pool, but with additional expenses we had incurred from the house, we could not. Mark worked with us and provided us several alternatives for getting our pool up and running. Once we finalized everything, he and his team were out at our place working diligently. The pool looked amazing after they were finished. Mark also returned after our initial cleaning service because we were not home and could not monitor the pool filling, so he kindly left a fill timer on our hose.Aside from doing a great job, Mark really cares about his customers. He is readily available when you need him and takes care of you as soon as possible. He understands what taking care of a customer means and goes beyond what I expect from my service. He is knowledgeable and provides honest guidance, all for a fair price. Mark was great after my husband passed away. My husband had always taken care of our pool before he died. I had other people come out but I was not ever happy with the service. The owner as well as the crews are so nice. they are so reliable, I gave the owner a call cuz my pool was turning green and could not get it clear up, he sent one of his crew member, Samo, over right away. samo was able to clean the pool fast as a reasonable price; he even came back a few days later to make sure everything was good. if you looking for a pool services crew, they are the ones to look for.

Mark and his crew are awesome pool service guys. Post hurricane Irma I needed my pool cleaned out and brought back from the dead. Every other pool company in Tampa tried to either rip me off or not be able to tend to my pool for over a month, Mark showed up same day and quoted me half the price of the nearest competitor. His price was fair market value while other were trying to price gouge. This speaks volumes to the type of company Mark runs! The pool was brought back to life in 3 treatments and I signed him on to clean my pool weekly. It has been crystal clear blue ever since, and they show up every week, same day, same time. My home warranty (AHS) tried to refer me to a few different pool contractors but I googled them and they had bad reviews. I made them keep searching until I found one with good reviews. I am SO GLAD I did. They sent Viking Pool to come and help us with our pool pump problem. Mark was very communicative and he showed up when he said he would and he got the job done in a timely manner and got our approval back from AHS to replace our pool equipment super quick. While he was working on the first problem, he found a 2nd problem, which he promptly also got approval to fix.
