I brought in a flat tire today and it was repaired in just a few minutes. The manager Michael Bonilla even brought it to my car and placed it in the trunk for me. Great customer service will return for any needed auto repairs!Ron

Had a very bad experience at this location. I came here for tire inspection at around 12 noon and they told me that they are busy and to come back at 5 pm. When I reached there at 5 pm they told me that they still don’t have availability and would like me to come next day at 7:30 am. I told them if they can make an appointment for that and they said they can. When I reached there at 7:30 am, turns out their store opens at 9 am on Sunday. I’m not really sure how he can make an appointment on a day when their store doesn’t open until 9 am. Very disappointed. I’ll never come back at this location.

Needed an oil change on a Sunday while on vacation. Was told it would take an hour. I walked across the street to Dollar Tree and next door to Walgreens. By the time I got back 40 minutes later it was ready. Tech (owner?) also cleared a trouble code for me. Total ($70) cheaper than I pay at home. Excellent service.

Drove over to come to Busch Gardens for the afternoon, and noticed my tire was completely flat. Figured we should probably get it fixed first thing so we don’t have to deal with it later. It was a Sunday, and this Tire Choice was one of the only places open. Took it in, the mechanic took the tire off, pulled out a three inch nail, plugged it, patched it and put it back on in under 10 minutes! Super good service and very efficient. Would HIGHLY recommend!

This was one of the worst experiences! The guy there EXTREMELY RUDE. We had tire patched and had to come back 2 days later because same tire still leaking. He stated we had another nail? Possible but almost doubtful. He didn’t charge us BUT PRACTICALLY THREW THE KEYS AT US! Two weeks later another tire failed and I believe it’s because he put too much air in tires. Extremely poor customer service!

Just got a corvette and the battery went out, I called and they saved the day! This battery is hard to change and get to. Mark and his staff were both very friendly and helpful with quick service and a great price! I’ll go here if I’m ever in Tampa again.

I had a nail in my tire and I was turned away by 2 tire shops near by. I tried my luck here at Tire choice and I was blessed. 15 minutes before closing time I explained to ( I forgot his name) employee my situation and both of them gladly helped me out. They understood my situation and put me the customer first and that goes beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. They were friendly and respectful and even fast in patching my tire, I am extremely thankful with these two gentlemen and just know this is the place where you’ll be treated like you matter. Being new to the area, I am very hesitant to trust people with my car. Typically, I am told to take it back to the dealership (because of its parts being so specific), but that costs me an arm and a leg. My car needed maintenance which always makes me nervous when the lights start flashing on the dashboard. I was greeted by a great person at the front desk who asked his co-worker Mark if he could help me out! Turns out I just needed a little bit of oil and some good tips to take care of my car. Within the next 15 minutes, I was out of there! I couldnt have been happier for quick and honest work. I will be back anytime my car needs care. The manager Mark Prest lied to me bout the prices of service. The Assistant manager Albert was honest and truthful with me I am grateful that Albert was very honest. Service here was good. Employees were polite. Problem is we tried to use a coupon on the company’s own website that had no expiration date and it was refused. This company had a list of coupons for various services. Apparently it’s okay to advertise discounts and not allow customers to use them even if they meet the criteria. False advertisement. Poor overall customer service on this part.

This is my second time at this location. The first visit was terrible customer service. I came in for an oil change and a bulb change and the bulb was never changed but the older man that was at the counter was so rude I didnt want to go back in and deal with him again. Figured Id give it one more chance because theyre so close and this time there was a younger gentleman at the counter who greeted with a smile and a good morning I already had a better feeling about this visit. Mentioned again the bulb needed changed on top of the oil change because I never got it back in to get it fixed and he said thats fine here will be your new total and got everything done. The older gentleman was there this time as well and he was very rude to other customers as well as his co-workers. Im not sure how they put up with such a rude attitude all day at work.

I would not bring my car for repairs or tires to this place, my tires sensors were damaged in the process of replacing my tires and these guys wont be accountable. I sent a letter to Goodyear to not send their customers for tire replacement to this company because they do a poor job. Now I am stuck with hundreds of dollars in repairs after these guys messed up my car.

I can share my most recent experience, but there are many, too many, I could Also share. I’ve been coming to this Tire Choice, in Temple Terrace, for over eleven years. Mark, the manager, has always treated me with respect, while explaining what is required on my personal vehicles. Mark also looks after my children’s, and grandchildren’s, vehicles. I trust Mark, to do what is right, with both quality and price in mind, every time.

When I came in I was late for work and thought I was going to need new tires. They looked them over, directed me down the street to buy new hubcaps because the tires were fine, and even put them on for free when I came back. They were incredibly kind and helpful, no sales pitch or anything, and I know exactly where to bring my car the next time it needs work.

This is a very trustworthy shop. Every time Ive been there, they have clearly showed me everything that is going on with the car and made sure to explain everything about what they are doing before they do it. The last time I was in, Bob very kindly explained to me that my car is basically on deaths door and there was no reason to put any more money into repairs that could go towards a new car. I have never had a mechanic turn down the opportunity to charge me for expensive repairs. I appreciated Bobs honesty and will be bringing my next car here too.

We looked everywhere to try to patch up my moms tire and all other stores said we would need to buy a new tire but they wouldn’t be in stock for a week. Mark, the manager, took one look at the tire and was able to patch it in 10 minutes when no one else would. I will definitely come here for any car trouble.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! I couldn’t have had a better experience. Bob took care of me right away, found out I needed all new tires when I went just for a flat repair. Me not knowing anything about cars and a college student, he broke it down in the easiest way possible! He brought me inside the garage, showed me the tread and I was shocked to see how old my tires were. I’d go to him now before I go to the Dealership which told me my tires were good for another 2 years. Everything was great, was in and out in no time. Super cheap and even gave me a discount! Came to Tire Choice today for the first time after reading other reviews on their level of service. I was not disappointed. I came to bring my 2017 Civic for an oil change, tire rotation, and break fluid flush, as per the service codes on my dashboard. However, after inspecting my car one of the gentleman came to tell me that a brake fluid flush would not be necessary and that I only needed a tire balancing rather than a tire rotation. He did tell me that I needed to replace both the cabin and engine air filters. When I told him I would have to do that another time he went and got my actual filters, showed me how filthy they were an educated me on their importance, and then went above and beyond to find less expensive parts without me asking. Really appreciate the level of service, dedication, and integrity and I will most definitely be back.

My husband and I went out to lunch for my birthday and when we came out of the restaurant we had a flat tire. We put on our spare and found the closest tire repair shop near us which was Tire Choice in Temple Terrace. We were in and out within 30-40 minutes. Tire Choice has fair prices and a friendly staff. We are new to the Temple Terrace area and this will be our go-to shop moving forward!

I got a oil change here. The people were nice, it didnt take that long and their prices are reasonable. I have also gotten tires from here with the same good results.

I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve been here several times. This mechanic is honest and went out of his way to get me taken care of even though what I needed ran him overtime.

I went in on a Thursday afternoon to get my brakes checked out. They were pretty busy but assured me they would look at it. About an hour went by and they took my car back and had a report for me in about 15 minutes. The mechanic, Mark, took me out to the garage and showed me everything that was wrong and what needed immediate attention and what could wait. He gave me a fair price and assured me it was lower than anyone else in the area. I asked if they could get the job done and they had it done by the end of the day.These guys were great and I will be going here for all my car needs and I would highly recommend them to everyone. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them. Their chain has the fleet accounts for FHP, USFPD, HCSO, and TTPD to work on their squad cars and its easy to see why. They work hard to try and get your car done in a reasonable time and always do their best to fit walk-ins in. The Manager Mark is very helpful and friendly.

Just had to go in for a quick tire repair from a nail getting stuck in my tire. I am in the area from out of town and needed a good place to take vehicle into. I was in and out in 30 minutes and took care of the issue for me easily! The customer service was great and really appreciated the staff making me feel welcome and peace of mind that the issue could be taken care of quick and easily without hassle. Would not recommend unless you plan to double check everything they do and possibly bring in multiple times. I had 4 tires changed, each axle at a different appointment over 2 visits plus alignment. I asked for the best of the tires to be put as my spare and make sure the spare is road ready. That was NOT done after asking at EACH visit. My old spare is still on the car and isnt holding air, so they didnt even try to look at it. Then had to have it in for the alignment twice and it STILL severely pulls to the right. Now Im just afraid to take it back and complain yet again. Would rather just go somewhere else.Updated 4/18/19: For anyone who saw their response to my post....Ive now lowered to one star. I called the number provided in the response twice.I made sure to correct my name when leaving the message since I am sure they could not find record of my transaction because they misspelled my name all three times I was there. So far no call back and no response.Still with a car that pulls and a spare that was never changed as I requested. Glad others have had good experiences....Im just not one of them.

Customer service could use some work, promptly took my business elsewhere after the person answering the phone tried to tell me what another shops policy would be after i already called and stated that isnt the case... gotta love know it alls that takes the money out of their own pockets... hey maybe they already had too much work today. Fast and friendly service. Came in with a dead battery; they had it replaced and us out the door in just a few minutes.

Stopped in hoping to get a tire repaired instead of having to buy a new one. Mark took my keys and returned like 10 minutes later and just said, it was a roofing nail, right in the middle of your tire. You have yourself a nice rest of your day. I said, I must owe you something, and he told me that I caught him at a weak moment and that I was all set. This is the kind of customer experience that will have people returning time and time again! I only buy new tires when I have to, but when I have to, I know where Im going!

I came here 5 months ago to have my motor mounts replaced and Im back again for the same issue.Which I believed they only replaced 3 instead of 4 so Im wonder what kind of me paying out of pocket for this mistake on there part...but its not why Im posting a review its cause of the poor vibe attitude and long faces, like their looks are like We cant wait til the day is over mood.Im there this morning at 7am and I said Good Morning to the same person that saw me yesterday afternoon I would say his name but Im not going to Cause Im better then that but he totally ignored the heck out of me.Now when Jason was there he talked to me and made me feel Welcome to be there maybe he needs to take a lesson out of Jasons book.Im a very nice person and I enjoy bringing this shop my business so as I see it as of now depending on the out come of my service today if I will return.For other work to be done.........Well Bob called me and gave me good news and it looks like I am returning for Future repairs.Now he is very nice guy awesome guy Bob

I came in to get my tire put onto my rim as mine blew yesterday. I let them know I couldn’t afford to pay for them to put it on my car and that I only needed the tire put on the rim. Not only was the service super fast - the gentleman put the tire on my car for me also and said to have a good day. I asked if I should meet him inside and he said no again and that I was good to go. Saved me $20 and didn’t charge me a dime. Some people are still good! I will definitely be coming back if I need further servicing.

Outrageous prices!!!I just got a quote for a good cheap tire I paid $50 for at a tire shop last time WITH the metal rim (not plastic).The man I spoke with over the phone charged me $150 for JUST the tire...That $50 tire lasted me about a year and a half until I got a nail through it.I have no doubt in my mind that it would have lasted longer if it wasnt for the nail.There is absolutely no reason to charge someone $100 more for JUST a tire with no rim.

Called a couple of days early prior to booking appointment to inquire on quotes for the service I was requesting and I spoke to Jason. He was very insightful and gave clear quotes. I booked my appointment later and showed up at my appointment time. Jason was very helpful in giving me more information about the service I came in for and didnt try to sell me or convince me to do any other services. My car was in and out in a decent time. I will be going back for future services!

These guys were great! Got my vehicle in for new tires on my schedule (the very next day) and the price was better than any other quotes I had received. Ive been coming to this location (formerly McGees) for over 5 years. They helped me keep my 2002 PT Cruiser alive and are always fair in their assessment of what needs to be done. Many times I have been swindled by other mechanics, so Im happy my same guys have stayed and will help me with my new car! Trust them, theyll keep your vehicle running at top notch.

A little pricey but worth it for the quality of work they do. Definitely one of the few better shops around the area. Had been there previously for tires, and they have great prices with good warranties on them. Went in with my 05 mazda 6 and got my pads, rotors, oil changed, coolant flushed and thermostat replaced. This was the first time I was able to have work done on the car since I bought it, so I definitely needed to catch up on some maintenance. Crew was professional, knowledgeable, and good to talk to. They were able to shuttle me home as well since it was going to take a while to get everything done. THAT was cool. Anyone who complains about a 29.99 oil change with decent oil needs to do it themselves. Avoid the big chains around here, theyll really try to take advantage of you. 5/5

Finding trustworthy mechanics is always a challenge. My high millage car required an overhaul of the undercarriage and they not only fixed it but did their best to keep costs within my budget. As often is the case with older cars when new parts are joined with old parts adjustments are required and they always make things right.

Tried telling me i needed a new engine for $3300 on a 2002 mitsubishi. Took it to another mechanic he said my engine was perfectly fine. Been driving for a month since. Take it to Mitchs Repair on Causeway instead. Very honest. Checked out my car a couple of times no charge

I went to this establishment to have a tire patched. The manager seemed to be put out to assist me. I inquired how much to patch the tire and he responded $39.99, as if I should have known that. I went to this place earlier in the year to have a trailer tire patched. They said they would on the phone. When I showed up he said it was against company policy to patch the tire and he had to sell me one. I told him that he said he would on the phone. I guess that is a ploy he uses to get you in to have you spend more money. In my opinion he shouldnt be working in a customer relation type job. I though I would try again at Tire Choice in Temple Terrace but I guess I was wrong. I will never return.

I got a flat on my way to an interview. After the interview I called and spoke with Derek. He gave me a reasonable quote and when I met with him his customer service was phenomenal. Along with being helpful, he is polite, professional an which is something Ive rarely seen at other tire places.

Yes I would love to recommend McGee auto Services and Tires to any friend of mine because of the best quality workmanship and honesty I have seen in a long time; however, one thing I wish that could be understood is that college students cant afford all of their up charged parts. I do appreciate very much that they allow service on parts you bring in so you can save some money. In the end they WILL fix your car and for that I am grateful

The only thing holding them back from 5 stars was the fact that they left my windows open. The combination of this and the service I had provided meant that the auto-up/auto-down feature was temporarily disabled (easily fixed, but should not have been my issue to resolve). I delivered the vehicle with closed windows and would have preferred to receive back the same way.My drivers seat was also moved (a personal pet peeve).Interactions with the staff were very pleasant and I have no complaints there. I would definitely recommend to others and plan to bring my car back for future service - I will just be more particular up front about the previously mentioned issues.

This place is amazing. I have come to them multiple times and never been let down. When another tire shop told me a tire couldnt be patched and tried to upsell me I went to the Tire Choice. Not only did The Tire Choice patch the tire but did it for a fair price too. Im always worried about being scammed when it comes to dealing with my car but I trust this shop 100%
