Store Manager Wilson is outstanding. He helped resolve a very critical PR situation where one of the staff William behaved poorly to an elderly customer. The staff person, whether intentionally or not, seemed to be more concerned with making a sale than caring about what is best for a AT&T customer. This customer was my mother who was elderly and it seemed like this staff person was taking advantage of elderly. Fortunately the store manager Wilson resolved the situation by caring about customers and putting that ahead of making a sale. Perhaps staff William lacks maturity and just needs to learn that customer care is first always. This review could have gone the other way but the store manager Wilson gets top marks and reassured that my mother gets what is best for her. She still got her phone, and it just required someone who communicated honestly and completely and wouldnt hurt to show some customer care, simple.

I received the best customer service in this store, I truly appreciate Giovanni Romero for helping me and my family. The way his manager being very attentive to us was truly appreciated. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this store. I liked how they helped me choose the right plan, thank you!

We have been coming to this location for many years for upgrades with different representatives helping us. No matter the representative, we have always had the best customer service ever with less issues with our upgrades and purchases. William was great and informed us well of accessory promotions and upgrades. I would definitely come back here. Khanh was even extremely helpful by providing us information over the phone that helped us determine which location to get our upgrade. Their location seemed to be well stocked in inventory versus other locations. As soon as we came in Khanh greeted us and remembered us over the phone. I was impressed at how fast our service was compared to other locations. Which is still the reason why we keep coming to this location. They have their staff well trained and very helpful. Thank you to the ATT Temple City team for helping us.

Stopped by last week to switch my service to ATT and was helped by a young man named Jay. Prior to coming to this store, I had gone to 2 other ATT stores that provided terrible service. When I arrived at this store, Jay was very prompt in providing great/friendly service and seemed to genuinely care to get me the best deals possible. He even stayed a bit later past closing time to help set up my phone. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the East LA area. All of their staff were very accommodating, including another gentleman who helped me named Richie.

Jonathan Gonzalez from the Temple City’s store is awesome. He did what AT & T telephone support customer service people couldn’t do after burning in total 9 Hours of my time. Within three days I’ve been transferred from one department to another with prolonged wait times and untrained people until on my way back from work I noticed the AT & T store. Jonathan troubleshooted my phone exactly in 3 minutes. You start believing in miracle when you find people like Jonathan Gonzalez. Very Humble, Intelligent and Professional human. Update: If youre going to respond telling me to contact people at the store. Have the people at the store be willing to pick up the phone once two days and 8 phone calls. THANKS!Dishonest associates and managers. Steve outright lied to my face and signed me up for a plan that is more expensive than what I had and didnt explain the changes. He didnt give me any receipt saying he was having trouble with the system. The real kicker is I called the same day asking why I had service for an iPad I dont own and he assured me it would fall off and it most certainly hasnt. Now AT&T is charging me for activating and providing service for a device I dont have or own. Please do not use this store. I cannot speak for the other locations. This one is staffed by dishonest scam artists.

I wish I could have given 0 star. Staffs are not willing to help and ignore customer. I went there to get a new iPhone. One of the employee told me that they have not in stock. so, I have asked him to help me place and order and get it shipped to my home. He said it will be 2-3 weeks and I told him thats ok but he still didnt place my order and asked me to call customer care. Then he left. Eventually I went to near by T-MOBILE store and switched from att. Poor service and worse customer service is what att

Unwilling to answer questions, sale associate seems to only care about a quick sale and sending prospect customer away if you are asked them to explain about the plan and cost details.

We were met by a representative within two or three minutes, who showed us our options for our new iPhones as far as covers screen protector etc. We purchased the products, and he installed them on our new phones, was very knowledgeable, and helpful. We were in and out of the store within 15 minutes.
