Amazing place to work out, learn authentic Shaolin kung fu, also very well defined and specific movements for health, self defense and use of weapons. The instructors are very professionals and really good detail teaching. Learning kung fu has help me to be more focus, concentrated and with a sharp mind. I highly recommend it for kids to help them develop more easily at school.

I have looked into other Kung Fu studios before decided to come here as the Shīfu(s) are from the Shaolin Temple. Their teaching emphasis are on traditional Kung Fu and Chan Meditation. The Shīfu(s) here are great and patience. Not only they teach you the Kung Fu forms and weapons, they also teach you the Kung Fu culture. I have learned a lot in the past 4 years and will continue to do so. I would recommend for anyone who wants to learn traditional Kung Fu to check out this place.

Excellent Kung-fu school! I have trained at several other schools over the years, and this has been the best overall instruction I have received. I have been a student for a year now. The sifus are the most talented I have trained with, and are always kind and compassionate. I enjoy the emphasis on chi, forms, and drills. They teach self-defense also, but the concentration is not so much on combat (at least compared to other schools). They really make sure you have learned a form well, and their teaching has more substance than just teaching the memorizing of movements. I also really enjoy the Chan meditation as part of the Chi-gong classes. We have a wide range of students in terms of age and experience, and they adapt their instruction to the students needs. The situs have devoted a large portion of their life to studying this art, which is not something that can commonly be found in the US.
