Platinum academy is great place for students that need help in all subjects. I have been going there for a year now, and will continue seek help from them whether it be homework, to projects, to prepping for tests. They also offer SAT/ACT preparation and college preparation. On top of that, the tutors there are extremely friendly and patient.

I enjoy going to platinum academy! It has taught me so many valuable lessons about life and I dont know where Id be without my favorite instructor Tiffany. Its more than an after school homework spot. I have made friends here and formed relationships that last outside of the academy. I now have straight As and I have Platinum Academy to thank for that!

I was here for a year and a half and yet theyve instilled so much knowledge in me, its amazing . The tutors here arent regular tutors, they dont just teach you what you need to learn, they go the extra mile and teach you many life lessons. Not only did I improve in my academic studies, but Ive also improved in my decision making. The people here knows your limits, and they push you just enough past that limit to bring the best out of yourself. All in all, I cant find words to describe this place. This place earned my love and trust, Ill never forget it.

Great and friendly tutors! They really helped me out with my grades and other electives like speech and debate and mandarin. Lots of fun while learning. The people here really take the time to help you out no matter how simple or difficult the problem. Would recommend others to come here as well.

You know when a tutor is good when you WANT to come. I havent met any student there that absolutely hates going to Platinum. Platinum Academy is very flexible, even though you have a set schedule, if you have a test you have to study for you can just ask if you can come the day before and they dont mind. The instructors are friendly and love to help, you can ask question after question and they will not make you feel like youre being annoying. They really want students to fully understand everything theyre doing, and to succeed in life.

I used to be a student here several years ago! Its grown so much and now they offer college app help, SAT/ACT test prep, and tutoring! The signature program, premier coaching, are for young adults learning things that schools dont explicitly teach, such as interactions with others, goal setting, and having a healthy relationship with friends and family. Ive learned very much from coming here and am astounded to how much Platinum has grown over the past couple of years!

This place changed my life. I have been here for over 2 years and I still love coming here. I have a place where I can call home and the people here my family. It was through here where I learned the true definition of a family. I am amazed by the care we get, because its a special type of care that I dont experience at school, home, or my friends. The staff are also very friendly, and they get to know you on a personal level. They dont just teach whats in the books, and its not just academics. They guide you on how to make better decisions and look out to see what is best for you.The classes here are very lively. I like how there is so much energy here every day. Not a single day goes on without smiles and laughter, and I come here a lot. I see alumni coming back to visit, or even current students stopping by because they want to say hi. I tell all my friends to come here because I want them to also experience what I get out of here. Everyone is always welcomed.Thank you Platinum, for making me feel safe and secure. For showing me how to be myself, and teaching me how to grow. Without your guidance, I would have been so lost and I most likely would still be stuck in my own box. Just a bunch of CROOKED THEIVES! Do not bother wasting your time or MONEY at this tutoring location,They just give you a packet of readings and practice problems to do at home (which btw you can easily go to the public library in Temple City just down the street and check out a free prep book and do at home ITS THE SAME).The only service they offer is grading and supposed helping/guidance by vaguely explaining to you the problems you get wrong and dont know how to solve yourself but they are NOT PATIENT and hardly even want to be there helping you. RUDE and expect you to understand the explanation after only explaining it once. Especially David is so full of himself because he went to Harvard, He may be smart but is definitely a BAD TEACHER and BAD MENTOR. By the way, not one of their students in their years of business has gone to an elite university, so if youre a parent thinking this will help get your kid into a good college THINK AGAIN!If you feel like you must need to give your child SAT tutoring go look someplace else, SoCal is teeming with these prep schools. Dont bother WASTING your MONEY on this subpar location.
