As soon as the tech got here he started trying to raise the price even after I had already talked to his boss about it. He started bad mouthing his boss saying his boss messed up prices and didn’t seem interested in doing the job. After I text his boss and talked to him about the price we had accorded he said fine my boss will do it but only for basic service the dirty spots are not going away . Well then why would I want a service performed if it’s not going to give results ? It wasn’t even that dirty .

Marcos and the other gentleman working with him were both great! They came to clean a mattress in an Airbnb, my family and I stayed in. These men were polite, friendly, and worked efficiently. The mattress was so clean and stain-free after they finished. The bed smelled clean as well. I would recommend this company for the following reasons.1. The work they did was excellent, and they wanted to make sure I liked the work before cleaning up and paying.2. They worked quickly and efficiently. 3. Beware of this company . I reached out To multiple companies Trying to find someone who could clean my sectional couch. This company was the first one to respond. I will show you the response in the picture section. I told him I had a sectional and I needed it cleaned. He then told me that for a five piece sectional it would be $99.95. I have a six piece sectional so I already knew going into it I was going to spend a little bit more than $99. When the technician came I was horrified at what he explained to me the charges would be. This bill went from $99 to $340! He said that none of the pillows were included they were five dollars each . I said OK I can understand that, but then he said that the back cushions are also not included and they would be $10 a piece. He said that most sectional couches are attached the cushion and the back of the couch which is absolutely not true and thats why he was charging me $10 a piece. In the picture I post in the review I circled it in black. The ones that I circled in blue were the type of pillows he would charge me five dollars a piece and The black circled was all the back cushions he was charging me $10 a piece for. If that wasnt enough nickel and dining me he then said he needed to charge $55 for extra stain removal, mind you my couch is not even a year old and in great condition. At the time I forgot what was in the verbiage of the quote and I just said you know what youre already here Im not happy because I got lower quotes from other people but just do it for $340. I figured I would just reach out to the owner. When I reached out to the owner he was not helpful at all. I told him that I too am a business owner and I understand the prices go up but this is ridiculous. He wouldnt address the question and I guess he called his guy and yelled at him when he was here because the guy came and felt so bad. I Then went back to our messages and saw that it says 100% guaranteed stain removal for the $99.95. However they are trying to charge me an additional $55 saying that I need that in order to get any stains out. When I told the owner this he argued with me and then basically said you go deal with the tech. The Problem is the tech doesnt have the authority to do anything about it. I ended up just paying the full balance because I was afraid he was going to take it out of his paycheck and I figured I would write a review on here so nobody else would be taken advantage of like I was today. They also didnt lay anything down to protect my wood floors. You can see from the picture that I posted the floors are saturated with water. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Do not believe any quotes, its all a scam to get more money! Again you look at the owners response to this and its a lie you can see from the pictures. I even said the small ones I have no problem paying in my original review for the other pillows they are not throw pillows they are the back of the couch you can see that from the picture. To try to charge $10 for each one is ridiculous I even agreed to the extra six piece I said that in my comment which clearly the owner didnt read correct . I told the owner I wanted to pay what was fair the 284 and even that with his tech lying and saying thats the only way we can get stains out by paying the extra 55 he still is going to sit here and pretend they are an honest company . As far as the other conditioner the tech said that that was the only way to get the stains out which was a complete lie. Your tech also told us that you tell them to upsell as much as they possibly can when they go.

Horrible service!! Buyer beware! This place charged me $160 for one room and they left the carpet worse than it was. Called owner and were not willing to rectify anything. Only some areas of carpet and was only here for 5 min for $160!! Will be going somewhere else to get it done right. After having covid don’t have the energy to do it myself or I would. Now I’m looking to spend double just to make it right. Can’t even sleep in my room. So upsetting and stressful!

In November I needed my grout in the shower to be cleaned. This guys came and did the job and recommended for me to do regrouting and seal my grout to avoid having mold in my shower.i asked them for a quote and Gus sent me a guy to look at the job.he said that the bottom part of my shower needs to be regrouted. We agreed on the price and I paid Gus ( the owner) half of the money and scheduled the job to be done on December 3rd at 9am. On Devember 3rd, after waiting till 11am, I called the company and the owner told me that his guy said that he scheduled me for Decmber 4th,I thought maybe I made a mistake.On December 4 the technician shows up at 10.30, instead of 9am.the next day they they left saying that they finished the job . The grout looked darker then the grout on the upper part of my shower (which they didnt touch) and the tiles were dirty from the grout. The technician told me that I have to wait for 2-3 days and the grout will change the color and I can wash the tiles and the dirt will go away. I waited 4 days and washed the tiles . The dirt did not go away, and the grout never looked like the upper part of the shower (which they didnt touch) . I texted the technician and he told me that wait for 2 more days and it will change the color. Nothing changed after 2 days. At that point I called the owner and he told me that his guys will come on december 20th at 9am and will fix the tiles. On December 19th I contacted the owner to confirm that his guys will be coming on the 20th at 9am, and he confirmed. On December 20th i waited till 10am and and called the owner saying that no one showed up.he said he needs to call his technician to see why he didnt come. After few minutes the technicians calls me saying he is sorry but he is very busy at another job doing drywall and asked me if we can reschedule to December 24th at 9am, I was angry but I said okay, since I wanted the job to be finished because I have guests out of country staying at my house. Today is december 24th and guess what, no one showed up. I called the technician he said he had an urgent family matter and cant come, I called the owner and he said that this guy is on vacation and can only come on January 7th. At this point I asked for the refund since my job is incomplete and whatever was done looks ugly ( see attached pictures), the owner said he didnt know about this appointment and that the technician is his contractor. If he wasnt aware, why wouldnt he not call me back when the guy didnt show up on the 20th, he was aware we rescheduled that is why he never called me back. I paid the money to his company and dont really care what kind of agreement or relationship he has with his technician/contractor. At the this point I have an ugly and dirty shower (which I tried cleaning with at least 6 different special tile cleaning liquids), and guest coming tomorrow. This morning I filed a claim at small claims court and will post the update on the case.

We are visiting family out of town and our son who was sleeping on the sofa had a little bit to much water before going to sleep, when he woke up we discovered he peed on the sofaI contact Brite Spot and they send out tech with in an hourHe did a great job and the price was much lower then other companies I have contactedThanks for fast good service
