If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a few items for my son. They took the money from my account. They never sent the items. They said they have a record of the account. I paid with a bank card. Now they want me to email them my bank statements. All I want is my money refunded or my sons items. They are refusing unless I jump through hoops for them.

I own a small Shotokan dojo in Arizona, and have been doing business with Karate Mart for a couple of years. They offer a broad variety of quality products, and their customer service is incredible. They are usually flexible with your orders and friendly in their correspondence, and are very dedicated to providing the best service possible. They are also very fast! Whenever I order something from them, it usually ships the same day and arrives the next day (except during the extremely busy holiday seasons, which is understandable). I cannot say enough good things about this company, and I value the professional relationship weve built over the years.

Buyer beware! I normally dont purchase items from websites other then Amazon and occasionally big named stores, so I myself took purchasing from this website as a huge risk. I was very skeptical and almost didnt because I was afraid that it wasnt a legit website, but they provided a few items that I really wanted to buy my husband for his birthday for fairly cheap so I took the risk. After finalizing my purchase, I received all my items a couple of business days later with a personal note that read Thank you Colby :) I was very pleased with all the items I had ordered. 2 weeks later I get a phone call from my credit card company with a fraud alert. What I feared would happen, happened! Multiple transactions were made to my account totalling nearly $800! Made out of surrounding states of this company CA and TX. All of which were subscriptions. Coincidence? Maybe. Maybe not. I just wanted to warn everyone and if this has happened to anyone else after purchasing an item from this website, I hope that you would please come forward. If I am correct, we can stop this from happening to anyone else. My bestest of wishes!
