The only place to go for your AC diagnosis.After having our usual mechanic make 2 attempts at fixing an AC oil leak we brought our car here. Within a day the leak was diagnosed, repaired, and the job was completed about 25% under the estimate.Great People and Great Service.

Im not sure how good they are at AC repair because their customer service is so bad I couldnt get an appointment. I left them a voice mail asking to make an appointment, but their vm said the best way to get a hold of them was text. So I also sent them a text asking to make an appointment. I received a reply the next day asking if I wanted to make an appointment. I replied a few minutes later with yes please. This was a Saturday, they were open. On Monday I still hadnt heard back so I text again with my name and a more detailed message asking them to please schedule me an appointment and let me know when. Its been FIVE days now, still havent heard back.

The word and unprofessional repair shop I have ever dealt with. I should have known when I called to try to make an appointment and never received a call back. So I drive down and drop my car off at 8 am the next day. I walk in the shop and Louie says right away that he does not handle any of the check in and states that Kevin only handles that. Louie claims not to know anything. So I deal with Kevin and tells me that the cost to diagnose the car with air-conditioning problem is anywhere from $85-$185 I said no problem I just need to get my air conditioning fixed. So I’ll leave my car and never hear back from them I call around 4 PM the same day so I figured maybe they’re just busy working on cars so I decided to drive down there the next morning and to come find out that Kevin is not there but Louie states again that he doesn’t know anything he doesn’t handle that and that Kevin didn’t show up to work and he doesn’t know where Kevin is so Louie specifically says he doesn’t know anything again and that he doesn’t have time to do itHe sitting at the computer doing nothing and proceeds to give my keys back and I asked him what should I do he says he doesn’t know because he doesn’t do anything if Kevin’s not there so I just took my keys and left and never had the car looked at as it sat there for over eight hours the day prior. Do not do any business as this is a very unprofessional company don’t even know how they have business or even ability to stay open.

If its too easy for them they will not want to do the work, because they cant overcharge you for labor. Ill just buy the few tools I need and do it myself and save a lot while doing it!...After I called to see about bringing in my car the guy that answered the phone explained how difficult and time consuming it would be because they would have to go into the dashboard. The problem Im having is with my actuator and I have removed all panels myself exposing the parts in question (which only took me 10 minutes) thus making it easier for them to get right to the point. Then he placed me on hold for a few seconds then came back and told me they dont want to work on my vehicle and not to bother bringing it in because I had removed the panels myself. I guess that affected the $500 or so quote he gave me over the phone so I was told they do not want to do business with me. Thats fine it cost me less than $100 to do it myself, and personally after that I would never go to this shop even if they offered to do it for free. Hopefully this explains the nature of my complaint.

Was driving through Tempe area on a cross country trip when our van AC stopped working and began blowing out heat on a day it was already 113 degrees! Three kids and animals in tow and we were melting! So many places were closed or closing soon when we gave this place a try. Louie was awesome! He offered to help us out even though the shop was technically closing. Very friendly, personable guy... had us in and out of there fast and best yet... COLD AIR! really helped us out!

Absolutely Awesome service. AC went out while traveling from Denver to Tempe, started blowing hot air about halfway to Albuquerque. Called Louis from Albuquerque and got an appointment for the following day in Tempe. By the next afternoon my truck was ready for the AZ heat once again. Great Service at a great price. I cannot recommend this shop more highly!! Need more stars.....

Louie is very professional. He kept me informed of what was going on and if there were any changes, he always updated me. He took care of my car on short notice and got my car back on the road the same day for a very fair and transparent price. It’s refreshing to work with someone so hassle free. I have a small fleet of cars and I’ll be going to them for any similar problems in the future.

Went in with 2016 Dodge Charger with that pain in the butt 1234 yf refrigerant. The mechanics were welcoming, knowledgeable and just awesome to talk to. They checked out the car, found the leak and fixed me up ASAP. Hard to find mechanics with integrity so I was super happy to find these guys. Trust them and bring your car in to check it out and they will take care of you.

Worst car ac repair they didn’t do nothing and just gave me the car

Good, Fair and Honest.Were are visiting from Utah and were driving from N. Phoenix over to Gilbert in rush hour when suddenly the AC stopped working.It was so very hot outside. (Shocker right?)We had no idea who to call so it was off to the Google reviews. Louie was the closest 5 star rated AC certified mechanic listed to us. I called a few other places but Louie was the only one who actually sounded eager and was the most professional. The others didnt care if I showed up or not.Louies level of service was 5 star from start to finish and very reasonably priced.

I give this gentleman 5 stars! I had so many questions from googling AC repair/testing and he answered every one. And he explained everything he was doing, while he was doing it. That is a very tolerable gentleman indeed :-) He made the repairs needed at a very reasonable cost. I am relieved to have found him. AC is cold and I am not in the poor house!

Louie is the best Mechanic I know, hes helped me out a few times, the cool thing is that he can come to where you are or you can take your car to his garage, either way hes very friendly and will not bullshi* you. Hes knowledgeable and equipped as much as any big auto dealership repair. And its always been at a reasonable price. I paid a well known shop nearly $800 two years ago for a new compressor, labor, etc., yet found my system failing intermittently whenever it was idling. It went down completely yesterday, with the heat now on the rise.I took it to another National Chain this morning which advertised a free AC check. This amounted to them telling me that my system wasnt working, but they would need about 1.5 hours of diagnostic time at $95/hour to tell me why (lol).I immediately left that shop in Gilbert, and drove to Louies shop in Tempe. He found the problem in about 10 minutes, which was an unplugged fan (likely from the repair two years ago), and a melted connector. While I was there, I got a freon recharge even though he wasnt trying to push this on me. It should be done every year and I hadnt done it in two.Honesty and integrity are everything to me in relationships, both business and personal. In this regard, I cant recommend Louie highly enough, and will always go to him first for any car repair he is willing to perform.Even if youre not in Tempe, like me, the drive is well worth the peace of mind to know that youre dealing with an honest, expert professional.

The Air Conditioning in my vehicle went out right at the end of the day. I called really just wanting to make an appt for the next day. Louie said to bring it right over and actually had it fixed within a couple hours. And the best part it was a very reasonable price. In these days, it is difficult to find and honest and good repair man. Louie has earned my business for life. Trust me, you will not go wrong.

Louie is honest, skilled, and hard-working. Both of my family cars experienced weak / anemic AC.Louie fixed first car in 50 minutes; needed a full drain and recharge of refrigerant.Louie recharged second car, but AC still felt weak. I went back to Louie, and he found and fixed a leak in the system for no extra charge. Now all is well!

We had just moved to Gilbert from the Seattle area in August (2015) and the AC wasnt working right in my wifes GMC Yukon. I called Louie after reading several reviews online and he had it diagnosed and fixed that day! Very fair price and excellent customer service.EDIT: Since I wrote the review above almost 1 year ago I have needed his expertise several more times. The rating is still 5 stars! Id give him 6 stars if I could. We had Louie do extensive work on my sons Jeep Grand Cherokee a few months ago and recently had him work on my own Jeep GC. I wont call anyone else when I need auto repairs!! Simply the best. Fair price, fast and honest service.

When the AC went out on our VW a couple years ago (in August) we took it to Louie. He was able to diagnose the problem and had it blowing cold air again in no time, and at a very reasonable price. Weve since used him for a number of other repairs, and the experience has always been good. He has always diagnosed and fixed the problems correctly the first time.
