The company was great, they met me in the middle with a lot of issues that helped a ton.. But ofc, the interlock experience itself suuucked, which dealing with a great company helped making things less stressful.. I would recommend to friends and family, for sure

Arizona Interlocks is a great business if you found yourself in the unfortunate situation of getting a DUI and needing to have an interlock installed. Jackie who manages the front of the office is great and always helpful. Hector is very professional and has also made this process a breeze and painless. I have had this breathalyzer for nearly 10 months. About six months ago it started acting up. Not allowing me to start my car while I’m trying to go to jobs and provide money for my family. They continually were rude and brushed off my problem. I’m currently sitting here trying to get a code and they will not give it to me because it is saying error. I don’t drink haven’t for two yearsAnd now I’m just stuck here and they will do nothing. Horrible company would not recommend this company to anybody

I was extremely embarrassed when I found out I needed Arizona interlocks but Hector and his staff were amazing and always treated me with respect and dignity!!! I always received a text or phone call back immediately when I needed assistance. They are reasonably fair, they have standards but they arent impossibly high to meet and they do communicate to try and meet you half-way during certain circumstances.

Hector is super friendly and straight forward. The installation and monthly appointments are always quick and without any hassle. We had a small issue with an interlock about a month ago but it was immediately resolved. They worked hard to fix it and we are very grateful. Ive had to deal with other interlock businesses who treat their customers terribly, but these guys are the exact opposite. Theres a reason they have nearly all 5 star ratings when everyone else is 2-3star.

A lot of inconveniences, it’s my first time using a interlock and I was not aware of the 30 day service. I have been locked out of my vehicle for 4 days now. First I work 7-4 and have a normal life with picking up kids and after work duties. AZ interlock is Monday-Friday closes at 5pm everyday. I was able to reach Hector Friday 10/11/19 and he said he would give me a call back within 15 mins to give a code and I can bring my vehicle down for servicing..... I’ve gotten no call back and today no answer. I really wish I would have done more research and read reviews before I would have gone with this company. Here I am day 4 locked out of my vehicle having to spend more money on getting a ride just to get where I’m going. I’ve called the “24 hour” line numerous times as well..

Hector and Rafa have been so helpful since Ive started the interlock process. I have to keep mine for two years and I couldve gone with another company after my first year was up but I decided to stay with them because theyve helped me on numerous occasions when Ive been in a pinch or my breathalyzer is acting funny. Customer service goes a long way and these guys have definitely proven that!

Thank you, Hector, for making me feel pretty darn comfortable, despite the obviously otherwise uncomfortable experience of needing to get an interlock. Im glad I read reviews from around the valley and picked AZ Interlocks. So far my experience with them and their device has made it less painful than I had imagined.

Though the experience with having to carry the device is not one anyone would call pleasant, I was more than happy with Hector (installer/mechanic)and the device itself. It is a blow only device rather than those out there that require the driver to blow/hum/suck and I had no difficulties with the device throughout the 6 months I was required to carry it.I called Hector directly after reading the horrific reviews of all other interlock device companies to gauge his customer service and that conversation is why I chose to go with AZ Interlocks/ Budget as my provider. Hector takes your calls personally and if you have any trouble, will be the one you call to get it addressed rather than a call center. I think I paid a little more choosing this company, but it was worth it for the peace of mind.Thank you for making the experience as painless as possible considering the circumstances.

Interlocks can be pricey, but the service is what you pay for as well. The previous interlock company i had experienced was horrible with a faulty handset, extra charges, and appointments were only at their leisure. Since i have transferred my interlock to AZ Interlocks the process has been smooth, my monthly payments havent changed, my device works fine, and the process was made easy. Their was one instance where i had a issues with starting my car after a mechanic had fixed certain issues to get my car re registered, they took my call immediately, and had me bring it in. Good service is rare nowadays where everyone feels entitled, but not this company, if you need any help with your interlock, or service this is the place to go to without a doubt.

This place gets one start for being truthful about how easy the device is to use. But talk about hidden fees. You go in thinking its going to be $70 dollars a month and free installation. Next thing you know Im buying a harness that Ill never use again and that you have to pay an additional $50 a month if you get locked out. That means if you blow a .021, $50.00. That mouthwash just cost a lot more. Im already suffering because of my bad decision and now I believe I made one more. BTW it costs $25 + 2 months rent to have it removed. Sounds Fair right?

Hector and his crew take care of their customers. He and his Tempe guy go above and beyond to make that bad time/bad life decision the best it can be while dealing with Your consequence. Treat them with respect and youll get it right back! Hector will try hard to make any appointment work. True customer service. His installer/calibrator employee in Tempe went to bat for me one time when he knew I wasnt being treated fairly. Utmost respect fellas.

Hector is an amazing tech and a true customer service professional. He is the only technician I would ever recommend for someone in the unfortunate position of having a DUI in the state of Arizona.

Hector is very nice thanks for the reviews that helped me choose AZ interlocks. I’m on my 4th month out of 6 months and I used hand sanitizer right before Blowing into my interlock at start up and got a .03 bac reading just a heads up everyone talks about being careful about mouth wash but no one talks about hand sanitizer, please avoid because it just cost me $50 and a hell of stressful thoughts. I appreciate Hector answering his phone after hours to assure me that it would not extend me because it was not a 0.8 or higher and it was my first screw up. Throw the hand sanitizer out of the car believe me.

The attendants are helpful and quick to the point. They were patient and knowledgeable and the installation was quick!
