The people who came to talk with us, measure and install were all very nice, professional, and answered all our questions. The problem lies in a two thousand and change dollars, double pained sliding glass doors, which stopped locking, the screen has started pulling out of the frame too. I will be calling to fix the problems. We dont even have this for a month

Ordered a new sliding door and the service rep was extra helpful, working around our schedule and we got just what we wanted all on time. After install service is great and adds peace of mind. We also shop at the store weekly. Service is good. Like anyplace, if they are busy or helping other customers you might have to be patient, but thats anywhere. Overall I like this HD quite a bit.

Ordered some flooring for our Temecula home back in June it is STILL NOT done yet! They keep giving us a date that they will install the flooring but every time they always have excuses that theyre either busy or still waiting for parts and supplies. And when they finally came last week to install it, guess what? they have the wrong size pieces for the stairs😡😡😡. What the heck!? What now?? Are we going to have to wait another 2 months while the tenant has only half of a floor?!?!

Countertops nightmare! Poor communication (everything requires waiting on hold for follow up phone calls to people who have unpredictable schedules and are very hard to get a hold of), subcontracted to Andrew Lauren so twice as many people as need to be involved and too much middle man extra calls, countertops took twice as long as the estimated 2-3 weeks, somehow installed WITH NO EDGE. Very disappointing and very difficult to work with. Would not recommend
