I highly suggest to not use LaserAway. They are the most unorganized, unprofessional, shady business I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I originally purchased a Groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments at another business for both me & my husband. Our experiences were great.- simple & easy. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of purchasing 3 additional laser treatments for us at LaserAway. It has been nothing but a nightmare trying to redeem both of our Groupons & schedule our appointments, which I think they do on purpose. They continually give us the runaround, have us going in circles, jumping through endless hoops, having to call multiple other associates back & forth, harassing us with up-sales before they will even book us, waiting for calls back that never happen....just to make a simple appointment. I think scheduling open heart surgery would be easier and more organized.Took forever going back & forth to FINALLY be able to make our appointments. They kept having us call different people, go back & forth, fill out forms, create profiles from text links, speak to various people, Live chats, wait & wait for people to return our calls only to have to keep calling them back since they wont ever respond. When we could finally make the appointments they somehow lost our Groupons that they already redeemed. That was a nightmare to get fixed. They continued to argue with me even though I had confirmations & receipts & proof of purchase. Never apologized for their error. Finally made our appointments in July which had to be scheduled over a month in advance. We booked for Saturday 9/11 at 2:00 & hubby at 2:30 as those were the first appointments available that worked with our busy schedule & also so we could both drive up to Temecula & be seen at the same time frame. We both received several confirmation texts for our appointments. Its the morning of our appointments, 9/11. They sent my husband a text message, confirming his appointment for 10:15am and not 2:30pm?!?!?!?! He tried calling all morning but no ones answers. Finally get a call back & they inform him that they moved his appointment without even asking him or notifying him in advance. Argued with him that they called him yesterday when they did not. Neither of us are available at 10:15am nor can we drive up to Temecula on such short notice, let alone wait around 4 hours between appointments. This is insane that any business can continue to be this shady. Its like a Ponzi scheme almost. So now we wait for someone to call us back to further discuss. The drama continues..... I think they do this on purpose for people who only purchase the Groupon, making it impossible to actually get an appointment, with the intent that people will get so unbelievably frustrated that they will just give up and cut their losses. I spent $498 so unless they want to give me a full refund, Im stuck having to fight this never-ending battle.UPDATE- Once you finally get an appointment the nurses actually at the Temecula location are wonderful.

I have been a patient of LA at its Temecula office for several years. My goal was (and still is) to look as young as possible (Im 72 but vanity has no age limit). I have worked with several nurses and each has taken the time to listen and customize my treatments to maximize the results. I have had almost every type of treatment and each provided the results promised. Currently, I am being treated by Sonia and would strongly recommend her for all treatment needs.

I have always been a puntual client and followed every directive given with my laser hair removal. The last three appointments I have gotten calls to change my appointment time the day before my appointment. I have been extremely flexible and move my schedule around to make it work since LASER AWAY did not give me ample notice of my appt time change. Today I arrive 15 mins late to my appt because again my original appt time was changed. I arrive late due to traffic and rushing from other appts ( I travel 45 mins to get here) . My laser treatment always takes 45 mins either way I am always out before my 1 hour and 15 min block - so I arrive and they tell me they will not be able to complete my service because I am late. I am extremely disappointed because laser away changed my appt today and not only do I have to move my schedule I have had to be flexible the last three visits. Now they have the audacity to deny my complete service when they never take more than 45 mins to complete my treatment when they block 1 hour and 15 mins for me. From a customer who was willing to purchase additional services for my daughters, sadly due to their lack of courtesy to treat me knowing they have moved my appts several times and I am always punctual I will not return after my last treatment.

Considering tattoo removal can be a scary thing. Will it hurt? How will it leave my skin? Will it even work? Well, for me it was anyone.Unfortunately, I am one of those that has a bad tattoo that I regret. After lots of research and searching high and low, I came across Laser Away and one other place. I contacted both and Laser Away got back to me right away and we set up a consultation. Did I mention it is local and not a far drive?!As soon as you walk in you notice the beautiful decorations and most importantly, how clean it is. They do so much more than tattoo removal, as well! My consultation went so smooth and every single employee was extremely sweet, gave me all the information I needed and very helpful. Its safe to say I purchased a package!I was SO nervous for my first appointment. For th life of me I cant remember the gals name that did my session (Brittany I believe?) but she eased my nerves so well. She explained step by step what will happen, the machine they use and that Id be able to numb the area if I choose to. We went over my medical history and I spoke with another employee via FaceTime to verify everything.My area is a small finger tattoo so it was a quick session and didnt hurt much. I didnt even blister! We went over the care, the recommended time I should wait in between sessions (8-10 weeks) and which colors I should expect to be easier to remove, and which will take longer. I finished my third session recently and see a massive difference. Its still there but the fading it remarkable. I look forward to finishing this up and will also be looking into the other stuff they offer!

Was told being 15 minutes late would be alright. I got here and they say no we cant see you. Theres a 5 minute grace period. I drove close to an hour and called twice about being late. Dont waste your time or gas driving. All employees need to be on the same page as to what a grace period is.

I bought 2 sessions of cool sculpting and received 1 free during a promo they were having back in September. I did a virtual consultation where all I did was send photos of my chin/ neck where I wanted the session on. I am average weight but I have always suffered with extra fat/skin on my neck that made me very self conscious because I have a weak jawline and small chin. I should have done more research and to not to have trust a virtual consultation with a nurse who never even touched me before telling me to get it done. After a month I still didn’t see results and at the 2 month mark I had a follow up consultation, still no results. I was very disappointed because at my 1st appointment the girl said I had such little fat that I probably wouldn’t even need the 3rd applicator, (they used 2 applicators in one appointment). When my 2nd consultation came around I felt like the new girl who was doing it was not as informed as my 1st appointment and did not have me take the pictures in the same angle or position as the 1st girl. The side by sides weren’t even the same angle so it was hard to see if there was a difference. I left feeling discouraged and didn’t bother booking my last session. It’s been 5 months and I still see no results. I met with a plastic surgeon who said that cool sculpting is not very effective for the chin area and especially for me because I have little fat on my chin and it is more just my weak jawline that needs filler to bring the skin up. I called laser away and told them what the doctor said and my disappointment that I was out $2k and with 0 results. The first girl I spoke with agreed and said that if there is not enough fat for the cool sculpting applicator to hold on to it won’t work that well. I wish when I came in for my appointment they would have told me that cool sculpting wasn’t right for me!!! The 2nd woman I spoke with would not refund me or offer me any credit to use towards something else because technically my 3rd session is a “free gift”. I still have 1 session left and I told them that I guess I can use it for my abdomen but then she said I would have to buy 3 more sessions and spend another $2k! I’m extremely sadden by all of this because I am a full time college student and $2k is still a lot for me to spend on one thing but I was really hoping to get rid of my biggest insecurity which is why I took the plunge and spent it. When I spoke with corporate they did not offer me a refund or a comp service and instead basically said that because I signed a contract they don’t have to do anything for me. If anyone is considering getting chin cool sculpting done, just go to a plastic surgeon and get liposuction done, it costs less and will get rid of almost all the fat whereas cool sculpting only gets rid of 25% per session. This post isn’t to be a rude customer but I could have saved $2k if they were properly trained to examine their guests and tell them that the service is not right for them and give them honest predictions of their outcomes rather than just take their money and hope for the best. I will not be spending any more money at this business and would not recommend it to any of my friends.

The Temecula location is Amazing! Not only are my appts made around my schedule, but they dont waste my time. Sure it seems expensive if you dont wait for their deals - like the bogo, but add the cost of your time and materials for shaving and waxing, it averages out. I can definitely say IT WORKS and my hair is dirty blonde. And to let you know, they are extremely honest about what will work and unfortunately what wont... I wanted my face done, but my hair is too light... pleased they arent like other companies and only care about their profits. This place actually cares about their clientele! Also love how I could ask like 100 questions, even the dumb ones and they took the time to explain every single question. Customer Service like this is rare nowadays. I definitely recommend the Temecula location.

I was very hesitant on getting my laser hair removal for lip & sideburns. After going in for my free consultation, they made me feel comfortable and was able to do it the same day of my consultation. It wasn’t as painful as I thought it was going to be. Just little bit of stingy sensation on certain areas but only for a short period of time.

Very nice place and professional. I am only one day out from my IPL treatment, so I’m not sure what my full results will be. However, I found the experience very pleasant! They have a highly qualified RN doing the IPL laser treatment which really put my mind at ease. The front desk ladies and consultants were knowledgeable and friendly! I am happy with LaserAway. I can’t wait to get my remaining treatments and see the transformation in my skin.

This place is focused on sales only. While customer service at the time of purchasing a package is great - they do not focus on maintaining that relationship. For instance - I purchased several laser hair removal packages, spending over $2,000 at the practice, yet since my areas take 10 minutes at most to do the procedure - they jerk me around with time slots. I would book myself for a 3:15pm appointment 2 months ago, and the day before Id receive a message asking to confirm my appointment that would move me 45 minutes back without notifying me beforehand (so they can accommodate a new patient, and make new sales/money)!. I live in NJ and it takes 1.5 hours each way for me to come into the city for this, and I plan my whole day around my appointment. I cannot possibly be sitting around and waiting or cancelling on others because LaserAway decide to move my scheduled time slot as they please. I ended up cancelling my Sundays appointment for that precise reason - they moved me 1 hour back w/o prior notification! So, I re-scheduled it for lunch time tomorrow, so I can go during my lunch break while at work... Guess what?! I just received a message notification asking me to confirm my appointment for tomorrow - I scheduled it for noon, and now its at 12:15. I understand this time around its only a 15min difference, nonetheless, when such things happen EVERY SINGLE TIME there comes a point whenenough is enough. Manny - the Regional Manager, never called me back to address my numerous complaints, so, here I am - ranting on Google! Hopefully THIS will grab their attention...Regards,

My best friend went here and spent a ton of money and over this period of time she got 8 sessions! 8! And you know what? Her hair looks the EXACT same. They say that everyone’s hair is different but I have never seen someone go somewhere and get more than three sessions without starting to see amazing results. Please do your research into more places rather than just this one if you’re thinking about getting it done. I mean, that’s if you want to spend that much money and actually see results. I have been going to LaserAway for tattoo removal of 5 tattoos.. I am currently on my 4th session, it’s harder and more painful but they put me at easy every single time. So professional, patient, clean, kind, sweet, informed, thorough and make me feel so comfortable. I asked for an email follow-up after my consultation summarizing the package rates available and also to NOT be added to an email newsletter. They accomplished the OPPOSITE of that by not sending the follow-up, and they are also spamming my email inbox with newsletters. The Laseraway team in Temecula is great! You first walk in and Rose greets you with a smile; always courteous and professional but makes you feel like family. Sonia performs my Clear & Brilliance and she’s awesome! She has the best personality, she asks me about my day, weekend and family and thing I know the procedure is over. Then there is Whitney, I see her for Botox and she too is awesome!! Funny, friendly and professional. I have payed 600 for my tattoo to be taken off and they have girls come in and rush through it and I know the diffrence I did have a girl take her time and get the whole thing but only one time and I do not feel like I got my moneys worth there is really no difference and they said yesterday was my last time when I payed for 10 sessions and they obviously dont know what they are doing in there so if you wanna get a tattoo off then dont go to lazer away they are a waste of time and money they dont even deserve a star at all

Do not go here!! Christine literally lied to me about the services and ended up charging me extra for what I haven’t used. She changed the prices as soon as I said I wasn’t interested in the services. Totally feel like I was lied to and taken advantage off. Don’t even think about doing the clear and brilliant, she told me the first treatment was free because I purchased 12 treatments in total then ended up charging me almost $500 for that one partial “free” treatment I got for about 10 minutes and I told them to stop because my skin was too sensitive. After I tried several times to call her for my refund, she gave me the ran around and denied everything. Come on now, this is not a way anybody should be running their business at all. Nobody should be lied to or treated unfair just to purchase their so called treatments!!! I’ll be suing this premises !!! Do not go here unless you are trying to be scammed .

Do not waste your time or money. I had treatment for acne scaring, its been months after I never noticed a difference and now my skin has a redness it never had before. I was on my last payment and for whatever reason the incompetent person at the desk transferred the loan to another loan company and now that company is harassing me for the full amount. Im writing this review to warn others, I cant speak for all their other services but this was an awful experience.

However, Ive had my encounter with a tech that struggled to do my tattoo removal and lately its been a big issue with scheduling. BEWARE! UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS AND ABSOLUTELY RUDE.I drove all the way from Palm Springs for an appointment at this location and they are a MESS. I purchased my package originally from the Beverly Hills location (which is fabulous, accommodating and nothing like this locarion!) I had an appointment at 11:15 and had to drive thru 74 and the mountains to get here. I tried calling when I realized I was running behind because of traffic. BUT, because I am in the mountains, NO SIGNAL. When I call at 1135 to let them know I am going to be late, I have already been considered a no show. I checked my voicemail, and none. So how does that constitute as just a no show if no one had tried to contact me? The service I was getting was underarms which literally takes at most 10 minutes, especially since this wasnt my first appointment. I asked what the wait time was after beinh told repeatedly that I could only come back at 330PM. I had no intentions of staying in Temecula. I specifically made plans just to come here. I asked again what the wait time was and if the nurse would be taking a break from an 1hr and 1/2 treatment and when the receptionist became frustrated she HUNG UP on me!!! She mentioned that she was new as well. Honey, that is not the customers problem if you are using new as an excuse of incompetence. I called back and was greeted by someone else who actually attempted to answer my questions. But still 330PM was the only time they could accommodate a customer who already paid for services commuting 2 hours for a 10 minute treatment. Its very frustrating that the only location closest to me has turned out to be nothing like the one I purchased my package from. Had I known this, I would have never purchased this treatment. I am super disappointed in this laser away and hope that anyone who may get lost on the way to this location or God forbid 20 minutes late will be waiting 4 hours for the next slot. Its funny because the rude receptionist kept reiterating that the appointment there was booked for 1.5 hours but when I made my appointment yesterday one of the appointment times given to me was 1145? Soooo does that 1145 appointment not exist anymore or am I being lied to? I cannot work with a business that will try to make me out as stupid, when I have found holes in their stories. This location can definitely learn a thing or 2 from their LA counterparts. I officially filed a complaint and hope that this new employee receives the disciplinary action needed to never put any customers through her horrible skills. Good luck to anyone who tries to book treatments with this unrealistic schedule this laser away puts on paying clients.

AT consultation their customer service is at their best . they over exaggerate the hair removal results which is misleading. the customer service after purchase then declines. The nurses are all very amazing and nice. however the girls at the front desk are horrible at their job. on many different occasions they have moved appointments around. once twice even 3 times i can handle. but their errors are consistent. Ive scheduled appointments had them write it down on a card ! only for them to tell me later that it was either 1. scheduled for another date. 2. Scheduled for a different time. 3. had the wrong treatment scheduled. They say hair removal is done every 6 weeks to follow the growth pattern. you would think it would be important to them to schedule you in 6 weeks not 8 . especially after paying 4k for all treatments. the one star goes to the actually nurses who make you feel comfortable during treatments and are all very kind. Read previous reviews. appointments are move around so often it cant be all by mistake. I believe they do it to give your time to a new potential client, since ive already paid and they say no refunds allowed they think its okay to do that. Oh and if they tell you know refunds. just call corporate!

Why do you have video showing people removing their colorful tattoos and then tell me you couldnt help me because I had very few colors on mine. How about you put that information on your website before making me go and waste time and money to get there? Your attitude was disgusting and she made no effort to help. Thanks a lot. I bought 9 sessions of tattoo removal and its been the worst experience Ive ever have gone through. If I could give no stars, I would. Rude nurse technicians, rude front desk staff..argue with you about when the next treatment should be. Ive been canceled on at least 4 times without knowing when I could come again. They never follow up to get you back in. I had a front desk receptionist tell me I was done with treatment at my 6th time when I bought 9 and she argued with me about it until I showed my own receipt!Dont get me started on the treatments being done! The work didnt even scratch the surface of removing my tattoos I figured it would lighten at least after the 6th treatment!! They havent! I once went in the beginning and I wasnt offered any numbing cream. The pain was unbearable during the treatment.You really do need the cream..you have to ask them and they give you bad attitude. The last time I asked they said do it yourself...and here have a plastic ziploc to tear up instead of plastic sheeting. You would expect your tats to have the frosted over look or to have some sort of change after, mine never have after treatment. I kept thinking they would the next time, but they never did.my sister and I got matching tats when we were younger..she went in to dr tat off and hers were successfully gone after 7-8 sessions. Mine look like I havent got a thing done. Im really bummed for spending as much as I did to get them off. I DO NOT recommend laser away. Stay away from here. its a bad business. they will go out soon enough.I have to go through this again for a whole other year, you can bet they wont get mine or anybody else I knows business after this!!

I had bought a package for hair removal and tattoo removal. I ended up moving out of state and there are no Laseraways in the whole state. I submitted to get a refund back in August of 2018 it is now February 2019 and I have been back and forth still trying to get my $2,000 back!!! I will be seeking legal assistance since this is not being taken care of. I have tried to be patient but it has become ridiculous with not getting call backs.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I purchased a Groupon for an IPL more than a month ago. The first appointment was for a consultation. For the actual appointment weeks later, I was left a voicemail informing me that the nurse was running late and they asked if I could come in 2 hours later than my scheduled time. Since I was driving, I didnt hear this voicemail and arrived to my scheduled appointment just to be told oh I left you a voicemail an hour ago (please note I live nearly an hour away) I had to reschedule considering I had to pick up my 3 children from school/childcare. The following week, I show up on time but no receptionist at the front desk to check in. I sat down because no one came to the front desk for a few minutes. During this time, another client walks in and she was attended to first even though I had arrived before she did. I sit and wait nearly half an hour to be told that their IPL machine is down and if I could return in 2 hours? I had had enough with this place and asked for a refund. Erin the director had already redeemed by Groupon during the consultation so I will not be reimbursed. I was given Erins number when I requested a refund and it took 2 attempts to reach her just to be told that I needed to contact Groupon customer service (as she spoke to me with a mouth full of food). Overall, Id strongly suggest that anyone avoid this place if possible, go elsewhere even if it means spending more money. This place will give you the run around and waste your time and money! (aside from purchasing the Groupon, I also paid nearly $100 for childcare for those 3 useless trips to Laser Away). The company should really consider investing in some customer service trainings for ALL staff members and stop being so inconsiderate of their customers time!!

My review on 6/6/2018 down below was completely edited!!!!!! The review was 3 times longer advising the horrific results I received, and the realization that I was being worked on by young ladies entitled Practitioners, NOT Doctors.Update - besides editing my Yelp, the Corporate Office contacted me. Ms. Torres was to meet me yesterday to discuss the situation and what was Corporate going to do to fix the mess on my face. I show up - shes not there!! The woman at the front called Corporate and found out it was her day off!!. Then I was told that notes by my name were that I was to meet with a nurse to take pictures. Nurse??? They dont have Doctors, how am I to believe I am meeting with a Nurse??? I left completely filled with anger that I was misled once again. If you want to take a chance with them, I wish you luck.Review from 6/6 EDITED BY YELP AND LASERAWAYI was in the chair having cold sculpting done to my chin and when it came to the other side, after 30 minutes the machine died. I have been trying to get in to finish the treatment and EVERY single time I book an appt. I have a text message the morning of the treatment or day before that they need to reschedule me. I dont sit at home eating bon bons - I have a life schedule like everyone else and I have had it after 4 RESCHEDULES!!!In the Yelp review section it notes that some of these franchises do this all the time to their customers. My experience at Laseraway on 19th street has been amazing. The staffing are very knowledgeable and provide really good cudtomer service. The location is beautiful and my results have been even better than i expected. Jess, who runs the location. is great and I 100% recommend using Laseraway.
