A someone who sews A LOT, I need a reliable place that can take care of and help maintain my babies (sewing machines, sergers, etc.). Moores not only has an extremely capable staff, but also have spectacular customer service skills with their helpful attitude, friendly demeanor, and bright smiles! I trust them, so it is well worth the drive (even if its an hour trip one way for me).

I was working on a quilting project and needed a sewing machine that could do minor lettering. I found Moore’s Sewing and Vaccum in Temecula. I purchased a Babylock Verve Sewing and Embroidery machine. The service was excellent….all my questions were answered, I received it very fast ( I live on the same side of the country…but I got it in two days) and when I got it, of course as you would expect from Babylock…it was excellent! With any new skill…It took a day to learn the embroider element as this was new to me. The end result, I am very, very happy with this purchase and with Moore’s Sewing and Vacuum in Temecula. I would purchase from them again. Highly Recommend! I am a very happy customer!

I bought my Juki TL-2020 PE almost a month ago from Moores. I live in Oregon but I saw it advertised online. The price was very fair and I couldnt find this machine anywhere here in Oregon. The machine arrived very promptly and I love the machine. My only problem is that the bobbin winder on it wont work. I will take it into Portland next Monday and hopefully they can repair it for me. I consider this a manufacturing problem, and not the fault of Moores.

I have used Moores Sewing & Vacuum in Temecula for the second time for vacuum repair. I love this business. They are always so welcoming and professional. JR is terrific! He is super knowledgeable about the multi-needle embroidery machines, and actually listens to your concerns and questions and answers them instead of just giving excuses or trying to hard sell you on products. I will be recommending this location and JR to anyone who asks me about where to buy a sewing or embroidery machine. The repair department is terrific also and does great maintenance on the machines without trying to overcharge you.

Love, love, love my new Brother Sewing/Embroidery/Quilting Machine with self-threader. Havent bought a machine for 25 years. I took my time going in asking tons of questions until it was obvious which machine to buy. Looking to make a business of sewing for others. Also, I bought a Victory Baby Lock Serger. I have never had one before. Wow, what a speedster it is! Thinking of trading up to the Triumph Baby Lock self- threader. My eyes are not what they use to be and neither are machines. Check out Moores Sewing in Temecula. They were very kind and informative and not pushy. Customer service is number one to me and I will be taking classes soon.

I recently purchased a used Brother Innov-is 4000D that needed to be serviced and Moores Sewing & Vacuum - Temecula was the place that came to mind first. I had been in the store a few months prior but this was the first time I was having a service done. Their time frame was 4-5 weeks and to my surprise the 4 weeks flew by and they technically finished sooner than I expected in the week. After running a handful of designs on my machine over the weekend I began getting an error and a rats nest of thread in my bobbin case. I called them a couple days later to see if they could take a look since it was just serviced. In the same day Sam, the technician got the problem solved and explained to me what was wrong.The customer service has been awesome at this location! I even recently purchased a Brother Scan-n-Cut machine from here and the women at the front counter were so wonderful helping me decide to purchase it and how it can really enhance my quilting and applique skills. If you have any sewing machine needs or questions this is the place to go!

While cleaning my shampooer, the top wouldn’t close and had issues so I brought it in to Moore’s. At first, I was told they don’t normally fix shampooers but I told them my situation and Josh helped me out, even though he had the same issue I had at first but he was able to fix it. I’m really happy with the service he provided and helped me in a financial situation without knowing it. He was able to get fix in a good time matter which is always a bonus. Thank you Josh.

Josh was amazing. I brought in a machine with a tension issue expecting to leave it for a few days for service. Josh pointed out (very kindly) I was using the wrong bobbin, then took the time to check out and fix all of the other issues. I walked out with a fixed machine and new bobbins in 20 minutes. Best service ever!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was told my machine would be ready in a week and they called in 2 days to tell me it was ready. They helped me with both bringing the machine into the store and putting it in my car when I picked it up. Great customer service!

I understand that we have to be cautious because of the COVID19, but having customers pickup merchandise from the floor is not acceptable. First of all the floor is the dirtiest surface, also, is humiliating just throw items on the floor for customers to pick it up. A little table outside of the door to place merchandise should be very easy to do.

Friendly & helpful staff. Most of the time when I take my sewing machine in for servicing, it’s ready in 1 to 2 weeks. If you are in the market for a new sewing machine &/or accessories, Moore’s is the place to start!

When I first walkin I thought it was going to take at least a week but then I was told probably more like 4 wks cuz it has to be sent out. But I was very surprised when the store called me a few days later to say it was ready and the prices are fair and my Kirby Vacuum works great. Definitely recommend this place.

I just bought a new sewing machine from Moores and love it. The teaching staff have been wonderful in helping me understand how to use its unique features. The sales people are knowledgable and very helpful. A pleasure to work with.

I looked up embroidery and happened to find this place but unfortunately they in fact do not do embroidery although it’s states embroidery services. Upon arrival I was greeted in a very rude condescending way. If you’re interested in buying a machine I would probably just buy it online having experienced their customer service. And if you’re looking for embroidery this is not the place.

Shout out to Jorge Castillo who came to my home in Rancho Santa Fe today. He and his assistant were very nice and extremely professional! :) Ill be sure to call him whenever my machines need servicing!

Love my new Symplicity Vacume !! Finally a lightweight vacume that really works ! Love this store the sales people were Very helpful, nice & informative . even took my old vacume for a trade in.

The store manager knows nothing about embroidery or the issues that arise with an embroidery machine. I was told my machine was built to do substandard embroidery and that brother makes my machine to be disposable. I didn’t realize a $400 machine can be disposable. I felt like the moment I walked in there, their only interest was to sell me stuff and get me to finance a machine, as suggested by the service manager. I left here in turmoil and defeated, thinking I had to get rid of my machine because that’s what the store manager told me to do. In search for a second opinion, I found a shop with an incredibly knowledgeable person, the owner Aileen of Temecula Valley Sewing Center. She told me NOT TO GET RID OF MY MACHINE, like suggested at Moore’s, made a suggestion and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Now my embroidery comes out beautifully. I will NEVER go to Moore’s again, what a waste of my time and money!!!

Very shady business. Will not give any price range over the phone. And then when you come in they tell you minimim of $200 and they wont even have anyone look at it or give you an estimate for 2 weeks. They are rude on the phone and when inquiring about purchasing a new machine, nobody knows anything. I dont know how they stay in business.

I took my sewing machine to them for servicing. They are the experts. I have been their customer for many years. Very happy with the service and the personnel is kind and courteous.

Do not go here it is way overpriced a maint is $350 dollars !!! I had a machine that had an error code very simple fix I called brother and they sent me to Redlands Sewing even without the warranty it still would have been 50$ dollars. When trouble shooting my machine here at Moore’s the lady had no idea how to even use my machine which was the similar to the ones on display. You would think if your a authorized seller of brother but don’t do warranty work 🤔🤔. STAY AWAY. They also said if I have an issue and they fix it there work is guaranteed for 3 months that’s it. If your machine is less than a year old call brother or just call Redlands Sewing it’s far but it’s worth it.

I went in last week to have both my sewing machines looked at, One is old and dusty, the other new but needed at Tuneup beacuse of my reckless activity on it :)Nancy looked at both of them and immediately told me not to waste my $ on fixing the old one, it would cost more than its worth AND....she showed me how to clean and operate my new machine.... FREE of CHARGE. When does that ever happen? I will be making Moores my go to shop for all my sweing needs.

I purchased a Miele canister vacuum cleaner for my wife a few months ago. She absolutely loves it! She said, Its terrific! The staff was wonderful too. The sales woman, I believe her name was Dorothy, went into the back room and came back with a gentleman to talk to us. He described the pros and cons for different vacuum cleaner brands in the market and explained their respective repair issues. On his recommendation we purchased the Miele canister vacuum. He was right. My wife told me it takes half the time to vacuum the house. Mieles vacuum is light weight and the floor tool easily rotates under furniture, beds, chairs, etc. By the way we are beloved dog owners and she sheds quite a bit. In conclusion we strongly recommend purchasing a vacuum cleaner from the Moores Sew and Vac Center located on Ynez Road in Temecula, CA. Thank you so much!
