Thanks to Paradise Pools for helping turn what I felt was a small backyard into what is now my beautiful backyard paradise. The pool, spa and fire pit along with great landscaping and lights has absolutely transformed my backyard to a nice and relaxing area everyone wants to visit (including all of the neighbors). You came up with some great ideas with the tile design hand on the wall and in the seating bench in the pool. 14 years after Mike built our pool, he came out himself to look at our aging equipment. He updated our pump and heater to be more efficient and our electric bill went down over $100. Everything works great again and not to mention how quiet the new pump is! This company is super reliable and family operated. Highly recommend Mike and his team.

All of your contractors were very professional, courteous and completed their job in a timely matter. We have heard some horror stories from a few of our neighbors that used other companies over the years so we are especially glad we chose you.Being a first time pool owner I had plenty of questions and Mike was very kind to take the time and answer each and every question and made sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. Mike and his team were very accommodating when we wanted to make a small change along the way, also when I mentioned that we were going to build a grill outside when the pool was complete Mike said he would run a gas line over and stub up at no extra cost, this saved us future construction cost and we are so thankful for that.One of our neighbors down the street started their pool ( by a different company) the same time we started ours, we are swimming in ours and they are still waiting on the plasters to get there, they said they are backlogged a month.By the way, Paradise Pools was very competitive with the other companies we interviewed, and we also got superior service. Our backyard is beautiful! We had mike and his crew come out and remodel our 1970’s pool and clean up our landscape. What a facelift it gave our backyard! We told mike that we would like to have it finished before summer starts and he did just that! We had one minor set back but mike handled it very professionally and had The job back on track within a couple of days. Overall our experience with Paradise was excellent!

Several of our friends had pools installed and we heard horror stories of pools coming in over budget and taking months to finish beyond the original completion date. We are pleased to say that we did not experience any of the horrors mentioned. Our pool was completed on time and was to the penny on budget. We are happy to recommend this company .

Barbara and I love our beautiful new pool. The cement and tile work cannot be matched. The artisans at paradise see it before they build it. They have become family friends. Actually helped with some other work on my home at no charge. You wont be disappointed.

I am completely satisfied with the work that has been done by Paradise Pools. They built a pool from the ground up for me. When I had a problem with my salt water system, and after they couldnt get another company to come by quickly, the owner himself came on a Saturday to fix it. Their customer service is great and efficient. When they left, they didnt leave a mess or did I worry about my dog getting hurt. Overall, it was nice to see the owner supervising their work four or five times during the project.

Day after July 4th. 2018 our Hayward flagship variable speed pump stopped cold. Called Mike, and he said Hayward rep would be out Monday. I found it unbelievable that this pool company would tear up my yard, destroy my greenery and lawn, break my sprinkler heads, and destroy a section of fence with zero consideration to say anything to me about it until most of the damage was done and then only by leaving a note on the door even though we were home at the time. Deeply inconsiderate. They said they would fix the damage but after their initial attempt, they destroyed part of it again by burying it under rubble for several weeks. My ten year old plants were destroyed and replaced by much smaller baby plants. Throughout the process workers left rubbish and trash in my yard that I repeatedly cleaned up. Just because someone contracts with you for a pool does not mean you have the right to jack up their neighbors yard. Consider that before hiring this pool company. It put a totally unnecessary strain on my relationship with my neighbor who was getting the pool.

Ordered a pool pump, scheduled installation, and took morning off work to be here for installation. No show. No call. Nothing. Never heard from them again.
