When you physically walk into a Petsmart to confirm your appointment for later in that day and make sure you’re all good to go only to race home, load up two large breeds, drive back, wrangle them into the store by yourself and then be turned away because they forgot to mention they need updated rabies proof. Right now my appointment time is 5 PM and the vet is closed so we can’t call to confirm (obviously they’re up to date) and I’ve now wasted my time twice in one day. As I stated to the staff I always forget why I don’t use this place for grooming, until I remember. Zero common sense, zero common courtesy.

First time in this Pet Smart. Took my grandbabies in after going to the Credit Union. They loved looking at all the fish and turtles. The also enjoyed seeing the hamsters and chinchillas. They didnt want to leave the store. Thank you Pet Smart for a little free entertainment. 😊

My groomer Jessica was the best I’ve ever had ! She understood what I wanted exactly even when I didn’t (lol) she is the best

We use the Banfield vet inside the store. We have our dog on an insurance plan that saves us money. The vet on duty is very knowledgeable and the service is good as well.

The girl that was working the front counter helping people on the late morning of July 30 is 😣. She needs to Calm down and focus! Stop trying to help everybody in line when you still have the person in front of you that needs assistance. She irritated me with her hyper personality. Also she needs to put on some deodorant. That is all.

I liked the store even not the clisest one just because of their stock of fish and aquarium supplies.Staffs are good and helpful.Check out takes longer sometimes based on timing as they may not have sufficient staff to cover.overall not a bad one, downside they dont carry any salt water fish.

Maria took our 4.5 month Rusty and made him so handsome, he has a phobia of hairdryers and she was patient with him, I appreciate that so much!! Cant wait to take him back, highly recommend!

The service was great, I was helped above and beyond! The associates were very knowledgeable, and I was impressed with how they knew what Prescription food I needed. It was so easy to get it all done and I was out getting home to my sick dog with his food...which he loved by the way!

Our German Shepard/Golden Retriever mix had a terrible shedding problem and we took him in for the FURminator service. He is now hardly shedding at all and smells sweet and is so much softer. Cynthia is the best!!!

Do NOT recommend for grooming. Store is pretty run-down and inexperienced groomer claims our dog was aggressive when he goes to the groomer all the time without incident. They banned our dog from any Petsmart with no detailed explanation. Petco is now exclusively where we take him and they love him there! Thank you Petco for your experienced, loving groomers!

Horrible customer service. Did not take Chewy return stating that they don’t own Chewy anymore. I went to another PetSmart and they returned it without any issues.

I went to PetSmart to buy dog food after I got off work at a vet hospital. There was a stray cat in the parking lot hiding under a car yowling. When I called the store asking them to bring me a $1 can of wet food to try and lure her out, the lady who answered the phone told me it was against policy to bring unpaid goods out of the store. When I told her I had cash to give her for it in my pocket but I just didnt want to leave the cat alone because I didnt want to lose her, she told me a manager told her she couldnt do that. Shortly after, the cat came out from under the car but wouldnt let me within about six feet of her. I called a nearby friend to come buy the food and bring it out to me. Unfortunately, by the time she got there, I had lost the cat. After looking for the cat for two hours in the parking lot, I decided to leave the food out for her and hope for the best. I called the store back to question the policy and a manager told me that it was the first he was hearing about the cat. Not only does this employee (I really wish I knew her name but I dont) clearly not care about animals by her unwillingness to bring a $1 can of food into the parking lot to try and help it, but she blatantly lied to a customer. The manager (I dont know his name either) told me that he would have absolutely let her bring the food out to me if she would have asked. Its frustrating that this cat walked past a vet assistant/vet student in the parking lot of a pet store, the best time and place for her to be, but couldnt get help because the person who answered the phone didnt want to help. She refused to help a scared and vulnerable car and directly lied to a customer. It was very disappointing after being a loyal customer at the Temecula Parkway PetSmart for the past 20 years (my whole life).

I took my fur baby to the groomers for his first cut.Jessie did a great job! She recognized my pup was nervous and treated him like her own. Not blow drying him because he didnt like the sound and trying to make him as comfortable as possible with the cut.Im really nervous without my dog and the staff was fairly understanding. Customer service was basically none existent..... several individuals were waiting for assistance and their seemed to be a lack urgency to assist, despite 3 staff members up at the front of the store that did not appear to be engaged in any work-related activities. Felt like I was standing around waiting for assistance (even after a requested) for 95% of my time in the store. Happy I was there with a friend, and that my needs make a return is unlikely. I left frustrated and I personally did not need or want anything.

Very helpful staff. The fish lady explained exactly what I needed for my betta problems. Then i went to get dog treats, and they had so many. Asked a associate for help selecting, and was told about the all natural treats that I got. My dog loves them.

Pet Smart in Temecula, are great, Team work. Also theirCustomer Service, helped with a on line order. Great Team Work with the curb side pick up. They made sure, all items where accounted for, and the two young Men, helped load a fish tank for us, since we are disabled.Also had Wonderful Great help, from the Fish Dept, and their Great LadyManager. No complaints, also their Grooming Dept, Caring group.....We will stay loyal..... Worth the drive of 47 miles.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer a wide variety of food at toys and habitats for all types of pets. Also a wide variety of training classes. There is grooming available for dogs..They do not have a scale available. This would be handy to weigh my large breed puppy.

PetSmart is a great place to bring your pet when you are shopping for your pet. The people that work there are pet friendly. The vet service that shares the space if very helpful as well. We love walking our dog through the store, except by the cat station. She loves cats, cat dont always love her.

I have been going to petsmart since I rescued my 1st dog 5 years ago. Banfield pet hospital woz the place where I took my dog to receive her care which is at the back of the store. They have everything you need from fish, birds, reptiles, food for cats dogs, treats for cats dogs and birds, shampoos flea treatment, kennels and bedding for pets, leashes and training equipment. Actually pretty much items for any animal/pet that you might have. They have aquariums and all the accompanying supplies you could possibly need. Sometimes the sales are really good deals and overall the price I would say is mid to high range for their products. For a box chain superstore its good. Always clean inside and the employees are both professional and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Always helpful and service with a smile.

This location leaves a lot to be desired. For one, nobody greeted me as I entered yet I observed other patrons being greeted. No biggie. But I also was not offered any assistance while shopping. Most of the fresh dog food was out of stock and lack of cashiers had the line wrapped around the building. This is the worst location I have been to.

They had the Panda gold fish we were looking for...my sons 3yr. old fish died, the new one we got cheered him up.

Im always greeted at the door. One time I was picking up an order and the line was really long. The only one cashier was considerate, tried to quickly ring up the guests, and frequently informed any new person in line she is doing her best.

Its everything you expect for a major chain.. bare minimum knowledge regarding animals, staff are pleasant but not overly, and the store is properly stocked usually.. it would of gotten 4 stars but lots of items are much more expensive then other places

My dog and I are always so happy to go to the grooming salon. All the groomers are so nice to Heidi and she loves them.

People here are very knowledgeable, always friendly, very helpful, and happy to answer any questions you have. Definitely a great place to stock up on pet supplies. Reasonable prices and many locations.
