California Serve Saved My Life... I called on a Thursday and my tenants were out on Saturday! Worth the rush fee, and these guys made me feel comfortable about the decision. They were knowledgable, friendly and sympathetic to my needs.I recently sold my house and the tenants would not leave the property, they were squatting in my investment home and decided that the national moratorium made them untouchable. I had a ton of question and was concerned about the lash-back. California Serve helped me understand what my rights were as the property owner, and what their rights were in California. To my surprise the amount of time people get for being in a place they dont belong is unfair, but I understand that people have rights too.At any rate, these guys were great and I highly recommend you call them first.

This place is a joke! I contacted Surya to inquire about his eviction services. Surya stated his company handled the entire eviction processs from start to finish. The communication in the beginning of the process, Surya was spot on with communicating, however, his communication stopped after I paid him. For an entire month, I followed up with Surya who failed to communicate what was going on. Needless to say, an entire month later, my tenants still have not been served with eviction papers due to Surya dropping the ball! Granted, Surya refunded my money at my request; without any explanation as to what happened.I highly urge anyone looking for eviction assistance to stay away from Surya and his company...total scam!
