Tracey is the best. My nails our beautiful. And the best place to relax. They do check temperature at the door and make you wash your hands. Which I absolutely love love love. I was recommend to go here. Now I am recommending yall.

I went in to get a manicure or pedicure- I wasnt sure. From the second I sat down- the lady instructed me to put my purse on the chair next to me. I was still settling in and wanted to get my phone and my glasses. so I didnt do it. Right away she went to her co-worker and started speaking to her...her co-worker all the while was looking at me and smiling. What is it with people.The family member I was with had a kinder person.But I really wish I had left. whatever happened to customer service? After my pedicure and my friends manicure...I paid $75....I feel that I was overcharged. When I gave a $5 tip to her...she acted as though I threw her a 50 cent piece. Had this experience gone better- her tip would have been double.How unpleasant and rude. Will not be back!

Theyre good about hygiene and covid. The girl who did my nails did not even push my cuticles back or make them even shaped. Theyre decent and I can live with it, but I feel like acrylic french tips are the most basic and should be one of the easiest things. The gel looks super bubbly which is very obvious for a french tip. When I told her she wasnt putting the gel on the edges, she argued with me and told me thats how she does it so they stay on longer. Which is not true because I have had my nails done many times and always had them filled in all the way. I didnt want to argue. Anyway, that being said it was okay for what I needed and it being a walk in, price wasnt too bad. They mostly only want cash though and they dont tell you over the phone or ahead of time though.

I had a 1pm appointment today with tracy when I got there she just started on someones nails I told her I had a 1 oclock appointment with her and she told me that she was busy to come back at 230. Whats the point in making appointments?! I went back at 230 and she rushed on my nails they had bubbles all in them. Very unprofessional!

This place really made a great impression for the first time I was here. They really know how to treat their customers. The tech that was doing my nails did a great job, she took her time to make sure everything is perfect just the way I like it. High quality products. Well organized and clean. You really should check out this place if you are looking for an inexpensive good place to be a regular. Highly recommended !!!

Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. My daughter and I went together on a whim to get a pedicure because of traffic. I have never been here before. I have another place i go to but traffic was to congested to go that far and i desperately needed one. fellow that did her pedicure was even worse than mine. I will Have to go get another one tomorrow. The gentleman rolled his eyes and glared at my daughter when she told him to quit digging into her toes it hurt. His massage was so rough he was shaking her in the chair. I dont know what he was mad at but she got the brunt of it. When he was done he put her slippers on motioned for her to go and walked off no thanks no nothing. Mine was not much better. There was lots of rude attitude, just too much to go into. They were in such a hurry my feet are still rough my polish is nicked. And I bought three must expensive pedicure for both of us. They were far from busy, just my daughter and I and one other lady getting her nails done. I have never been in a place that was that bad. I dont even know what to say. But I will never be back. ......never!!!!!

Lilly is THE BEST! I am a dog groomer and am extremely hard on my nails, and Lilly is the only person who has ever been able to apply them and they stay and I just continue to get fills. She pays close attention to her prep work, which I think is key and the reason her nails last. She is simply amazing!

My friend would talk about this salon for the longest time and when I finally came to visit her she forced me to go get my manicure done here. I got to be honest here, I was fairly skeptical about this salon. Didnt know if what she said was true or not. But, to my surprise this actually a great place! The techs are very polite and sociable. Everyone was laughing and talking in the salon. Every inch of this place was spotless and didnt had any flies flying around. When it was my turn, the nail tech working on my manicure did a great job of removing the cuticles with ease. Didnt even bleed once from that process. Everything she did was very skillful. Didnt even pierce or cut me at all. When she was done, my nails looked really magnificent! 😍💞😍💞 Just in love with how fierce my nails looked right now!

Came here with my friend.  We both got gel manicure services. My lady was quick and she finishes with me way before my friends but what an excellent job she did. My friend was also completely satisfied. We were happy with the prices too, better than any other places weve been too. The salon was clean, quality service and reasonable price, talented staffs. They deserve our 5-star!!

I go here to get my eyebrows waxed. The value for the work is excellent. $9 ($11 with tip) is so cheap for the great job they do and the fact that Ive never had to wait. The waxer always listens to my opinion about shape and follows any requests I make.

So I really thought about whether I wanted to write a review or not. After looking at my nails and being so unhappy with them that I have to pay someone else to redo them I have to. I went yesterday to have them done and the minute I pointed out that I didn’t like something she began complaining to her co worker in Mandarin. She also began to adjust my nail really rough so much that she made my finger bleed. I had to pull my hand away and tell her she was Hurting me. Why is it that you have a problem with fixing something your customer isn’t happy with? I’m paying for a service and feel like I should get what I want. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. By far the worst experience I had.

I haven’t really been back since last mother’s day because when I tried to take my mom the pedicurists were extremely rough & hurt my mom since they couldn’t understand us trying to tell them to be more gentle. I thought I’d try again, but the whole experience today was awkward. Only one person really understood English & then when I went to pay they wanted to charge me $5 for “long nails.” I didn’t get any shape, gel, nothing just because if they possibly break at work it won’t be a total loss, but what lost my service was the woman trying to tell me my nails were long when they werent & she offered to take a dollar off? Like no thanks. Sorry but no tip for an awkward experience where he made my nails bleed & then you want to charge me for something completely stupid just for more money. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I come to this nail salon every two weeks. they do a great job on my nails and there pedis are amazing...I am especially fond of the message they give. Other nail shops do maybe a quick message but these women take there time..its peaceful and relaxing and the decor is spot on. nothing but positive things to say...

Theyre polite and friendly and fairly quick. However, I have been over charged on multiple occasions. Request a fill and get charged for full set. Also, not the best at nail removal. One time the lady said shed replace a couple nails since coming off. I said ok. No soak, she clipped and tore them off. So painful! And almost tore my natural nail off with it. First few times, didnt really have much issue. But recently, every time I pick a color theres a problem. Pedicure is ok, but definitely had better, last time the water was COLD. I told him and didnt make a difference. Given recent experience, Ill be looking for a new salon.

I picked out one of the purple cat eye gel colors and when it came time to put it on she tells me this color doesnt show the cat eye well, my nails are already painted at this point so I cant choose another color. I respond with, the example I picked from showed it well. Then she tells me its because my nails are shorter. All of this information she knew, she was the one to cut my nails. She chould have told me this at any point before we put on the color. I will not be back.

Honestly the best gel manis I have ever gotten! Lasted 3-4 weeks every time without chipping and service is great. Pedicures are great! Very reasonable prices.

I went to Tammy today and she was awesome. My nails look perfect and she didnt mind that Im very particular about how I wanted them. I would absolutely recommend this salon and will definitely return for another full set.

I went there today to treat my mom for Mothers Day and the woman who did my moms toes did a nice job but the man that did mine was horrible. When he cut my nails he did them at an angle and then when he was applying color, he put the clear coat on so fast after the color that it gooped up the color making it chunky and uneven. I was very unhappy with his service but since I have the color at home, I will fix it myself. My mom enjoyed her experience which is what matters but I will not be going there again. If you get the man, ask for someone else or leave because he doesnt do good work and. It matter the prices, its too much for poor quality.

Great work by Samantha!! My nails get soooo many compliments because of their creativity. She uses all types of nail products to create multiple designs -- from acrylic powder, magnetic nail polish, acrylic paint, 3D bows, jewels, to hand-painted designs. I usually make an appointment with the same woman (shes been doing my nails for over 2 years), but Ive seen them take walk-ins and they give accurate waiting times. The environment is clean and relaxing. They always offer a cold bottle of water. My only complaint would not be for this place, but for the customers who feel the need to take meaningless phone calls and talk loudly, interrupting the other customers with their business, ruining the calming ambiance.

Very happy with service. I went to a place around the corner from here and was greeted with no customer service, just come back later were busy. This was my first pedicure and they made my experience great. I will be back.

I liked the overall work, especially the pedicure but was disappointed when one nail broke, one was smearedAnother one with a cut. I paid over 100.00 including a 20.00 tip - 10.00 for each person me. The pedicure was definitely better than the manicure. Disappointed.

Hygienic and friendly staff! Regina does a terrific job. After trying several other nail salons in Temecula, I will only have my nails done at Red Persimmon. I am so happy i found this place.

First off very dirty. Lady used the same nail filer on her own dirty nails and then went back to my nails. Messed up my gel nails so coverage isn’t very good and told me that’s “normal”. she cut my skin and blamed it on me having a lot of “hang nails” and then cut me again. My color is beautiful but the execution was trash. Rushed through me even though it was just my mother and I. Decided against doing a pedicure because my manicure was so bad I’d rather go elsewhere to finish the job.

This place is awesome! They were very helpful and did a fantastic job on my nails. The price was fair for what I got.

Worst pedicure ever! The man didnt care what you wanted or how it looked. The nails where filed at an angle thats aweful and the polish is clumped and uneven. Forget saying anything because he doesnt acknowledge you. The atmosphere is unfriendly and the staff all look angry. I even told the cashier it was the worst pedicure Ive ever had and she had no comment. There are plenty of great Nail Salons to choose from, just dont go to this one. Huge waste of money and precious time.

Charged me $30 for a gel fill and the lady seemed anoyed when I asked her to fix a nail that was uneven, she did not fix it because she believed I was wrong. In addition, she kept adjusting her earpiece of what ever she was listening to and looking at her phone. Not a place I will return or recommend.

Awesome service and very skillful. I didnt give it 5 stars because the wait can be a bit long if you are a walk in. They will tell you 15-20 minutes but 30-45 minutes later you are still waiting. But you wait because you know that when you do get in that chair they are going to take their time and do you right.

I went in today and had a manicure and had a really bad experience. A lady filed my nails way to short and painted them horrible. I asked her if she could redo them and she said no they are fine. The worst customer service i have ever had, talk about rude! I won’t be coming back here.

The best service you could ask for! The massages, the colors, the conversations, everything was way above what I expected. Usually, theres always that one little problem that leads to a bigger problem which irks me, but there were no problems for me at this salon at all. Definitely coming back soon!

Lee Lee pretty much pulls off what I ask for but more importantly she puts up with me and my indecisive ways. If she cant realistically make my over the top manicure request happen from Pinterest then she will give me something we both end up creating together. Which can be fun. Ive never been able to communicate with my previous nail technician quite like the way I do with her😁. I miss Hannas pedicures but a few of the other pedicure techs are pretty good. The most admirable aspect is the work ethic of the employees at this salon. They work really hard at attempting to handle a high volume of clientele especially on Sundays. 😎🌻🌴

Went in for an American mani. She didnt completely take off the previous color so I have a pink corner on 3 of the nails. Her table way dirty so I had pieces of glitter flying onto my nails. One nail even had a hair. I asked her to take the hair out and she got all pissy because she has to start over. Then, no top coat because she was overrun with 2 walking that she promised to service who were also growing impatient. Wont be back. Dont waste your time.

Thee most horrible service i have EVER HAD!!!! came in for a pedicure, and really needed to get my calluses removed, and she lady that had worked on my feet, literally scrubbed my feet for all of 45 seconds. When i told her that she needed to do it again, she called, what i assumed was the store owner, and i told them, that if it was not done right, i wasnt paying for it. And sure enough... i didnt. Horrible horrible horrible

My daughter bought me a gift certificate here because of all the good reviews. I was not impressed. I arrived at 5:30 pm. Closing time was at 7 so I figured I had plenty of time for a pedicure. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly hello. I said I wanted a pedicure and a girl started filling up the foot bath. I stood there waiting for confirmation she was ready but none came. She never looked up. Finally the other girl nodded her head to sit down. I had to figure out how to close the arm rest and the back massager was never turned on. I should have asked but most places do that for you, or at least ask if you want it. Part way through the pedicure the girl handed me me the price sheet without saying a word. I hadnt had a pedicure for a while and was looking forward to being spoiled a little. At 6pm, 2 males started sweeping the store. I guess they wanted to go home. They made my girl stop and move while they swept around my chair. Next they came out with mops and mopped the floor, again making my gal move while they mopped. I was asked to pay so they could close out the daily receipts half way through the pedi. I could understand this if it had been closer to closing. When my pedi was done at 6:20, I was put under the dryer. While sitting there, the back lights were turned off. I guess the girls wanted to leave, as they were standing in the back. The pedicure was average at best and I felt like I was an intruder and they were annoyed that I came in. The atmosphere was definitely not warm and inviting! I do have some of my gift certificate left and am debating whether or not I will use it!
