Jeff is one of the detailed, innovative, and knowledgeable people Ive met when it comes to marketing, sales, and investing in real estate. As a commercial agent learning about Jeff I thought why would I listen to something that seems like its for residential real estate. Then he taught me how to use government data in conjunction with the Freedom of Information Act for lead generation. In commercial real estate we use data but this was whole new to me. Then he combines this with social media. It was too much but just doing the FOIA lead generation I did over $500K last year. Staff is exceptional and only wish Ive found him earlier.

Ive followed Jeffs program when I was a real estate agent but now I run a digital marketing agency helping real estate agents. I love real estate but I love marketing and sales more. Jeffs always 5-6 steps ahead of all the other people who teaches about marketing. I honestly feel like the other people copy his stuff. Im honored to call him a friend. He also picks up his mobile phone when you call him. Which is always weird, until you learn why he does that. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn about marketing or sales.

I found Real Estate Strategy Lab and have really learned a lot. I took a look at my out put and decided to cut the spending in areas not needed. This was the one I choose to stay with. Thank you to Jeff Coga and the Real Estate Strategy Lab team.I had changed my broker in January of this year and was looking for a way to get my business going. Im writing this review to let everyone know about my experience dealing with them.Heres how it all started:- I feel like I heard Jeffs advertisement on Spontify when I was listening to a podcast. After heard the message, I googled Jeff Coga and found his company Real Estate Strategy Lab. Then I signed up to his newsletter.- Enrolled into the coaching program after watching his live stream on Instagram. I felt he was the right person because he seemed to have technical knowledge. Not something Ive read in a book or heard someone else say.- Week 1: Completed assignment one and I saved over $3,651 in a year in my business by following cash conversion cycle training.- Week 2: I did my first campaign! It was AMAAAAAAZING! I ran the Get Business Today and I immediately got 2 leads.- Week 3: Took the listing on one listing and the second one I should get a listings in two weeks.- Week 4: Im learning how to subtract before multiplying. I love the Eastern Philosophy Jeff teaches.The program I am enrolled in is called Elevate and they say it is a coaching program but I feel like its more of reality tv show with the behind the scene. In an audio training, Jeff was having a conversation with a client on idea of streams of income. The call is intense and suspenseful. I had goosebumps hearing the conversation of how a broker looks at a real estate agent.If you feel like the other coaches are not telling the truth, I would give Real Estate Strategy Lab a try. They are so knowledgeable in creating marketing campaigns. So far a GREAT experience. Kudos to you all and highly recommend them. I absolutely love the tech support as well.

I was asked to leave a review by Jeff and I just wish I left a review sooner. Not sure how I found Jeff but I was one of the original listeners of his podcast from many years ago. Then I got to meet him in person at a Vegas real estate conference when he was a guest speaker. He spoke to me in a way no one else has. As a loan officer I was making good money but worked many long hours. Long story short, hired Jeffs company last year to help me build a marketing campaign. Going in I wanted him to run Facebook ads but after speaking to him, we scrapped the entire idea and did something different. We ended up creating an online course and he wrote the presentation, sales funnel, and helped me launch a campaign. His team is really knowledgeable and Im amazed by the results. I even got to attend his secret mastermind group and was shocked by the people he consulted. I did sign a NDA not to disclose who he works with but Jeff did insist I post the results of a campaign. I attached a screen shot of how much we made. It has been the best investment and honor to work with him. Jeff also instructed me to put a 3 star on the review because he said people who Google and search reviews are Fact Finders and they might not believe the reviews. What youll learn working the team at Real Estate Strategy Lab is they are really smart. Ive come to realize the entire marketing world is an illusion in a cesspool and almost everyone is too dumb to realize it (thats Jeffs exact words).
