The curbside pick up employees are lifesavers and always have the best attitude.

I found what I went for and was able to pick up an extra item. Checked out quickly with the help of staff member. I ❤ Lowes.

Looking for a product I KNOW they sell, but couldn’t initially find it. So, I asked a couple of employees in the paint section, nice guys. They never heard of the product, nor could they find it. So the one employee goes to the manager. I hear the manager tell them, they don’t sell such a product. REALLY? I kindly thank the employee for trying and set out to locate the product myself. I located it. On my way to check out, I saw the employee who helped me and showed him the product. He asked where I found it and I told him. My beef is with the manager kissing off the inquiry and apparently not knowing what products they sell.

The manager in Temecula location by the name of Cabe should be fired for his incompetence. I purchased a refrigerator because my old one has finally stopped working. They told us it would take them a week to deliver the new one. Good thing I didnt hold my breath during delivery day because they did not show up. I called the store I spoke to the manager Cabe, and he said the delivery guys are not coming and I would have to wait for two more days. I told him thats unprofessional, and they cant be doing that to their customers especially that our food is going bad because were only using an icebox while waiting for our new refrigerator. He responded with yeah sorry, all I can do is set you a new delivery date. This guys is very unprofessional and incompetent. He has no accountability nor reassurance that this wont happen again. I will absolutely not do business with them again. I will also tell my friends and family about my experience so they wont do business with them as well.

Very dissapointed of the service, lack of communication from managers in regard of the 2 security doors I ordered over two months ago, which have already been paid, and they supposed to be delivered a month after. Nobody calls me to give updates, no one explains what happen to my order and why I havent received it. Its me who has to be constantly calling but no one holds accountable for this inconvenient. The manager has not contacted me at all about this situation.

Barbara was so incredibly kind and thoughtful despite the technological difficulties that came with a well worn touch screen pad at check out. We even decided to sign up for the credit card for the discount. Even with all of the delays, the transparency and humility shown by her was refreshing to say the least. I highly recommend her level of attention to all employees so they can learn from her. Even if she didn’t know how, she took it incredibly serious to find someone else to help out. She deserves a raise!!

How can you give minus 5 stars? This Lowes deserves that! The manager, Clarissa, is a complete no-show, she should be managing her own lack of response and her incompetence. Their delivery services are ludicrous. If you order anything from them to deliver, make sure you take some vacation days off, otherwise you will lose days of work for their ineptitude. Trying to get anyone to respond to simple questions on the phone is more complicated than what was to get the first man to the moon. It would give me joy to have anything good to say about Lowes, but all I feel towards this location and this corporation in general is frustration in the face of total incompetence and contempt. Go Home Depot! theyre a bit more professional and definitely more responsive to their costumers needs.

Been trying to order interior doors since January and it’s August in 2 days and I have not received my doors that I paid for. The first time the doors were coming to be installed they came without screw or handles. The next time they figured out measurements they took were wrong and had to return them. No one ever calls me to let me know what’s going on… and when calling the store I’ve been on hold for an hour and they hang up every time. When I get in there to talk to customer service in person they refunded as compensation and said they would reorder. After two weeks of no call, I go back in to find out they haven’t re ordered and they cannot fulfill my order. I understand under these circumstances and times things happen but there is no communication, responsibility or sincerity in their part. It’s been 7 months of just tryout to get a door that I paid for installed. I really regret going to Lowe’s Temecula on Winchester…

Employees actually knew about supplies, were able to help me quickly and efficiently, was in an out with everything I needed in 15 minutes. Thank you so much! Beats going to home depot by a mile. Will be going to Lowes for now on 👍

Terrible experience with this place!As someone that works in customer service theres was a joke.ordered a dishwasher and bought the install first off never got a confirmation email for my order and after about 2 weeks of not hearing anything from the installer and about 4 phone calls i finally get a call for the installer to set a date. installer never shows up no call.so i call again and they dont care at all says well looks like we can schedule you in 2 weeks while being rude about it.understanding they use a 3rd party installer but being rude and unresponsive is not good customer service stay away from this place!

Has everything you could possibly need good customer service and great selection of plants/trees. the lines might be a little long sometimes but thats expected when people buy things in bulk overall good place to shop for your needs.

Hard to find what you are looking for. And not enough staff to help you. If you do find someone to help you have to wait until they help the other people waiting for help. Took me 15 minutes to fine the electrical part needed which was not in the section marked electrical.

I was able to find what I wanted. They have people to help out all the time, the store is always organized and clean.

This is the best store around friendly people awesome products always a very informed staff ready to help you out with anything you need its my go-to home improvement store for everything they always have good new stuff. I would recommend this store to anyone around local or not

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I was supposed to get a whole patio set delivered last week but only half of it got delivered. Called them and customer service couldnt find my order. After going into store with my receipt it turns out they never pulled my order and it got sold on the floor. So they said they would have another one shipped from a close store it would be delivered to my house last week. Of course never heard from them and no delivery. Just called them and they couldnt find my order then got hung up on.

The garden center was helpful. Items were easy to find and the cashier was friendly.

I do not like to post negative reviews. The customer service has consistently been poor over the years. The location for me is the only reason why I come. If you need help finding something or have a question youre better off going to Murrieta or Home Depot.

I recently needed fencing and found the best price at Lowes. I also found really great customer service from every employee of Lowes I interacted with that day. Their people really make the difference!!!I was at the Temecula, CA. location but I have had great service at every location Ive been to. Its why I keep going back. I highly recommend Lowes.

Go to for all my DIY projects: sod, wood chips, plant seeds, buckets, wood stain, paint, white wash finishings/gloss, rental lawn equipment, ring security system, pathway lights, major appliances and the list goes on! Always clean inside. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly staff. Buy online, pick up in store option is great and they will go above and beyond to get the item you ordered or they will upgrade (sometimes at no charge)! Never had a bad experience at Lowes Temecula.

They dont always have everything in stock, and sometimes the shelves are not organized. I do enjoy their online order process/pickup. Most employees are friendly, except for the few in returns who try to deny returns after 90 days - they say the system wont allow it, but it seems to work every time.

Didnt have that weird tool I needed (3/8 drive long 4.5 hex drive), but very helpful trying to find it.

Lowes is great. The parking lot is another story. Its not so much the lot itself, as it is the customers. Ive had several close calls with drivers just not paying attention, or simply being rude and cutting you off. The layout of the lot, and the weird setup of entrances and exits is partially to blame for this.

When going there to pick up palms,plant food,and concrete its difficult to get hand carts,if Im in garden they tell me to go down to lumber and concrete area at the opposite end of the building? And I have to just look down the aisles to find one, I went last night and nothing in the aisles, I asked the cashier in lumber she said there was some out front, I found one ?!, Went to home depot about hour ago theres lots of them to get in front of the store, but other than that its a great go to place for all your construction needs..

Purchased a refrigerator from here. The first two refrigerators they sent us were damaged and I had to send them back. Received the third refrigerator today. This too was scratched and dented. I didnt send it back because I couldnt go another week without a refrigerator. Dont buy anything that has to be delivered. Tried calling the store 10 times. Disconnected 8 out of the 10 times. No one answers the phone. Horrible customer service.

Great selection and return policy is excellent. Staff are kind and helpful. Store is clean and well managed. Parking is always available and the layout inside is very intuitive.

Lowes has superior products at a better price than competitors. I drove all the way from one town to here 45 minutes just to pick up polyiso foam because this was the only location that had it.

Lowes is awesome they have everything I need for my DIY projects my wife has given me. (Better known as a honey do list.) They even have a great military discount program, I went online to submit my information such as my DD214 and received my confirmation that my discount is active rather quickly. Lowes application on my phone is really great also.

Easy to get to, in n out fast. Know what you need before hand and youll save time, otherwise the people who work at Lowes seem to know their product well enough to give good answers. Cashiers are fast and efficient. I Much prefer to go to Lowes vs other hardware stores for casual items.

Didnt have what we needed, also saw a Christmas decoration that would have liked but had a big hole in it, but we did have a nice associate look for another, none found. Then when we checked out we couldnt understand the cashier

Store hours posted open until 9pm. Came at 7:30pm and store was closed. Employees already pushing carts to the doors. Menifee was still open, but do not carry what I was looking for. This is only store in town that has the product I am looking for. Drove nearly an hour to get here. No wonder Lowes is losing money. How embarrassing.
